Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley just revealed the Biden Justice Department and Special Counsel Jack Smith obtained “detailed donor data and voter information on over 639,000 individuals during the Arctic Frost investigation” against Trump. This included: “names, dates of birth, addresses, email addresses, party affiliation, places of employment, donation amounts, credit card information… including last 4 digits of credit card numbers.
President Biden, through Merrick Garland, appointed Smith to investigate Democrat allegations that Trump was attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 elections by insisting that it had been rigged in Biden’s favor, which has now been established as fact through 6 years of studies, audits and declassified documents. The donor and potential voter data ranged from 2005 to 2021, which Grassley described as being “well outside Smith’s scope of purported review.” He further asserted “that the Special Counsel operation was designed to map out the Republican Party” (Grassley Shares Explosive Arctic Frost Update Revealing Jack Smith ‘Treasure Trove’ of Data for Over Half a Million Republican Subcommittee Supporters, 10/14/2026, US Senate Judiciary).
Actually it was designed to destroy Donald Trump and Arctic Frost became the most corrupt dragnet in U.S. history. It was the bases for the indictments against him. Biden was already locking up Jan. 6ers as fast as he could, some few without trial, and Arctic Frost was designed to lock up those supporting MAGA as well. Instead, MAGA lockups strengthened the MAGA movement which by 2024 had become the Republican Party in large part because of abuses.
This bombshell revelation follows the Senate Judiciary Committee Report last month, which provided evidence that former special counsel Jack Smith and his investigators obtained communications from reporters for more than a dozen media outlets and financial information from thousands of Americans as part of their “Arctic Frost” probe that resulted in the indictment of President Trump, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) claimed,” 41 indictments total (“Jack Smith’s team got texts of dozens of reporters, bank info from thousands of Americans: Grassley,” By Josh Christenson , Sept. 29, 2026, New York Post).
We are learning every day that during the Biden era we came closer to losing our freedom than at any time in American history. The above was dangerously serious, the Democrats worked for four years to put every MAGA supporter behind bars—to physically destroy their opposing political party which almost succeeded and would have ended the Republic, the U.S. Constitution and liberty.
But Glenn Beck saw something worse and the rest of this column is credited to his findings. The nine biggest banks in America also intended to destroy MAGA. He asked the question, “Did any bank shut Americans out of their banking, out of the financial services, because of what they believed? The answer, in the United States of America, is yes.” He observed that “J.P. Morgan Chase flagged words like MAGA and America first… Other banks targeted Christian organizations and pro-life groups, firearm businesses, legal businesses run by law-abiding citizens, and the reason given again and again was reputational risk… the banks had come up with this new way, along with the government, to control you.” They termed it “reputational risk.” You could be closed out if deemed a reputational risk to the bank.
While investigating Donald Trump to lock him up for life, “Jack Smith's team, collected personal data on more than 639,000 Republican voters and donors… Our government tracked you if you bought a red MAGA hat… If you bought a MAGA hat, the federal government collected your name and put it on a list. This comes on top of what Grassley has already shown us: nearly 5,000 donor records, some of them checks for $5. You were on an enemy's list, phone records, text messages from dozens of members of Congress, communication involving 50 journalists.”
“Now let me ask you,” Beck continued, “Where are the journalists today? Every single journalist should be as enraged as I am right now. Every single person at CBS, ABC, NBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, every single journalist, the Village Voice should be outraged by this. They were gathering information on journalists. Do you care? A five-dollar check, a baseball cap, and they collected your name….” NO! ALL of these worked to destroy Trump.
“Tell me why were you asking vendors who sold hats for their records? What does a hat have to do with any kind of crime? Nothing. A five-dollar check is not evidence. A baseball cap is not a conspiracy. And that hat … it was organized around a purchase. Somebody decided that being a certain kind of American was, in itself, by itself, worth writing down. And once your name is written down, you don't know who gets to read it, how long they keep it, what they do with it next. You have no idea what our government has now connected you to….”
Beck continues with why this is so dangerous, “Nobody’s been arrested. Nobody's been …accused. Nobody's been charged. You just slowly discover that your card gets declined, that your business can't get a loan, that your church can't process donations, and your name is sitting in the file of a courthouse, and you have no idea what's happening in your life. Now, if you read this story about any other country, you would not need me to tell you what kind of country that was. This was by design. Design….This Is fascism? Fascism doesn't come with tanks all the time. Do you see that? It comes with compliance departments. You don't have to build a camp if you can just isolate people quietly. Why build a camp when you can just remove your ability to buy or to sell or to save or to give or to hire? In a modern economy, if you can't bank, you can't buy food. If you can't buy food, you can't live….” The 9 banks involved in this travesty were: “J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America, U.S. Bank, Citibank, Wells Fargo. …Capital One, PNC, T Bank, and BMO Bank.
