The new CIA Director John Radcliffe just released ICA’s Tradecraft Review of the 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) revealing the CIA, FBI and DNI’s unsuccessful attempt to nullify Trump’s 2016 election victory over Hillary Clinton because of alleged Russian collusion in the election. In this, outgoing President Barack Obama and then CIA director John Brennan played major and intentional roles in both. The Russian Hoax and its coverup, is now the biggest political scandal in American history. The Report, showed that “then-CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who were “excessively involved” in its drafting, and rushed its completion in a “chaotic,” “atypical” and “markedly unconventional” process that raised questions of a “potential political motive” (“Obama’s Trump-Russia collusion report was corrupt from start: CIA review,” by Miranda Devine, New York Post, July 2, 2025). The obvious intent, though not cited, was to leave Trump, the 2016 election victor, unseated, against the will of the people who elected him.
A glaring curiosity was the timing, “on December 6, 2016, six weeks before his presidency ended,” and a month after the election, “Barack Obama ordered the assessment, which concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin ‘aspired’ to help Trump win the election”—thus Russian collusion (Ibid.). Brennan had an obvious obsession to include in the report the unverified, even discredited Steele dossier, “despite objections of the authors and senior CIA Russia experts, so as to push a false narrative that Russia secured Trump’s 2016 victory.” Still another unexplained anomaly for a guy leaving the presidency within weeks, is Obama’s wire tapping of Hillary’s political opponent. Trump responded, “Just found out that Obama had my ‘wires taped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!” (X22 Report, Ep. 3679b, July 3, 2025, 47:19, X). “Never has a president left office to collude with others to impede the next sitting president of the United States of America until Obama! (Ibid. 52:23).
The release of the classified “Tradecraft Review of the 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment [ICA] on Russian Election Interference” was conducted by career professionals at the CIA’s Directorate of Analysis and was commissioned by CIA Director John Ratcliffe last May. It concluded that in 2016, then CIA director Brennan and others rushed the Russia Election Interference Intelligence Assessment. In it “Brennan is shown to have dismissed high-level warnings that the Clinton campaign opposition research, the ‘Steel Dossier,’ was not credible. The intelligence community CIA, FBI, DNI, etc. intentionally fabricated intelligence information to create an entirely fictitious storyline”and weaponized the fake narrative against Donald Trump to prevent him from taking office after being elected by the people (Ibid., 48:19).
If the Coup d’état. was unsuccessful then why does this matter now in 2025—nine years later? Because those unpunished then remained in place enabling them to cheat even more so in every two year election cycle thereafter, potentially to infinity if not exposed, punished and stopped.
Rasmussen Reports labeled the CIA Directors’ recent release as “An Enormous Scandal, Dwarfing Watergate and the Pentagon Papers,” much much bigger than Watergate (Ibid., 48:52). To which Lee Smith, an investigative reporter replied, “Useful detail but misses crucial fact. I’ve reported in three books: Obama ordered ICA and knew by August 2016 [that the] only intel tying Trump to Russia was [the] dossier. That’s the scandal, not bad tradecraft or stove piping intel etc: Obama framed Trump” (Ibid. 49:25). Let us repeat, “Obama framed Trump.”
This is certain but it is also certain that had arrests been made, as in Diddy, the corrupt would still get off. Purging the secret combinations Deep State from office is our only hope. Still, we are better informed and prepared to remove them now than ever. Your vote in 2026 must be entirely Deep State free.
General Mike Flynn, who was himself victimized by the Deep State, said, “The newly declassified ICA proves without a shadow of a doubt that the entire operation was a rigged partisan hack job. It wasn’t intelligence. It was propaganda meant to undermine the incoming POTUS. And who orchestrated this disgrace – John Brennan, a man who wore the title of CIA Director but acted like a political assassin in service to the Obama/Clinton machine. He didn’t just fail in his duties. He betrayed it. He weaponized the CIA to push a lie, boxed out the rest of the intelligence community and engineered a fraudulent narrative that tore our nation apart. He knew the Intel was a lie yet he led a small handpicked Cabal to hide the truth and manufactured a story that served their agenda …. Everything they accuse Trump, myself, and others of doing they were doing behind the scenes. That is what Marxists do. And while they pushed their fiction, real Americans paid the price. I exposed all of it in my new book ‘Pardon of Innocence.’” General Flynn’s suggestion now is that “John Brennan needs to be put under investigation immediately.” (Ibid., 49:47). Kash Patel in his book “Government Gangster’s” verifies in detail how this was done—this whole attempted Coup d’état.
There are good reasons why Trump could not go after those who went after him and Flynn when he was president before Joe Biden. Then, few knew of the Deep State. Even fewer would have believed him and had he sought justice who would have investigated and who would have prosecuted—a rogue FBI and Department of Justice? And with the corrupt judicial justices that are only now being exposed, who would have convicted? Even now that the vast majority of the people are awakened to these coup conspirators we are probably not ready to give long prison sentences to them—perhaps executions? If justice is not restored they will be back in power.
Fortunately, “there exists no statute of limitations for conspiring to defraud the US government,” none also for criminal Rico activities, more especially, if criminal activities are ongoing or there exist any attempt to cover them up. This includes cheating in elections in 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024—much of which has been documented. This is why Trump allowed them to continue to do this. It removes the statute of limitations.” (Ibid., 52:08). But we must win both Houses of Congress decisively in 2026.
Ratcliffe in an exclusive interview summarized the rational for the released Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA). “This was Obama, Comey, Clapper and Brennan deciding ‘We’re going to screw Trump.’” And they did. Others called it treason then and now.

It began with B-2 bombers taking off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri in two groups both in silence and in secret one flying directly West over the Pacific, the decoy, the other directly East over the Atlantic, both refueling several times midair in route and traveling over 620 mph.. Operation Midnight Hammer , with 7 stealths each manned by a crew of two, arrived at target areas in Iran 18 hours later for a 25 minute drop of 14 massive bunker busters each capable of destroying solid concrete with rebar 300 ft deep—then home again. Said to be a total success and they were never detected.
Trump was removing the Deep State Iranian government so the people themselves, who last demonstrated against the government in 100 days of protest in 2022, where “more than 500 protesters, including 69 children, have been killed,” according to the Human Rights Activists’ News Agency (HRANA) (Iran protests: ‘No going back’ as unrest hits 100 days, by Parham Ghobadi, 26 December 2022). The clerical government is not loved by the people. Iranians now can successfully come to power choosing to be free and elect their own government, This is the very opposite of the CIA directed regime change that came about in 1979 in Iran. Trump still believes this will result and that the Iranian people support what he has done. We will see.
Israel says “it destroyed over 120 Iranian missile launchers overnight: we’ve achieved aerial superiority over Iran…Israel is expected to issue its first – ever ‘evacuation orders’ for buildings and neighborhoods in Iran’s capital Tehran. (“IDF says a third of Iran’s missile launchers destroyed, urges parts of Tehran to evacuate,” by Emanuel Falbian, The Times of Israel, 16 June 2025). Iran had no allies.
The Wall Street Journal was among the first to suggest that the Iranian people might want to negotiate peace, (“A Battered Iran Signals it Wants to De Escalate Hostilities with Israel and Negotiate Messages passed by Tehran through intermediaries seek a return to talks if the U. S. Stays out of the Fight,” By Summer Said, Benoit Faucon, and Angt Peled, June 16, 2025). Obviously America was very much in the fight after their takeout of the nuclear sites June 21. Iranians were likely kept in the dark as to why either Israel or American was bombing them.
With Trump’s call to“Evacuate Tehran” the Deep State U. S. media went berserk expecting Trump to initiate a nuclear attack on Tehran. But Trump said nothing about nuclear. He was likely trying to cause some kind of chaos there to force Iran back to the table to discuss peace (Ep. 3667b, June 17, 2025, 14:51). Remember all wars are also information wars long before any real fighting. He’s always said, “IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON.” Notice Trump’s disabling comments. “We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran.” Then indirectly to the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei,”We now know exactly where the supreme leader is hiding. He is an easy target, but is safe there. We are not going to take him out, at least not for now, but we don’t want missiles shot at civilians, or American soldiers. Our patients is wearing thin” (Ep. 3667b, June 17, 2025, 39:13). Trump has an uncanny ability to get into the head of his opponents.
Trump maintains, “There is never any reason to put a single boot on the ground in Iran.” He executed his bombing of the nuclear facilities from inside the state of Missouri to inside the country of Iran, an 18-hour one-way flight, and back to prove this point stating, “That is how the forever wars were forever wars. They never wanted any war completed.” The Deep State used Iran and their production of weapons to fund the state funded terrorist. Thus the Deep State stayed in control. Trump allowed Israel to serve as a proxy to war until the people of Iran themselves say, enough is enough. The Deep State won’t be able to use Iran anymore. (Ep. 3668b, June 18, 2025, 31:32). Trump, “We’re not looking for long-term war. I only want one thing, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. That’s it.”
Deep State power in the Middle East must end. To this end look what Trump has already done. He removed ISIS. Hezbollah is no more. He removed Hamas, he has removed the Houthis, Iranian proxy forces in Yemen. He is removing all the state funded terrorist organizations created by the CIA in decades past in the region and is now shutting down first their funding through USAIDS. He shut down their ability to get intelligence. Now he is going to Iran, the hub of the problem in the Middle East, they create most of the supplies and weapons for the region. His actions are more likely to prevent World War III than start it!
With respect to his use of the War Powers Act in Iran, it doesn’t make it right, but everybody used it to bomb other countries: Clinton, Obama, Bush. All that is required is that one notifies Congress and you can strike a nation for 60 days and you don’t need congress’s approval. Countries thus bombed included: Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, and Pakistan.
Trump wants the Deep State’s unconditional surrender. The Deep State until now controls the opposition in Iran. Trump supports no regime change unless it comes from the people. There will be no CIA puppet government as elsewhere, like Ukraine. Trump is weakening the Deep State enabling the people themselves to rise and throw it off (Ep. 3669b, June 19, 2025, 2:20).
Expect a peaceful transfer of power in Iran. The Deep State is almost gone and thus far Trump has all the leverage there. The Deep State used a nuclear Iran to push fear around the world. After the destruction of the facilities they can’t do that any more. As Trump said after the destruction of the nuclear plants, “NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE!” We will see.

Governor Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass enabled the— thus far unsuccessful— Insurrection. Whether it can be used to galvanize and inspire other Antifa cells in other cities and states in the weeks and months to follow remains possible. Mexico encourages the violent insurrectionists in Los Angeles and issues threats to America. The Mexican flag became a symbol of invasion. Foreign flags were everywhere. Fox News reporter, Bill Melugin said “a massive group of 400-500 protesters have sprouted up out of nowhere with no LAPD presence to be seen. This new, random, massive group of protesters just showed up here. Hundreds, upon hundreds of them. They’ve taken over the street and I don’t see a single LPPD officer.” The first few days of the insurrection “showed them waving Mexican flags while torching cars, attacking police and burning US. Flags.” But Melugin noticed something else highly suspicious “hundreds of people have shown up out of nowhere, and it happened multiple times last night.” The fall of LA was orchestrated.
“America is facing an insurrection incited by Democrat political leaders and organized by Soro’s / USAID backed NGO’s in an effort to gain control of Congress, LA is ground zero” (Amuse, Ep. 3660b, June 8, 2025, 17:25). Soro’s gave $7,250,000 for this and other insurrections to follow in the No Kings movement. The lead funders for the LA Insurrection are Neville Singham, “a CCP activist,” and Christy Walton of Walmart (Ep. 3663b, June 11, 2025, 40:53).
The LA Insurrection began with a gigantic lie. “Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Holman revealed that the raids that sparked the violent LA riots were not for immigration purposes. the raids that took place in downtown Los Angeles on Friday we’re part of a criminal investigation into a ‘money laundering’ operation. It was to service the three criminal warrants at locations based on large criminal conspiracy that ICE is investigating”— in short a cartel operation.
The outrage over ICE raids that supposedly sparked the LA riots was totally manufactured. “There were no violent federal immigration agents hauling away, peaceful immigrant families. As usual, the left’s entire violence justifying narrative is a tissue of lies. ICE was serving a series of criminal warrants on a particular business being investigated for money laundering for the drug cartels. This business is also suspected of human trafficking” (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 22:07). ICE remains involved in solving other crimes, “75% of those arrested by ICE this year have prior criminal records” (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 24:47). They more than chase illegals.
Democrat U.S. Senator John Fetterman expressed how most felt, “I unapologetically stand for free speech, peaceful demonstrations, and immigration – but this is not that. This is anarchy and true chaos. My party loses the moral high ground when we refused to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings and assaulting law officers” (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 12:16).
Who are the Insurectionists? These include: activist judges, including John Roberts, Antifa, cartels, illegals, fake news, dems, installed politicians those “going against the president that we elected” enabling mayors, governors, House and Senate enablers. This is an insurrection to enable continued occupation of California (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 16:49).
George Soro’s gave $7,260,000 to the “No Kings movement” who’s primary purpose is to remove the people’s choice for president. No one wants more to be your king, and that of the world, then Soros and no one wants it less, more than Trump. Trump asks, “If I am a king why is it so difficult for me to get anything done? Why are all the judges blocking me? Why can’t I get certain bills passed? If king I would be able to do whatever I wanted.” We might add—even end his opposition. No president has pushed for less federal regulation and fewer taxes then he. Do your own thinking America!! He gives his salary to charity.
Trump invoked long existing law 10 US Code 252, which reads: “Whenever the president considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages or, rebellion against the authority of the United States, makes it impractical to enforce the laws of the United States in any state by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into federal service, such of the militia of any state and use such of the arm forces as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.” (Ep. 3661b, June 9, 2025, 10 US Code 252.
By the third day of six of the LA Insurrection, it was obvious that optics of chaos and violence of foreign aliens burning down America were not selling well with the public. The Deep State began handing out only American flags. These, obviously just out of the box with serious fold creases, but thereafter no observable burning of American flags optics. (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 20:27). But it was Trump’s calling in 2,000 National Guard troops and 700, stand-by marines, that ended the Insurrection. The Patriots simply overwhelmed the Insurrectionists.
Trump wrote, “Our once great American city Los Angeles has been invaded and occupied by illegal aliens and criminals. Now violent, insurrectionist mobs are swarming and attacking our federal agents to try and stop our deportation operations – but their lawless riots only strengthen our resolve. I am directing Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristie Noem, Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, and Attorney General, Pam Bondi, in coordination with all other relevant departments and agencies, to take all such action necessary to deliver Los Angeles from the migrant invasion, and put an end to these migrant riots. Order will be restored, the illegals will be expelled, and Los Angeles will be set free”(Ep. 3661b, June 9, 2025, 40:15). Hence, a week and a half later things are mostly calm in the streets of LA.

The premier law enforcement organization in America is accused of withholding and disappearing evidence in their secret “prohibited access” files. This, primarily exposed through recent revelations through declassified documents and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley’s investigations showing a secretive classification within the FBI’s Sentinel record-keeping system that can disappear documents harmful to FBI interests. This means that hidden data “will not appear in search results, meaning that users of Sentinel would not know that information relevant to their search even exists.

The FBI has two mostly hidden special document classifications restricted and prohibited access. The first differs from the latter in that it clearly exists and can be seen if you are allowed to see it. The second, their is no admission that it exists at all and they alone have access. It is camouflaged.

FBI prohibited access has existed in some form at least since 2007.Then, information not to be made public “were under lock and key in secure rooms, with access only available to the FBI director.” The Deep State came to control the entire Intelligence Community (CIA, FBI, DOJ, and NSD). As they sought to engage in activities clearly not acceptable to common Americans , for example, like nation building and regime change in foreign lands, easily documented in Ukraine in 2014, they sought secrecy from exposure. As we progressed through the computer era that information had to be hidden in layers with the highest layer being restricted access but only with their permission. Senator Grassley’s Committee findings burst that bubble, there is the “prohibited assess” level for essentially only them.
The Deep State realized that some day they must destroy the US Constitution and its continuity of government to make government easily adjustable by them. They needed a place to bury the evidence so scholars would defend the narratives they left behind without its exposure, because they would never find the evidence countering. They were the real threat to democracy, not Trump, and almost succeeded in placing this on Trump permanently. “Former CIA Director, President George Herbert Walker Bush, is the modern founding father who constructed the ‘continuity of government’ system … Former President Barack H Obama is the person who weaponized it, ‘by the book’.” (“About the FBI ‘Prohibited Access’ Files, The Last Refuge, June 3, 2025). The message of the Deep State is Trump is Hitler “Therefore all operations against Trump to preserve the continuity of government were warranted.” Again, they almost succeeded with this narrative. The people awoke, rejected the narrative and reelected Trump in a landslide victory in November 2024 but their “Trump is Hitler” narrative still exists.
The above source adds, “there’s even a level of FBI information assembled that exceeds the ‘Prohibited Access’ qualification. That information is transferred to CIA vaults that are available due to the same legislative authority that empowers the CIA to operate without any oversight [other than the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI)]. The CIA is the ‘sister agency’ to the FBI” (Ibid). The same source tells us that similar secrecy mechanisms as “Prohibited Access” “reportedly exist in other agencies like the NSA, DHS, and CIA.”
Still more data surprises are coming, Kash Patel said the following, “When I first got to the Bureau, I found a room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Building, full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of… and just said [presumably to himself or others with him at the time] ‘No one is ever going to find this place.’ ‘Is this something they have been hiding for a very long time?’ We’ve just learned about ‘prohibitive access’ and now a secret room. What else have they been hiding?” Kash has told us that they are investigating Jim Comey. Patel was responding to people demanding arrests right now and used Comey as an example. He was suggesting that we might want to deepen the investigation before rushing off with arrests. We have to do this right, otherwise the corrupt judges would let him off. Remember Comey called for the assassination of Trump just three weeks ago. There may exist documents he hid. Don’t get anxious. Give them time to do it right (X22 Report, Ep. 3660b, June 8, 2025, 52:30).
James Comey, “Who Me!!!,” is left with a lot of explaining to do. These include 1) his FBI secret, potentially disappearing, “Prohibited Access” files program, 2) his secret room full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of, 3) his built in bias to promote the fake narrative of Russian Collusion suggesting General Michael Flynn was passing state secrets to Russia, and 4) his beach shell message in the sand allegedly a call to assassinate Trump three weeks ago to name a few. Indeed he might benefit the most by a Trump assassination. He was never particularly loyal to him.
Another document of great interest once classified TOP SECRET has recently surfaced. It dealt with the transition of power from Barack Obama to Donald Trump just before Obama left office. President Obama began the meeting stressing his “continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of the transition be handled …by the book.” Then amazingly and irresponsibly, President Obama “said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia. Director Comey affirmed that he is proceeding by the book as it relates to law-enforcement from a national security perspective. Comey said he “does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Obama has no business suggesting his transition team withhold evidence from Flynn or Trump. Even more irresponsible was Obama’s outgoing request of Comey “to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would.” Trump, became Comey’s new boss. (Declassified, “Obama presidential Record National Archives and Records Administration,” Jan. 20, 2017). Going forward attorneys will definitely want to know if the FBI disappeared information on Hillary Clinton Email, Crossfire Hurricane, Hunter Biden laptop, and a number of other cases.

The Deep State trapped itself. Everyone saw Biden’s chronic dementia. One had to deny ones own eyes not to see it. Worse, all experienced its cover-up. His whole presidency was covering up something. But almost everyone was caught off-guard with the recent revelation that those around him also covered up his serious, even life-threatening, cancer. Still, as bad as this coverup is, other than the rigged presidential election of 2020, which LibertyUnderFire has covered in detail many times over the years, the autopen scandal is the biggest scandal in American history—-many times bigger then Watergate! Whoever used it assumed unto themselves the power of the presidency. This is worse than treason.
Most Americans now believe that the same people that overthrew the government in 2020 also ran it during the Biden years. “It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the autopen. They stole the presidency of the United States, and put us in great danger.” If so this is TREASON at the highest level. A whistleblower, alleged to be “a senior Democrat from the Biden 2020 campaign at the highest levels” identified the individuals controlling access to the president and “profiting from it.” Biden was NOT Running the Country—staff was governing —but who was/is directing them? Soros? Obama?
Biden spent 309 days – 40% of his presidency – on vacation. “Perhaps getting treatment for his cancer. His staff all knew he had cancer. There are cancer markers in routine bloodwork…They last checked his PSA in 2014” (X22 Report hereafter not cited, Ep. 3647b, May 21, 2025, 49:28). But every high level Democrat in this country was silent. When one knows differently silence is a form of deception.
The House Oversight Committee has “sent a letter to Biden’s White House Dr. O’Connor demanding he comply with a request for a transcribed interview ‘to ensure your health reports were not subject to any improper influence.’” Comer’s subpoena will follow if he refuses. (Paul Sperry, Ep. 3649b, May 23, 2025, 46:27).
According to Pew Research, on January 17, 2025, the dementia challenged Joe Biden, “granted 2490 commutations [pardons], more than any prior chief executive has granted over their entire presidency.” Election Wizard, a social media critic, said it best, “There is nearly a zero chance Biden actually signed 2000 in a single day, but the autopen probably did” (Ep. 3645b, May 19, 2025, 42:49).
An unnamed whistleblower, alleged to be “a senior Democrat from the Biden 2020 campaign at the highest levels” identified the individuals controlling access to the president and “profiting from it. The gatekeepers were [Ron] Klain, Anita Dunn, and Bob Bauer, …Those three were really dominant characters in the White House.”
Ed Martin, now DOJ’s pardon attorney, to whom the whistleblower confided, asked, “What about Susan Rice? What about some of these others?” And was told, “No, these were the ones.” The whistleblower also mentioned that Steve Ricchetti and even Jill Biden had peripheral involvement, but the core control, rested with that trio (PJ Media, “DOJ Official Names Top Three Suspects in Biden Autopen Scandal,” PJ Media, by Matt Margolis, May 22, 2025).
Martin compared his whistleblower’s list of three insiders [four if we count Steve Ricchetti’s peripheral involvement,] running the White House with that of former DNC insider Lindy Li’s list of six given last February, “as these are the people who ran our country for the last four years.” He found the lists the same outside two names Mike Donilon, and Jeff Zients. Four out of six strengthens the whistleblowers credibility (Ibid.).
Allegedly even Senator Elizabeth Warren, POCAHONTAS, had “the autopen and wasn’t afraid to use it” (Jesse Waters, Fox News, May 27, 2025). But it should not be too hard to determine if she, or any of the others, were using it. Or, if Biden even authorized its use. Most Americans believe, and certainly the Founding Fathers intended, that only the president should sign and with his own hand, as does Donald Trump, failing this corruption is invited and now demonstrated.
Respecting the autopen pictured, most Americans believe, and certainly the Founding Fathers intended, that the president should sign government documents and new laws with his own hand, as does Donald Trump; failing this corruption is invited and under Biden demonstrated. His personal witness, by signature, that the new law is good and just for all. No signature should replace his whether by fraud or machine. His signature represents his personal attention and consent to what government is permitted to do to the people. This symbolic guard rail cannot be trivialized in a free society.
We should know soon. “Three of President Biden’s top aides: deputy chief of staff, Anthony Bernal, deputy chief of staff, Annie Tomasini, and senior advisor, Ashley Williams,” have been invited “to testify about their knowledge of the autopen pardons, and who is actually running the government. If they refuse Republicans on the House Oversight Committee will issue subpoenas for the conspirators. And if they decide not to testify, they can go to jail because [Democrats] already set that precedent” when Trump was last president (Ep. 3653b, May 29, 2025, 48:57).
Trump recently came to Biden’s defense somewhat when he messaged on Truth Social, “Joe Biden was not for open borders, he never talked about open borders…. It wasn’t his idea to open the border, and almost destroy our country, and cost us 100s of billions of dollars to get criminals out of our country.… It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the autopen. They stole the presidency of the United States, and put us in great danger. This is TREASON at the highest level. They did it to destroy our country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our country totally unchecked and unvented. All anyone has to do is look up his record” (Ep. 3646b, May 20, 2025, 17:57).
Trump also said, “They were illegally running the government through the autopen for 4 years.… They overthrew the government, unelected individuals were running the government—not Biden.” (Ep. 3646b, May 20, 2025, 48:43). He believes they even forged pardons. President Trump said that “he thinks unelected Biden staffers concealed his decline so that they could use the levers of power for their own personal gain.” Trump’s press secretary, Karen Levitt said, “That’s not just the president thinking that…. These are facts that are now finally being revealed” (Rapid Response 47, Ep. 3649b, May 23, 2025, 49:33). In any case, Americans know Biden was NOT Running the Country—staff was governing —but who was/is directing them? Soros? Obama?

Not long ago both major political parties agreed on the phrase illegal alien, defined as “A foreign national who is living without official authorization in a country of which they are not a citizen.” Hillary Clinton was once a strong advocate for deportation. She said in a 2008 immigration campaign speech, “I think we’ve got to have tough conditions. Tell people to come out of the shadows. If they have committed a crime, deport them. No questions asked! They are gone!! If you are here illegally you should be deported. If they’ve been working and are law abiding, we should say, here are the conditions for you’re staying. You have to pay a stiff fine because you came here illegally. You have to pay back taxes and you have to try to learn English and you have to wait in line” (Hillary Clinton’s deleted 2008 Immigration Speech: Tough Stance on Border Security and Reform, YouTube).
At one time Hillary Clinton was more opposed to illegal immigration then Donald Trump. Her fiery speech given in favor of deportation in 2008 was almost scrubbed from the Internet but we finally found a copy. “If they have committed a crime, deport them. No questions asked! They are gone!!” She yelled to her audience. If they have been law abiding and still want to remain they need to pay “a stiff fine,” back taxes, learn English and wait in line she waved her arms with emphasis.
President Bill Clinton signed into law, “The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. He asserted that the legislation strengthened “the rule of law by cracking down on illegal immigration at the border, in the workplace, and in the criminal justice system — without punishing those living in the United States legally.” Section 133, “Acceptance of State Services to Carry Out Immigration Enforcement,” authorized the Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to enter into agreements with state and local law enforcement agencies called Memorandums of Agreement to enforce its provisions (Scholars, HOW AMERICA’S 1996 IMMIGRATION ACT SET THE STAGE FOR INCREASINGLY LOCALIZED AND TOUGH ENFORCEMENT,” January 9, 2018). Draconian next to Joe Biden’s flying in criminal illegal aliens into our cities and housing them at taxpayer expense.
All presidents of the US from Benjamin Harrison to Trump (23 presidents) have each deported thousands to millions of illegal aliens for at least 137 years with little or no judicial opposition until Donald Trump (source, Department of Homeland Security and Cato Institute). It has always been mostly a non-issue with respect to constitutional authority of the executive. As far as we can tell no injunctions were issued against the practice because of two reasons 1) Illegals have never had any due process rights because they were not citizens and, 2) the judicial branch cannot tell the executive branch how to execute the law any more than the executive branch can tell the judicial branch how to rule on a law—they are separate but co-equal branches. This, until President Trump, because the Deep State weaponized immigration to purchase potential voters with gift giving (free medical care, social security, housing, jobs, food, and even eventually citizenship). We have reported on this over the years. Illegals have become the Democrat Party’s constituents. Both Chicago and New York City Democrats learned this in 2024, their party cared more about illegals than they. Trump is destroying their plans to make aliens citizens then voters.
The nation is in constitutional crisis. We were invaded by up to 21 million foreigners, all illegals by the above definition and therefore not citizens and as such have no due process rights. Someone breaking into our home has no right once in to argue with us as to the conditions of his departure. All have broken the law by illegal entry and many of them are criminals. Unless challenged the Deep State will create a permanent Democrat majority with beholding illegals.
If we allow the judicial branch to destroy the executive branch as co equal but separate from it, we damage the Constitution, probably irreparably. Also, if courts can’t function as designed by the Constitution, their is no justice. The Black Robbed Judicial Coup d’état is real. Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested for obstructing an immigration operation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Supreme Court is led by Chief Justice John Roberts who could reign-in the district judges but has sided with activist judge—James Boasberg in particular—and is openly against Congress using its constitutional impeachment powers on judges. The Supreme Court is divided with Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Brett Kavanaugh holding to the Constitutional line while Sonia Sotomayor openly encourages resistance to ICE. A divided court is paralyzed.
No one is above the law made famous by Democrats applies also to activist Judges. Judge Hannah Dugan, the Milwaukee County Circuit judge who was arrested by the FBI on Friday, April 25, was charged in federal court on two charges, obstruction and concealing an illegal alien from arrest. FBI Director Kash Patel posted this picture with faces blurred on X. The Black Robed Judicial Coup d’état is real but will justice really follow?
Congress can impeach these rogue judges but has been infiltrated by Deep State legislators who have assisted and many are active in preventing the laws of the land from being enforced by ICE to remove illegals—even attacking law enforcement. Therefore the House may not be able to get impeachments through the Senate as required. Still, the Court or Congress should solve the issue.
Trump has three choices 1) Let the executive branch be nullified by the judicial branch with the resultant damage to the Constitution, which he cannot do as he is sworn in as the nation’s chief protector of the Constitution, 2) Totally ignore the 677 district judges who have no constitutional jurisdiction outside their districts, and their unconstitutional injunctions, as did President Andrew Jackson when he said “the Supreme Court has made the law, let them enforce it” or, 3) Implement Art. I, Sec. 9, Cla. 2, Writ of Habeas Corpus which he must do if the other branches do not act on their constitutionally required checks and balances to preserve the document.
Trump won’t move before the people are shown that Congress won’t / can’t impeach Deep State justices or the Supreme Court won’t bridle its district rogue judges and perhaps even Sotomayor. He has already asked the Supreme Court to save the Constitution by reigning them in. He might even wait until after the mid-terms to let the new Congress do it. When those two options are exhausted, and the people see that they are exhausted, they will support his having to implement the suspension clause of the Writ of Habeas Corpus which reads “The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.” We witnessed a four year long invasion with some small communities actually occupied by the Tren de Aragua gang and with the rise in murder, rape and serious crime— public safety was absolutely affected.
In the meantime Trump popularity and the public’s willingness to pursue deportation is growing. Democrats themselves support deportation of criminals 69%, according to Rasmussen Reports.
