A Javelin into the Deep State’s Secret World Wide Funding

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) was established by President John F, Kennedy by executive order November 3, 1961. The 63 year old organization has since become the cash cow of almost all international funding and most believe it has become the funder of Deep State power. Trump, also by executive order, froze its assets and closed its doors February 7 pending an audit. The USAID is within Trump’s executive power to oversee and manage. That audit has shown good reason to restructure or dissolve the organization—its loyalty to America is in question as it distributes America’s tax monies often to our enemies. The closure was so sudden the Deep State could not hide or destroy evidence—the institution was frozen in time to be reviewed. (We have restricted our citations to varied daily podcasts of one trusted non Deep State source, X22 Reports, since most of the findings on USAID are common knowledge, but our perspective may differ.) The Deep State is an enemy to freedom.

Trump has taken the offensive so hard and fast in his 1st 3 weeks to keep his promise to rid the nation of the Deep State. It has been the dominant influence in both major political parties, under different names, for over 100 years. Uncharacteristically for them they have not been able to regain an effective offense against him. They tried everything, even assassination, and he’s come back stronger than ever—like a roaring lion. He has taken away their security passes and ran a Javelin through USAID—their secret world wide funding. The people love him for what he does.

Elon Musk, a former life-long Democrat, was placed over a new Trump department called the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) as a special short-termed government employee to conduct the never before audit in the intentional effort to eliminate waste and fraud. Musk will be auditing a number of other federal departments for the same purpose—even the Pentagon. He, like President Trump, is working for free. Trump said of him. “Musk can’t do and won’t do anything without our approval, and we’ll give him the approval where appropriate.” Some USAID officials were put on leave for refusing access to Musk and DOGE of USAID records. (X22 Report, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3562b, Feb. 3, 2025, 23:00).

The audit has shown good reason for this review as it documents a $70 Billion slush fund for far left causes throughout the world. Musk says “97% of political contributions from USAID employees went to Dems.” (Dailywire, Ep. 3563b, Feb. 4, 2025, 43:47). Here are some of those taxpayer funded causes thus far revealed from the audit of USAID:

Riots in 2020. USAID funded $27 million to Black Lives Matter through George Soros’ Tides Foundation, hence USAID funded the burning of our cities, businesses, and homes in 2020. This included $252million coming to Portland in 2019” (Ep. 3566b, Feb.7, 2025, 14:13, 15:51).

USAID funded revolutions in Ukraine and Brazil. Five billion dollars of USAID money allowed Victoria Nuland to fund the Obama Administration’s engineered Coup d’état in Ukraine, in 2014 making that nation the 1st Deep State country. Years later the billion dollar loan used by Vice President Biden to blackmail Ukraine president not to prosecute Hunter Biden was from USAID. This was Biden’s famous quid pro quo. (Ep. 3566b, Feb.7, 2025, 23:12). Nuland selected the new government a month before the old government was overthrown,” says RFK Jr. (Ep. 3562b, Feb. 3, 2025, 36:38). The Deep State is panicking over the destruction of USAID as it funded virtually all their operations worldwide. As for example,“If USAID did not exist, Bolsonaro would still be president of Brazil” (Ep. 3563b, Feb. 4, 2025, 26:14).

Covid-19 Pandemic. “USAID funded $53 million to EcoHealth Alliance, which then used U.S. taxpayer funds to support gain-of-function research on coronaviruses at the Wuhan lab—research that likely led to the creation of Covid-19” (Kanekoathegreat, Ep. 3562b, Feb. 3, 2025, 41:30). “Fauchi’s NIAID and USAID sent over $40m in U.S. taxpayer ‘support’ to a scientist in Wuhan who was working on ‘bat corona virus emergence’ research, who also became patient zero.’ And the completion date of the funding was in 2019” (Ep. 3562b, Feb. 3, 2025, 42:05). Elon Musk asks, “Did you know that USAID, using your tax dollars” funded bioweapon research, including COVID-19, that killed millions of people.” (Ep. 3563b, Feb. 4, 2025, 33:57). Illegal Immigration. USAID funded George Soros “250 million” (Ep. 3565b, Feb. 6, 2025, 28:28). This is believed to have funded a large portion of the alien caravans invading the United States over recent years. Why would the government give multi billionaire Soros any money?

Yes, at the time they were. We have published many columns on Ukraine. American built bio labs in Ukraine on Russia’s border was the major reason Russia invaded. We previously published “Are U.S-Run Biological labs in Ukraine as they Say?,” (LUF, March 11, 2022). Again yes!! Documents found in the audit of USAID caused Elon Musk to ask Americans, “Did you know that USAID, using your tax dollars” funded bioweapon research, including COVID-19, that killed millions of people.”

Deep State media is largely funded by USAID. Trump, “Looks like millions of dollars have been stolen at USAID and other agencies, much of it going to the fake news media as a payoff for creating good stories about the Democrats. The left wing rag known as POLITICO seems to have received $8 million.” (Truth Social, Ep. 3565b, Feb. 6, 2025, 33:18).Those specifically identified were the Associated Press, NPR, and Politico. (Ep. 3565b,Feb. 6, 2025, 10:45). Also, USAID was supporting subscriptions to keep platforms in play. “The White House has directed the GSA to terminate every single media contract’ expensed by the Agency: Politico, BBC, E&E (politico sub) and Bloomberg” and to audit “EVERY NGO which relies on federal funding.”

Palestine. USAID gifted $310 million of tax payer money to start a Palestinian cement factory to provide cement to reinforce Hamas critical terror tunnels (Ep. 3566b, Feb.7, 2025, 52:16).

We recall Trump’s campaign mission statement of last May, “2024 is our final battle. With your help, we will demolish the Deep State. We will expel the war mongers from our government. We will drive out the globalists. We will cast out the communists, marxists, and fascists. We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country. We will drain the swamp, and we will rescue our country from these tyrants and villains once and for all. The great liberation of America begins on November 5, 2024 – and the forgotten man and woman will be forgotten no longer.” (Ep.3362b, May 26, 2024, 46:43). And this is precisely what Trump is doing.

The Deep State can’t stop the exposure. Digital soldiers are all over it. The revelations are driving the radical left crazy and their is nothing they can do about it because this money belongs to the people (their tax money) but has been stolen for underground nefarious purposes that undermine freedom that were never approved by the people. This is so fraudulent it can’t be justified and is unexplainable. But the need for cleansing this system is critical to freedom.
