The following is a conspiracy theory. What has been shown the last ten years is that a vast majority of conspiracy theories ended up to be conspiracy fact so here me out. It goes like this. “Every time something happens in the grand conspiracy case in Florida, Obama jumps on the plane to fly to the UK. He rushed to London last year when the subpoenas were issued against Brennan. Now he is in the UK again just as Brennan is facing the Grand Jury. Why? Because Obama and Brennan ran CIA operations against President Trump and his aides from the UK, with help from British intelligence chiefs. The CIA cannot operate against American citizens in the United States, let alone against an opposing political campaign” (Svetlana Lokhova@RealSlokhoav, X22 Report, Ep. 4016b, Oct. 19, 2026, 48:22). But it did from the UK.
None of the above story is on ANY Deep State news source or any source influenced by the shadow government. Yes, we have photographs of Barack Obama in London in 2025 and now again in mid October 2026. Yes, subpoenas were issued on Brennan about the same time as Barack Obama visited the UK’s Chatman House last year and now Brennan is facing a Grand Jury on his involvement in two coup d’etats, one to influence the 2016 election in favor of Hillary Clinton and the second, once elected by the people to NOT SEAT TRUMP, both treason. And yes there is nobody more the point man of the Deep State in American than Obama, and still is, and Brennan was head of the CIA during both terms of the Obama Era. Although likely true much of this remains conjecture. But we have all the people in the right place and time.
Let’s continue with the theory. “So Obama's friends in the UK helped him to target Donald Trump. Richard Dearlove, former head of British intelligence, Christopher Steele, who worked for Dearlove, Stefan Halper, Brennan's CIA operative based in the UK, [and] numerous others. CIA station chief in London was Gina Haspel, who later covered up all the evidence. She worked with Alan Kohler, who became the head of FBI counterintelligence and raided President Trump's home, Mar-a-Lago to steal and hide Russigate documents.” (Ibid.). Still conjecture but likely close. Obama is in the UK, the theory goes, “because they have no secured way of communicating” except in person.
The above established the connection between Obama / Brennan and their connection with British intelligence and why. In my class lectures and writings I leaned heavily upon Dr Carroll Ouigley’s, Tragedy and Hope: History of the World in Our Time, (1966, Macmillan Company, New York, NY, pp. 133). His over 1300 paged book tells the story of the financially elite in the British Empire assembling together an “international Anglophile network,” the Deep State.
It began with Cecil Rhodes, who acquired great wealth in the diamond mines and goldfields of South Africa gaining almost a monopolizing influence over those precious materials. By the 1890s, he was making about $5 million per year. He had a consuming desire to federate the English speaking countries, including the United States, and to bring all the habitable portions of the world under their control. “Rhodes attracted powerful friends who shared the same vision thus the central part of the secret society was established by March 1891. Money to influence a federated world, to which the participants were conjoined, was no problem. The group was able to get access to Rhodes money after his death in 1902 and continued under the Alfred Milner.
Quigley wrote "the power and influence of the Rhodes/Milner group in British imperial affairs and in foreign policy since 1889, although not widely recognized, can hardly be exaggerated.” The “American branch of this organization developed more slowly, but … "has played a very significant role in the history of the United States in the last generation” (Ibid. p. 950). They “never intended that the masses know of the extent of the secret society's influence or control over them. The rich men of England and America must keep their activities and society agenda hidden. To do this. they created roundtable groups, these Quigley “described as semi-secret discussion and lobbying groups. The roundtable movement grew rapidly expanding to seven countries by 1915. These included the following: England, South Africa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, and a rather loosely organized group in the United States.”
By the end of World War I, it became clear that the organization had to be made even more secret. “They established in England and each dominion a front organization to the existing local roundtable groups. This front organization called the Royal Institute of International Affairs had as its nucleus in each area the existing submerged round table group. In New York, it was known as the Council on Foreign Relations and was a front for JP Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group.” In fact, the original plans for the Royal Institute of International Affairs, and the Council on Foreign Relations were drawn up at Paris in 1919, one to control Great Britain, the other the United States.
The Royal Institute of International Affairs gained great influence almost from the outset over the British government, even being housed in Chatham House in Great Britain, (Chatham House is equivalent with the White House in the United States), although the international bankers did not have the power over the United States government that their British cousins had over Chatham House. In time they created the European Union. Quigley wrote, “the American branch of this English establishment exerted much of its influence through the New York Times, and the Washington Post,” (Ibid. p. 953), and still do. “There grew up in the 20th Century, a powerful structure between London and New York, which penetrated deeply into university life, the press, and the practice of foreign policy” (Ibid. p. 953). Both worked for world government.
Now we know why Obama and Brennan had no problem working with the Royal Institute of International Affairs and used their intelligence services to remove their common enemy to world government, Donald J. Trump. The Deep State of both countries were always working together. Also, we have the compelling photographs of him going to and coming out of Chatham House.
