Donald Trump says he has “Irrefutable and Overwhelming” evidence, publicly never seen, that could free him quickly and turn the tables on his Deep State accusers. They, not he, are the insurrectionists. Some call it the Trump Card. Those following very closely know precisely what it is—his Executive Order 13848 and military intelligence gathered via the Space Force.
Three truths need to be noted. The Deep State is real, is decades old, and is an enemy of our republic form of government created by our Founding Fathers. If readers use only Deep State news sources the following will be new, even shocking, when the Deep State is fully revealed which will happen within the next two years. This is not a typical election, either the Deep State or Trump will be destroyed.
So what does Trump’s, now five-year-old, September 12, 2018, Executive Order 13848 say or do? It recognized that “the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference,” in our elections. These include, “unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation.” These “constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States” hence “I [Trump] hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat.”
Trump ordered the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of listed executive departments, to “conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government,” that “acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.” The assessment was to focus on the nature of, methods of, persons and foreign governments involved that “authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it.” By 45 days after the election, that assessment was to be given by the Director of National Intelligence to seven heads of state including himself. These were the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, Homeland Security, the Attorney General, and Trump.
A second assessment was to follow 45 days after the first assessment, this one to go to the following four: Trump and secretaries of state, treasury, and defense. This assessment gave focus to (1) the extent of any foreign interference that affected the security “of that infrastructure, tabulation of votes, or timely transmission of election results.” And (2), if any foreign interference targeted “a political organization, campaign, or candidate.”
Cheating in 2016 via the FBI and FISA has been well documented in previous columns. Nobody expected Hillary to lose with all the then election interference. But Trump continually said, “I caught the swamp. All of them!!” Indeed he did in 2018 through the process described in EO 13848 enacted just in time for the elections of 2018, and two years later, 2020. This is what he will present in court, documents gathered and assembled by the Director of National Intelligence of the then heads of state. This is Trump’s “Irrefutable and Overwhelming” evidence.”
Why didn’t Trump arrest the perpetrators in 2017 or 2019 or even til January 19, 2021? The people weren’t ready. They needed to see the Deep State election crimes repeated and repeated. Only now with the evidence of a two-tiered justice system exposed, do the people realize that the corrupt FBI will never arrest themselves and the corrupt DOJ will never prosecute itself. He had no place to deliver his evidence because he had no standing and had he moved earlier on the actual insurrectionists it would have looked like a Trump coup. Now he must defend himself, the court must listen, and the left must hear the evidence denied them by their Deep State media.
Space Force too, created December 21, 2019, gathered every detail of the 2020 election and likely the 2022 as well, especially as it pertained to foreign intervention in the elections. Is this part of the “Irrefutable and Overwhelming” evidence Trump says he has? Yes!
But there is more, the motherlode of evidence gathered by military intelligence via the Space Force created December 21, 2019. It monitored and collected every detail of the 2020 election fraud especially as it pertained to foreign intervention in that election. Trump sometimes wore a Space Force logo on his sleeve proud of the organization he helped create. He said, “We created a brand new beautiful branch of the military…this is gonna be a very important one too.” Space Force caught them all. It wasn’t part of the Posse Comitatus Act. He never conceded but left the White House to prevent a civil war. He needed the people to see one more election so they could see. In 2022 he caught them again cheating as never before. (X22 Reports, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3138b, Aug. 13, 2023, 1:03:25). Again, this is the “Irrefutable and Overwhelming” evidence. The left will be joyfully watching expecting a Trump hanging. But its not Trump who hangs, only the Deep State.
But Trump likes to troll his enemies, he announced. “A large, complex, detailed but Irrefutable Report on the Presidential Election fraud which took place in Georgia is almost complete and will be presented by me at a major News conference at 11:00 A.M. on Monday of next week in Bedminister, New Jersey. Based on the results of this CONCLUSIVE Report, all charges should be dropped against me and others—There will be a complete EXONERATION! They never went after those that Rigged the Election. They only went after those that fought to find the RIGGERS! (Ep. 3140b, Aug. 15, 2023, 1:05:56). He knew he could never read the full Report.
Three days later he announced, “Rather than releasing the Report on the Rigged and Stolen Georgia 2020 Presidential Election on Monday, my lawyers would prefer putting this, I believe Irrefutable and Overwhelming evidence of Election Fraud and Irregularities in formal legal fillings…Therefore, the News Conference is no longer necessary,” (Ep. 3143b, Aug. 18, 2023, 38:10). But look at the attention the Report got. The Deep State is squirming.
