We’ve known of Operation Arctic Frost since late January 2025, and six weeks ago, September 16, that 8 prominent Republican U.S. Senators and one member of the House, Mike Kelly, were spied upon by it. The senators were: Marsha Blackburn, Lindsey Graham, Bill Hagerty, Josh Hawley, Ron Johnson, Cynthia Lummis, Dan Sullivan, and Tommy Tuberville, (Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, September 16, 2025). These were “secretly monitored by the FBI…showing who they called, what calls they received, and their location during the time at which the phone calls were made.”
This week, October 28, the targeted number known investigated has grown to over150—now not just U.S.Senators. Joe Biden’s FBI director Chris Wray started the spy opt Arctic Frost with the signed consent of Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco on or about April 4, 2022, later amplified by their Special Counsel Jack Smith—all Biden appointees. This attested to by nearly 200 pages of documents. All to take down President Trump and his MAGA supporters—even the Republican Party.
Of the 150 plus, the House Judiciary Committee, led by Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan, alleged “that 45 individuals, including former Trump White House adviser Steve Bannon, Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry, former Republican North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark and former Trump attorney John Eastman were potentially under investigation” by the Biden Administration.
FBI field offices across the country from New York to Los Angeles were used to conduct the investigations; and appropriately thanked by the Washington DC FBI field office for doing so. Everyone was reminded that “‘everything’ connected to the probe ‘is restricted’ within FBI systems.’’ The operation was very expensive. One “email reportedly detailed the Arctic Frost team requesting about $16,600 from the DOJ Public Corruption Unit [JUST] for June travel to carry out over 40 interviews, serve subpoenas and conduct multiple device search warrants. These targeted numerous GOP-linked officials across Arizona, Virginia, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New Mexico, according to the documents.” Yet another group of “‘111 individuals,’ including White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino, senior adviser for trade and manufacturing Peter Navarro, current DOJ weaponization czar Ed Martin and former DOJ official Jeff Rosen were also potentially under investigation.”
Of special interest to the House Judiciary Committee was Jack Smith and “his grave violation of the Fourth Amendment during Operation Arctic Frost.” For him they requested a criminal investigation (“House Judiciary Says FBI’s ‘Arctic Frost’ Probe Potentially Targeted Over 150 Republicans,” By Ashley Brasfield, Daily Caller, Oct. 28, 2025).
Respecting Arctic Frost House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan told Fox News host Sean Hannity, “What we’ve learned is it was much broader, much more expansive, than we ever thought.” Would to God that the Democrats had similar enthusiasm to protect our borders from the criminal invasion they sponsored and/or the deportation of the same and/or the drug or child sex trafficking that inflicts the nation. Now they appear to advocate for criminality.
None of this is new to LibertyUnderFire.org readers. “The Biden Administration released the first-ever ‘National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.’”(The White House, June 15, 2021). In it and a followup memo on terrorists It defined “the following as terrorists: military veterans, anti-war individuals/groups, tax resistance movement groups, militia, alternative media, opponents of open border policies, single issue groups or individuals, patriot movements (Christian patriots, patriot groups, and constitutionalists).” These were essentially MAGA people.
Arctic Frost disclosures, drawn from redacted FBI and DOJ records, have intensified debates over the Biden FBI’s assault on the Constitution with both houses of Congress, the Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Chuck Grassley, and the House Judiciary Committee, Chaired by Jim Jordan, now pushing for accountability and justice. At the time, and for most older citizens, it was difficult not to see the weaponization of the FBI similar to that of the KGB in the once USSR. Had either Biden or Kamala Harris been elected last November there is little doubt the 1,575 charged, 1,270 sentenced, and 700 incarcerated from January 6 would have tripled, or more, before 2028 and Democrats, removing their political opposition, would have remained in power for the foreseeable future. Arctic Frost would have continued forever entrapping and incarcerating patriots. Freedom would have been a casualty. President Trump issued blanket clemency for J6ers on Inauguration Day ending the Biden FBI’s assault on them (Biden’s Chilling Pursuit of Conservatives…Arctic Frost,” LibertyUnderFire.org, Sept. 24, 2025).
The Deep State had become drunk on destroying Trump, when that could not happen they turned on his growing MAGA movement setting them up to appear as insurrectionists January 6, 2021, and then incarcerating it’s J6ers punishing them with stiff prison sentences taking their hatred of Trump out on them. Then when the MAGA movement became the Republican Party, through Arctic Frost they sought to destroy the party itself. Imagine what they would have done to patriots had they been able to cheat a victory in 2024 and have access to patriot blood another four years, likely far worse. When I was a young man I could never understand how the Nazi-fascist movement could have brainwashed normal intelligent Germans to liquidate millions of their Jewish neighbors. I do now! Though not nearly as extreme yet, I have seen it in America.
Perhaps political commentator, Clandestine, said it best, “We are under attack from within. The Dems went full-blown Orwellian police-state …” (X22 Report, Ep. 3747b, Oct. 7, 2025, 51:18).
