In front of the largely hostile Deep State United Nations 80th Session Sept. 23, 2025, Trump spoke with power and minced no words. He opened, “Six years have passed since I last stood in this grand hall and addressed a world that was prosperous and at peace in my first term. Since that day, the guns of war have shattered the peace I forged on two continents…. One year ago our country was in deep trouble. But today, just eight months into my administration, we are the hottest country anywhere in the world….America is blessed with the strongest economy, the strongest borders, the strongest military, the strongest friendships and the strongest spirit of any nation on the face of the earth. This is indeed the Golden Age of America.” We present a few major portions of what he told the world.
Trump reminded the U.N. that in 2024 they “budgeted $372 million in cash assistance to support an estimated 624,000 migrants journeying into the United States.” The UN was supporting people that were invading the United States. If done by a single country it would be an act of war. “The UN also provided food, shelter, transportation and debit cards to illegal aliens on the way to infiltrate our southern border.”
The Invasion of the United States Southern Border. Trump continues, “ON OUR SOUTHERN BORDER, WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REPELLED A COLOSSAL INVASION. And for the last four months, and that’s four months in a row, the number of illegal aliens admitted and entering our country has been zero. Hard to believe because, if you look back just a year ago, it was millions and millions of people pouring in from all over the world, from prisons, from mental institutions, drug dealers.” NOW, “Our message is very simple. If you come illegally into the United States, you’re going to jail or you’re going back to where you came from, or perhaps even further than that.”
The UN Helped Fund the Southern invasion of America. He reminded the U.N. that in 2024 they “budgeted $372 million in cash assistance to support an estimated 624,000 migrants journeying into the United States. Think of that. The UN is supporting people that are illegally coming into the United States, and then we have to get them out. The UN also provided food, shelter, transportation and debit cards to illegal aliens, can you believe that, on the way to infiltrate our southern border… Just a year ago, millions and millions of people were pouring in, 25 million altogether over the four years of the incompetent Biden administration, and now we have it stopped, totally stopped. In fact, they’re not even coming anymore because they know they can’t get through.”
What took place was totally unacceptable. “THE UN IS SUPPOSED TO STOP INVASIONS, NOT CREATE THEM AND NOT FINANCE THEM. In the United States, we reject the idea that mass numbers of people from foreign lands can be permitted to travel halfway around the world, trample our borders, violate our sovereignty, cause unmitigated crime and deplete our social safety net. We have reasserted that America belongs to the American people.”
The UN is destroying Europe also by encouraging Unmitigated Mass Migration. Trump continues, “I encourage all countries to take their own stand in defense of their citizens as well. You have to do that…[otherwise] You’re destroying your countries… But to stay this way, every sovereign nation must have the right to control their own borders. You have the right to control your borders as we do now, and to limit the sheer numbers of migrants entering their countries and paid for by the people of that nation that were there and that built that particular nation at the time.”
Trump warned, “Europe is in serious trouble. They’ve been invaded by a force of illegal aliens like nobody’s ever seen before. Illegal aliens are pouring into Europe…and nobody’s doing anything to change it, to get them out. It’s not sustainable. And because they choose to be politically correct, they’re doing just absolutely nothing about it. Proud nations must be allowed to protect their communities and prevent their societies from being overwhelmed by people they have never seen before, with different customs, religions, with different everything. Where migrants have violated laws, lodged false asylum claims or claimed refugee status for illegitimate reasons, they should, in many cases, be immediately sent home.”
Other nations have infiltrated Europe AND HER PRISONS. Trump continues, “According to the Council of Europe in 2024, almost 50% of inmates in German prisons were foreign nationals or migrants. In Austria, the number was 53% of the people in prisons were from places that weren’t from where they are now. In Greece, the number was 54%. And in Switzerland, beautiful Switzerland, 72% of the people in prisons are from outside of Switzerland. When your prisons are filled with so-called asylum seekers who repaid kindness, and that’s what they did, THEY REPAID KINDNESS WITH CRIME, it’s time to end the failed experiment of open borders… Your countries are going to hell.
“Just a year ago, millions and millions of people were pouring in, 25 million altogether over the four years of the incompetent Biden administration, and now we have it stopped, totally stopped. In fact, they’re not even coming anymore because they know they can’t get through… We have successfully repelled a colossal invasion,” Trump said.
“Now they want to go to Sharia law. But you’re in a different country. You can’t do that. Both the immigration and their suicidal energy ideas will be the death of Western Europe if something is not done immediately. This cannot be sustained. What makes the world so beautiful is that each country is unique.” Uniqueness is being destroyed.
Climate Change Predictions Were ALL Wrong. “It’s the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world, in my opinion. Climate change, no matter what happens, you’re involved in that. No more global warming, no more global cooling. All of these predictions made by the United Nations and many others, … were wrong.”
What Europe Must Do to Save itself. “They must take control strongly and immediately of the unmitigated immigration disaster and the fake energy catastrophe before it’s too late. The carbon footprint is a hoax made up by people with evil intentions and they’re heading down a path of total destruction.”
Only a portion of Trump’s very long message is summarized here, he concludes,“I love the people of Europe. And I hate to see it being devastated by energy and immigration. This double-tailed monster destroys everything in its wake and they cannot let that happen any longer.”

Whistleblower documents, primarily disclosed through Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley on September 16, 2025, revealed significant details about Joe Biden’s weaponized FBI’s investigation code named “Arctic Frost.” It would have destroyed the Republican Party. Key revelations include four points.
As were 92 Republican-aligned organizations and individuals— essentially the leaders of the Republican Party. Arctic Frost would have continued forever entrapping and incarcerating patriots. Freedom would have been a casualty. First, the Biden FBI expanded the investigative scope far beyond Trump. Initially focused on former President Donald Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 presidential election as fraudulent and its January 6, 2021, Electoral College certification as incomplete, and resulting in the Capitol riot, due to, and engineered by the Left—not the Right. Arctic Frost grew into a broader probe targeting 92 Republican-aligned organizations and individuals. This included groups like Turning Point USA (TPUSA) whose founder, Charlie Kirk was recently assassinated by the Left, the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA), Trump’s Save America PAC, Women for America First, Conservative Partnership Institute, and America First Policy Institute, as well as Trump attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani.
Second, it unleashed extensive subpoenas and surveillance on the Republican Party. Biden’s FBI issued subpoenas seeking financial records, emails, and donor data, often tied to January 6 rally logistics, such as funding for the Ellipse rally. A notable subpoena to event firm Event Strategies listed TPUSA and 10 other groups under the code “J6$” (January 6 funding), indicating a focus on tracing money flows. Whistleblowers described this as a dragnet that improperly scanned the “entire Republican political apparatus.”
Third, it unloaded credible allegations of partisan overreach. Grassley and other Republican lawmakers, citing whistleblower files, claimed Arctic Frost was used by partisan FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors to target Trump allies and conservative entities. Internal memos suggested the probe’s codename, Arctic Frost, reflected a “chilling” pursuit of perceived threats, raising concerns about politicized law fare and enforcement.
Fourth, outside 1,575 J6ers arrested and indicted there were no other widespread charges. Arctic Frost primarily led to special counsel Jack Smith’s 2023 indictment of Trump, later dismissed due to the lack of actual evidence and a Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity. Most other targeted entities faced no charges, fueling accusations of bureaucratic harassment. These disclosures, drawn from redacted FBI and DOJ records, have intensified debates over the Biden FBI’s non-neutrality, with Senator Grassley now pushing for accountability and justice. At the time it was difficult not to see the weaponization of the FBI similar to that of the KGB in the once USSR. Had either Biden or Harris been elected last November there is little doubt the 1,575 charged, 1,270 sentenced, and 700 incarcerated from January 6 would have tripled, or more, before 2028 and Democrats, removing their political opposition, would have remained in power for the foreseeable future. Arctic Frost would have continued forever entrapping and incarcerating patriots. Freedom would have been a casualty. Trump issued blanket clemency for J6ers on Inauguration Day ending the Biden FBI’s assault on liberty.
Arctic Frost originated in early 2022 under FBI Director Christopher Wray, amid ongoing scrutiny of the 2020 election aftermath. By mid-2023, it had evolved into a vehicle for Smith’s office, leading to Trump’s federal charges on conspiracy to defraud the United States later dropped for lack of evidence. What began as a targeted Trump probe ballooned into a sweeping operation against Republican infrastructure. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released whistleblower files in January 2025, with further disclosures on September 16, 2025, Grassley described the expansion as a “vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends,” claiming it improperly scanned the “entire Republican political apparatus.” Arctic Frost went beyond Trump, implicating groups like Charlie Kirks’ Turning Point USA in its dragnet.
A Biden White House memo defined “the following as terrorists: military veterans, anti-war individuals/groups, tax resistance movement groups, militia, alternative media, opponents of open border policies, single issue groups or individuals, patriot movements (Christian patriots, patriot groups, and constitutionalists).” These were essentially MAGA people—we are all domestic terrorists.
As a result, “The state of Florida is launching an investigation and issuing subpoenas to former Biden officials who TARGETED Charley Kirk’s Turning Point USA and other conservative groups, following the revelation that Democrats’ ‘Arctic Frost’ program wrongfully targeted.” (Eric Daugherty X22 Report 3733b, Sept. 17, 2025, 51:56). There has been no knew information on Arctic Frost since.
None of this is new to our LibertyUnderFire.com readers. “The Biden Administration released the first-ever “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.”(The White House, June 15, 2021). In it and a followup memo on terrorists It defined “the following as terrorists: military veterans, anti-war individuals/groups, tax resistance movement groups, militia, alternative media, opponents of open border policies, single issue groups or individuals, patriot movements (Christian patriots, patriot groups, and constitutionalists).” These were essentially MAGA people.
The memo continued, “The DHS has establish[ed] dozens of ‘Fusion Centers’ in cities and states across the country to monitor domestic activity. Local, state, and federal agents from DHS, CIA, and DOJ share information concerning the activities of citizens. Activities monitored by Fusion Centers overlap with those stated in the DHS Report/Lexicon and further includes the following (which tend to vary state-to-state): frequent references to the constitution, support of third party candidates, support for an audit of the Federal Reserve, opposition to a carbon tax to be paid to a world bank, opposition to US submission to the United Nations and/or the World Health Organization. These are who Biden’s DHS labeled as domestic terrorists—MOST AMERICANS. The Biden Administration was a tyrannical government. You and I were his domestic terrorists. The Right turns to God for strength in prayer and has vigils for their victims, the Left burns, loots and assassinates. The Left may have a moment of silence benefiting themselves, often on but one knee, the Right a moment with God that others may be benefited, usually on both knees. These responses are not the same, the one response invites goodness, the other often evil. The Right do not burn, loot, or assassinate. Charlie Kirk’s assassination should awaken every American to the need to bring God, more fully, into their lives.
Thousands of candles lit in many dozens of vigils throughout the land burn in honor of Charlie Kirk who was assassinated for speaking out for everyone’s freedom of speech. Far left domestic terrorists cheered his death but most Americans prayed and gathered in vigils like this one Sept. 11, 2025 in Orem, Utah City Park, to support their massive grief, but not one turned to burning cars and buildings, looting stores or killing those responsible for the rhetoric that caused the violence that ended Kirk’s life at age 31. The Right are nothing like them! Nothing like them at all!!
This was most blatantly demonstrated last week in the House of Representatives when House members learned that Charlie Kirk had been shot. Speaker Mike Johnson led a moment in silence after which Representative Lauren Boebert said “silent prayers get silent results,” and requested a vocal prayer. The request drew audible groans, shouts and even boos from mostly Democrats (“House Floor Erupts as Lauren Boebert Calls for Prayer for Charlie Kirk,” By Anna Commander, Newsweek, Sept. 10, 2025). The chaos silenced her request for an audible prayer.
Charlie Kirk was not a politician, a candidate for public office, a billionaire, or even a religious leader. Instead, he was a gifted debater, orator and a religious man that all of us, if God has any place in us, could admire and identify with. The Left could not have found someone less worthy of assassination in the public square, and the public is already turning against the Left and Democrats blaming them for the rhetoric that led to this extreme violence.
The Left say, “Oh we condemn this violence.” But they do NOT! Their unending hate Trump rhetoric has called for harm to Trump for at least a decade and for almost 5 years on his MAGA followers. You can’t call Trump, Hitler, a fascist dictator, a Nazis, and a threat to democracy day and night for years, before some one (like Tyler James Robinson), will feel invited by the Dems to take him, or a follower (Charlie Kirk), out and feel justified in doing so.
Like a choir the Deep State’s news, and vast majority of the Democrat Party, sustained this decade long constant “full court” press messaging. Fascism was virtually their only message. Notice the frequency of the word in article headings. Here are some recent examples: ABC, “Half of Americans see Donald Trump as a fascist.” POLITICO, “Trump and fascism: a pair of historians tackled the big question.” CBS News, “Trump praised Nazi generals loyalty to Hitler the Atlantic claims.” NBC news, “Kamala Harris calls Trump a ‘fascist’ as she argues he’s dangerous and unfit for office.” Rolling Stone, “Trump goes full FASCIST: whether it’s right or wrong, it’s time to go after people.” PBS, “How Trump’s rhetoric compares to historic fascism language.” CNN, “people are calling Trump a fascist. What does that mean?” “The Atlantic, “Donald Trump’s Fascist, Romp.” The New York Times, “Is Trump a fascist? This time, Mayor Adams dodges the question.” And, “Kelly’s comments about Trump, fascism and Hitler.” NPR, “Trump’s former chief of staff called him. A ‘fascist’ Harris is campaigning on that” (X22 Report hereafter not cited, Ep. 3730b, Sept. 14, 2025, 34:03). No candidate for president, nor indeed all put together, had more hate messaging against him than Trump.
Obviously Trump’s 1st term, one of the most prosperous and successful in U.S. history, followed by Joe Biden’s, likely the least, proved Trump not a fascist. Nevertheless Biden and Harris continued precisely the same messaging before and after Trump’s landslide reelection in 2024. The people knew all of the above were lies and voted for his return. The favored word describing Trump in virtually every address of Biden in 2020 and Harris in 2024 was THREAT. They said, Trump (and MAGA) was “a threat to this nation,” “to our freedom,” “to the very soul of this country,” “to everything America stands for” “to our country: the right to choose, civil rights, and America’s standing in the world.” And “to democracy. If we lose that, we lose everything” (Ibid. 34:44). By this time the Democrat Party is almost entirely radicalized. The common people, not able or willing to turn off the Deep State news, or social media, and do their own hard research, in the words of Stephen Miller, “have been deeply violently radicalized. The consequence of a vast, organized ecosystem of indoctrination” (Ibid., 41:26).
Four actions are common when the Left express’s anger like at George Floyd ’s death in 2020. They: 1) Take to the streets. 2) Burn cars, buildings, and the American flag. 3) Loot stores. 4) Attack police and authority and, 5) demonstrate extreme violence. Their fires are not on little candles. After the assassination of Charlie Kirk they cheered his death on the Internet and had discussions on Bluesky about who should be next listed to target. The right do none of these. Notice the flag is upside down.
Ironically on April 7, 2025, Charlie Kirk warned of the country’s assassination tolerance, “The Assassination culture is spreading on the Left. Forty-eight percent of liberals say it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk. Fifty-five percent said the same about Donald Trump (“Charlie Kirk Warned Of ‘Assassination Culture’ Months Before His Own Assassination,” by Natalie Sandoval, Sept. 10, 2025, Daily Caller). Kirk had no idea that many in the culture would cheer his own assassination five months later including some American Airline pilots who were caught celebrating his demise and immediately laid off by the Airlines (Ep. 3730b, Sept 14, 2025, 12:29). Most passengers would feel uncomfortable with pilots this insensitive to life and assassination and radicalized to justify it. Worse, “after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, The New York Post reports that a slew of Bluesky users have posted calls for the deaths of Tesla founder Elon Musk, President Donald Trump, author J.K. Rowling and conservative commentators Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh and Michael Knowles (“Who’s Next? Bluesky Posters Call for Deaths of Prominent Republicans, Conservative Media Figures,” American Greatness, by MtnClimber, 12 Sept. 2025).
Again, the Right does not provoke assassination or mob violence. January 6, was debunked years ago, the Left staged the violence at that event too. There have been 33 instances of major leftist violence in the United States since 2016 with the BLM riots of 2016 listed as 1st and the assassination of Charlie Kirk as 33rd. Space does not allow our identifying these but death resulted in all They can be found listed on X22 Report, Ep 3731b, Sept. 15, 2025, 41:53. All were performed by the Left and most involved trans people or Antifa.
The Left have become the domestic terrorists. The list, noted above, has them shooting up schools and churches and killing children. For a political party that hates guns so much they sure use them often (Ep, 3731b, Sept. 15, 2025, 23:27). We are nothing like them. Nothing like them at all.

COVID-19 reinfects the news. Trump, “I have been shown information from Pfizer, and others, that is extraordinary, but they never seem to show those results to the public. Why not??? He is demanding “drug companies make their data on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines available to the public.” Adding, “I want the answer, and I want it NOW,” (“Trump demands drug companies release data on COVID vaccines to the public.” By Diane Nerozzi, New York Post, Sep. 1, 2025). This is very interesting as vaccine companies initially fiercely fought to keep this information out of the public domain for 75 years—one lifetime. Trump feels the pharmaceutical companies lied to him or to the American people or both.
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. pointing out what is now obvious. As early as 2021 some concerns became very evident. The vaccine did not stop transmission, did not cure the infection, and did not created immunity from getting it again as attested to by those who received the vaccine but still got the virus. ALL narratives projected by the CDC, the Biden administration, pharmaceutical companies and Deep State media, proved mythical and deceptive—likely intentional.
Returning to this subject has merit. Some problems became very obvious early. The vaccine did not stop transmission, did not cure the infection, and did not created immunity from getting it again as attested to by those who received the vaccine but still got the virus. But it did cause myocarditis, vaccine injuries, perhaps accelerated autism and, according to Senator Ron Johnson, “30,742 [world] deaths, 9,252 of those the day of the vaccination or within one or two days later.” He testified at the Senate Finance Committee Hearing Sept. 4th holding up a data sheet of this fact quoting VAERS data, “This is hard evidence that shows the vaccine population far more prone to chronic illness than people completely unexposed to vaccines.” Johnson is the Senate’s lead defender of the “the injection injured,” the “childhood vaccine injured.” Adding, “Nobody knows how many Covid deaths there were because the information was completely corrupted.”
“If you are vaxxed, you should not worry.” “Why do you want to force others to get vaxed? You are already protected” (X22 Report hereafter not cited, Ep. 324b,Sept. 4, 2025, 41:11). ALL narratives projected by the CDC, the Biden administration, pharmaceutical companies and Deep State media, proved mythical and deceptive—likely intentional. Compare this to traditional vaccines for small pox, polio or the mumps that ended these concerns once vaxxed.
The Senate Finance Committee requested U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. share his findings which appear to be at odds with the pharmaceutical companies on the subject. As with virtually all subjects and all search engines one has to get beyond many dozens of article entries on Google to get the other side. Sometimes no other side is given. News on Kennedy is virtually all negative as it is for Trump who appointed him. Big News censorship remains by exclusion.
Senator John Cornyn asked the most pertinent question, “Do you believe Covid-19 was politicized?” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. replied, “The whole process was politicized… We were lied to about everything. Lied to about natural immunity. Lied to about vaccines stopping infection or transmission. Lied to about cloth masks. CDC let teacher unions dictate school closures.” Those who opposed boosters or mandates were censored. Senator Cornyn said, “So I think you answered. Yes! Kennedy laughed.” Then doubled down. “The whole thing was politicized. They lied to the American people.” (Ep. 3724b, Sept. 4, 2025, 45:37).
Kennedy was asked about death numbers which he was unable to give because they are not available. They were muddied by the false/positive Covid test that incentivized hospitals to push numbers high because positives were subsidized by government if death resulted. How many people died from Covid? How many from the vaccine? Data too muddied to know for certain. Deaths were reported as Covid if one just tested positive for Covid even if died in an automobile accident (Ep., 3725b, Sept. 7, 2025, 48:54).”
Getting accuracy on the infection or death numbers, Kennedy explained, was also very problematic. “The vaccine was not effective until the 2nd week after your 2nd shot. For the first six weeks, the vaccine is ineffective. Infection and death rates rise. But all those deaths are attributed to the unvaccinated group [because the vaccine was not complete until both parts were administered]. This creates an illusion of high efficiency for the first two months. Then the protection falls off a cliff by month seven. Efficiency doesn’t just hit zero it plummets into negative territory. That means you’re more likely to get Covid than someone who never took the vaccine. This isn’t theory,” Kennedy explained, “This is the data and it’s holding up across every country in the world. They sold us a temporary shield that only makes us more vulnerable and then they rigged the stats to hide the decline” (Ep., 3725b, Sept. 7, 2025, 49:06).
According to Senator Ron Johnson there were “30,742 [world] deaths, 9,252 of those the day of the vaccination or within one or two days later.” He testified at the Senate Finance Committee Hearing Sept. 4th holding up a data sheet of this fact quoting VAERS data, “This is hard evidence that shows the vaccine population far more prone to chronic illness than people completely unexposed to vaccines.”
A large part of Kennedy and Johnson’s opposition comes from what I call Pharmaceutical Senators. These are senators largely purchased by the pharmaceutical industrial complex, These include: Senator Michael Bennet who received $731,000, Senator Mark Warner received $806,000, Senator Ron Widen $1,200,000, Senator Elizabeth Warren $855,000, Senator Bernie Sanders $1,900,000, and Ralph Warnock $1.7 million dollars (Ep. 324b, Sept. 4, 2025, 41:43).
Trump was asked recently his confidence level in what Kennedy is doing. Trump said, “He means very well.” Kennedy has “a different take, and we want to listen to all those takes.” Adding, “It’s not your standard talk, I would say, and that has to do with medical and vaccines. But if you look at what’s going on in the world with health and look at this country also with regard to health, I like the fact that he’s different.” (“Kennedy tries to defend COVID-19 vaccine stance in raucous Senate hearing,” The Detroit News, Matt Brown and Mike Stobbe, Associated Press). To the charge that Kennedy is anti-vax, he responds, “Saying I’m anti-vaccine is like saying I’m anti-medicine. It doesn’t mean that I’m… anti-vax. It just means I’m pro-science.”
The Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex lied to both Trump and the people. Robert Kennedy Jr. is calling them out. His job performance approval is high at 52% and Trump’s is 54%. Both are supported by the majority of the people they serve and both are hated by the Deep State.

Everyone knows the present civil war, although bloodless but ongoing for at least a decade, could easily turn violent when arrests, trials and convictions begin. The people are more ready for treason trials now, because of the slew of classified documents that have come out the last three months, than they were when Donald Trump took office or at anytime the last century that we have dealt with the shadow government. With Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennon, James Comey, James Clapper and others under investigation for possible treason and the formation of grand juries to assess most of these, things could get really bad in D.C.
Some Democrats seem to have forgotten when it was Biden’s National Guard that occupied Washington DC and the Capitol, fearing Trump’s return to remove them from their rigged and fraudulent election of 2020. Everyone knows not a single person accused of subversion, espionage or treason paid any penalty—not even Diddy for child sexual abuse—only those politically on the right. Particularly is this so for those on the lawn of the Capitol or in the House chamber January 6, 2021. Without retribution the Deep State stays in place and can repeat subversion, espionage and treason 10, 30 or 100 years in the future, and it will! By now anyone not addicted to the Deep State media, who reads and thinks for themselves, knows that the Deep State is real and it overthrew the existing government in 2020 ushering in the president it chose, Joe Biden.
Also everyone knows that the Deep State will not go quietly into the night or surrender or cease operations. Its very likely there will be chaos in the streets worse than the summer of 2020. This would have happened in January had Trump not moved so fast on auditing the federal government and cutting USAID funding to the Deep State that it had no time to assemble a resistance before he moved to another front. No president moved so fast his first 8 months.
The people overwhelmingly rejected Deep State tyrannical rule under Biden and in a backlash landslide victory returned Trump to power but to a Capitol entirely controlled by his enemy, unsafe and filled with crime. Whoever wins the civil war must have the country’s capitol as well. Trump did this by established law, entirely constitutional. Outside his return to office this may be his second most important victory, holding and securing our Capitol from the Deep State.
Washington DC is a federal city, unlike any other city in the nation and owned by each one of us. We have a right to insist it be one of the cleanest and safest cities in the nation. That is why National Guard troops from every state, at the request of the president, can come and patrol its every street and why President Trump can inspect the tunnels under the Smithsonian. In keeping with this philosophy Trump issued Executive Order 14333 on August 11, 2025, “Declaring a Crime Emergency in the District of Columbia,” (President Donald J. Trump, The White House , Executive Orders). Trump’s move to secure the Capitol because of extreme crime was intentional and necessary but it was also mostly to secure D.C. for coming Deep State Arrests.
Street crime and illegal entry are common to all big cities especially to Democrat sanctuary cities who harbor illegals willfully breaking the law. ICE and the National Guard can function together, ICE to get the illegals, and the National Guard to support local law enforcement in taking the criminals off the streets. Both will be present in blue cities when trials and verdicts come out—especially when illegals participate in the riots. This works well since subversion, espionage and treason are all federal crimes as is being in the country illegally.
Obviously Trump is preparing patriots for renewed riots in the streets and with cause. One such may be Kamala Harris’s call for violence at the Teamsters National Black Caucus: “Take it to the streets,… to fight! Take it to the people.… It is time to fight fire with fire.”(Kamala Harris’ speech at the 2025 Teamsters National Black Caucus Conference in Los Angeles, recorded by Anne Smith, YouTube).
In Trump’s occupation of the District of Columbia the people and children walk down the sidewalk with their occupiers, the National Guard, unintimidated and without fear. And the Left call Trump the wannabe dictator?
In response, Trump is creating the Domestic Disturbance Quick Reaction Force of the National Guard. The “proposed unit will consist of 600 National Guard troops split into two groups of 300 stationed in Alabama and Arizona on constant standby. Equipped with weapons and riot gear and trained to deploy rapidly within one to 12 hours, to US cities experiencing protest or civil unrest.” The plan coming together in “late July and early August 2025 would operate under Title 32 orders allowing federal mobilization potentially without full state government cooperation” (“Trump’s Pentagon plans to create a ‘Domestic Civil Disturbance Quick Reaction Force’ with hundreds of National Guard troops to swiftly deploy to US cities during protest or civil unrest,” Washington Post, August 12, 2025). Alabama to protect east of the Mississippi, Arizona west.
A curious note of the President to the Smithsonian Institute was his request to have access to the tunnels below the Smithsonian to the mall. These tunnels are known to exist “They exist to transport artifacts between museum facilities without violating public spaces.” These tunnels could be used to mask the movement of troops, equipment, and etc or to help someone hide or escape. The Smithsonian denies they exist, documents say otherwise (The Secret Underground Tunnels Of Washington, D.C., Tourists Secrets, October 28, 2024, by Marnia Cornell).
Trump is doing something else highly unconventional. Since DC judges are so corrupt (five of the 15 not even born in this country, some Obama and Biden appointees never serving before as judges) and proving that they will return criminals to the streets, has authorized military lawyers to assist the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Twenty JAG attorneys assigned to U.S. Attorney’s Office, by Peter D’Abrosca, Fox News, Aug. 21, 2025). These “will prosecute misdemeanor crimes.” To which, “U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said in a statement, “The assignment of 20 JAGs to my office is further proof of President Trump’s commitment to fighting and reducing crime in the district,” Most importantly the Capitol is kept secured and in Patriot hands in the present ongoing civil war.

The first week in August President Trump was making the case for excessive violence in the District of Columbia, that it was out of control and would necessitate the use of the National Guard to bring it back in line as a safe city from which the federal government could govern and foreign visitors could feel safe to visit (FULL: Trump deploys National Guard to DC in bid to fight crime, DC police under federal control, ABC-7 News, YouTube). Like a choir the Deep State presses came out in unison that, in fact, crime was down and the city was already safe.
On August 11, 2025, President Trump, surrounded by his admin., revoked Section 740 of D.C.’s Home Rule Act, in place since 1973. He placed the Washington, D.C. police “under direct federal control.” The Act gives the president the ability to use D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department for “federal purposes” that the president “may deem necessary and appropriate.” Trumps doing so is completely lawful and constitutional. Trump makes the anticipated announcement to assembled reporters in a packed room.
As with all issues on line using Google, one must go through several pages of published articles before finding one giving the other side of any argument. I experience this every week. What the Deep State wants known, or believed, they list first. The following was the typical response. “There is an unmistakable and large drop in reported violence in the District since the summer of 2023, when there were peaks in homicide, gun assaults, robbery, and carjacking. That downward trend is consistent with what’s being reported in other large cities across the country, (“Crime in Washington, DC: What You Need to Know,” Aug. 11, 2025, CCJ —Council on Criminal Justice.) None argued that Washington DC is one of the safest cities in the world, that there weren’t these horrible crimes taking place at unacceptable numbers—only that crime was going down rather than up. All to curb Trump’s using the National Guard so that criminality COULD reduce.
But the White House doubled down with detail. “In 2024, Washington, D.C. saw a homicide rate of 27.3 per 100,000 residents.” Up from “just 13.9 per 100,000 residents in 2012” and this was “nearly six times higher than New York City.” And, “If Washington, D.C. was a state, it would have the highest homicide rate of any state in the nation.” And, “there were 29,348 crimes reported in Washington, D.C. last year, including 3,469 violent offenses, 1,026 assaults with a dangerous weapon, 2,113 robberies, and 5,139 motor vehicle thefts.” And, “Vehicle theft in Washington, D.C. is more than three times the national average — ranking it among the most dangerous cities in the world.” And finally, “carjackings increased 547% between 2018 and 2023. In 2024, there were triple the number of carjackings compared to 2018” (FACT: Yes, D.C. Crime Is Out of Control, The White House, August 11, 2025).
Although it is obvious one side is lying, it is also obvious that the Deep State does not want the National Guard replacing their corrupt police department in DC, or their extreme leftist judicial system in the city, or their long physical control of the capitol of the “free world.” The White House August 11, memo to the American people opened with something we should all agree on. “Washington, D.C. should be a symbol of pride and patriotism for the American people—and a safe location for tourists, residents, and public servants. Unfortunately, while Fake News journalists and politicians go out of their way to claim otherwise, the reality is that our nation’s capital is anything but safe.
We notice since deployment of the National Guard under U.S. Code: Title 32 —To assist Federal and Washington D. C. law enforcement within the National Capitol —early use of the code demonstrated a drastic decrease in crime. Kash Patel Director of the FBI reported, “Overnight in DC. the FBI and our partners made 45 arrest — 29 immigration — related, 16 tied to the violent crime surge, and three firearm seizures.” (X22 Report, not cited hereafter, Ep. 3709b, Aug. 14, 2025, 50:04). Three days later he reported, “We’re now over 120 arrests since President Trump’s initiative began. ‘We are getting the job done.’” (Ep. 3710b, Aug. 17, 2025, 47:50).
U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, who is the person responsible for prosecuting most criminal cases in the District, shared, “This past weekend alone, officials made 137 arrest and took 21 illegal guns off the street…over 400 criminals have already been arrested” (Ep. 3712b, Aug. 19, 2025, 43:36). Crime plummeted. Since Trump brought in the National Guard, the people there see everything as much safer. Paul D Thacker, of the DC Police Union, reported, “In seven days the crime rate in DC is down: robbery 46%, ADW down 6%, car jacking down 83%, car theft down 21%, violent crime down 22%, property crime down 6%, all crimes down 8%. (Ibid, 42:42). As President Donald Trump’s federal law enforcement surge in D.C. continued, more than 1,000 arrests have been made in the first two weeks (“Arrests surpass 1,000 in DC federal law enforcement surge,” by Michael Miller, Washington DC News).
If America is not exceptional why do immigrants flood this land? They want the freedom to become themselves exceptional. A land where they limit their rise to success or wealth based on their choices. American Exceptionalism is housed in the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. It also mandates a relationship with God as expressed in the Ten Commandments. Why have a vast majority of all inventions on the earth come from America in the last 350 years? They came from American Exceptionalism.
Part of the bid to get our capitol back is to also get our history back and the Smithsonian Institute, located within the District of Columbia, is in the cross hairs of the war between traditionalist history (who base the past upon the documents of that day and time tested scholarship) and revisionist or woke history—those who largely wish to destroy our past, our Constitution, statues, and heroes (primary based upon today’s sense of social justice). Trump aligns with traditional history and wants to preserve in our history “American exceptionalism, remove divisive or partisan narratives, and restore confidence in our shared cultural institutions.” This is what should be preserved in our tax payer funded museums.
Trump said, “The Museums throughout Washington, but [also] all over the Country are, essentially, the last remaining segment of ‘WOKE.’ The Smithsonian is OUT OF CONTROL, where everything discussed is how horrible our Country is, how bad Slavery was, and how unaccomplished the downtrodden have been — Nothing about Success, nothing about Brightness, nothing about the Future,” he wrote on Truth Social. Trump continued, “We are not going to allow this to happen, and I have instructed my attorneys to go through the Museums, and start the exact same process that has been done with Colleges and Universities where tremendous progress has been made,” referring to his administration’s not forcing the tax-paper to fund politicized, even fake, history.
The museums will be required to return to time tested scholarship as the foundation of truth in “tone, historical framing and alignment with American ideals,” as it has been for hundreds of years. Tax payer funded institutions must show significant progress toward this standard.
