Liberals are livid with Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth’s recommendation and President Donald Trump’s approval of death by U.S. Army firing squad for convicted terrorists Nidal Malik Hasan, the jihadist who opened fire on unarmed American solders at Fort Hood on November 5, 2009. He killed 13 people and wounded 32 others while shouting ‘Allah Akbar’ (God is great) during the attack. He is scheduled for execution Dec. 3, 2026 at the same location of his massacre. Survivors of the attack and family members are invited to witness (X22 Report, Ep. 4009b, Oct. 7, 2026, 36:45). If a firing squad is good for mass murders, why not for treason? The last person executed for conspiracy to commit espionage (treason) in the United States was Julius and Ethel Rosenberg June 19, 1953, for passing atomic bomb secrets to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), enabling them to develop an atomic bomb many years before anticipated.
The U.S. Constitution defines treason as “giving aid and comfort to the enemy” but requires “two witnesses to the same overt act.” The word treason has been used by serious investigators the last ten years to apply to certain actions of government or persons, especially after the declassification by President Trump of hundreds of pages of previous classified documents documenting the same. Here are just four instances of many treasonous acts gone unpunished that likely merited the firing squad for dozens knowingly involved.
In March 2025, we learned that the CIA was linked to the John F. Kennedy assassination. The Kennedy Files were released by President Trump in March 2025 despite INTENSE OPPOSITION. Had he not insisted they likely never would have been released. These files prove the existence of a Deep State in 1963 powerful enough (by then over years of development and secrecy) to assassinate the president of the United States and keep their involvement hidden for 62 years through multiple congressional hearings, until all responsible for his death were unpunished and safely dead. The 2,000 newly released files also document that Lee Harvey Oswald was in fact, a CIA asset, recruited, trained, and groomed by the CIA in Japan while he was in the service at the Naval Air Facility at Atsugi in the late 1950s. In April 2025 the FBI Crossfire Hurricane documents went public revealing Deep State treason by Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. By May it was clear that the Obama FBI was linked to a secret plan, a Coup d’etat., to prevent Donald Trump from being elected president in 2016, and when once elected, thereafter to NOT allow his inauguration. The new FBI Director, Kash Patel, sent members of Congress the released nearly 700 pages of declassified records called “Crossfire Hurricane” debunking the baseless Trump–Russia saga. Congressional Democrats were largely accomplices!! The release was labeled the Crossfire Hurricane Redacted Binder." This was the lost binder the Biden FBI expected, but failed to find, in their Mar-A-Largo raid on Trump's home 9 August 2022. These documents are devastating to Democrats. There was no Trump/Russia collusion. Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden have the most to worry from the, long suppressed, FBI Crossfire Hurricane documents having been the most heavily involved in the Coup d'etat. Whistleblower documents, primarily disclosed through Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley on September 16, 2025, revealed significant details about Joe Biden’s weaponized FBI's investigation code named "Arctic Frost.” It would have destroyed the Republican Party. The Biden FBI expanded the investigative scope far beyond Trump. Initially focused on former President Donald Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 presidential election as fraudulent and its January 6, 2021, Electoral College certification as incomplete, resulting in the Capitol riot, due to, and engineered by the Left—not the Right. Arctic Frost grew into a broader probe targeting 92 Republican-aligned organizations and individuals. This included: groups like Turning Point USA (TPUSA) whose founder, Charlie Kirk was assassinated by the Left, the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA), Trump’s Save America PAC, Women for America First, Conservative Partnership Institute, and America First Policy Institute, as well as Trump attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani. It improperly scanned the "entire Republican political apparatus” (Biden’s Chilling Pursuit of Conservatives, Through His FBI’s “Arctic Frost,” By Harold Pease, Sept. 24, 2025).
After 6 years of intense review of the 2020 presidential election ALL documents and studies show that the Deep State Democrats cheated sufficient to “elect” Biden. None show otherwise. These include: the 2021 Maricopa County Presidential Ballot Audit, the video “2000 Mules,” the Tiger Project, and the more recent news break in Arizona that 218,000 illegal aliens voted in their state alone (Adrian Fontes, Sec. Of State, press Release Sept. 30, 2024, X22 Report Ep. 3464b, 1 Oct. 2024). Even Georgia’s Dekalb GOP v Raffensperger court case proved Dominion machines capable of being hooked to the Internet debunking this as not possible, and the likelihood that it changed hundreds of thousands of votes from Trump to Biden in that election. Treason was all over the place the last 10 years. No real justice for treason criminality has existed since the Rosenbergs in 1953. No one has really been punished. If we don’t want treasonist acts to continue the death penalty, as a consequence for engaging in it, must be restored as a deterrent.
