COVID-19 reinfects the news. Trump, “I have been shown information from Pfizer, and others, that is extraordinary, but they never seem to show those results to the public. Why not??? He is demanding “drug companies make their data on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines available to the public.” Adding, “I want the answer, and I want it NOW,” (“Trump demands drug companies release data on COVID vaccines to the public.” By Diane Nerozzi, New York Post, Sep. 1, 2025). This is very interesting as vaccine companies initially fiercely fought to keep this information out of the public domain for 75 years—one lifetime. Trump feels the pharmaceutical companies lied to him or to the American people or both.
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. pointing out what is now obvious. As early as 2021 some concerns became very evident. The vaccine did not stop transmission, did not cure the infection, and did not created immunity from getting it again as attested to by those who received the vaccine but still got the virus. ALL narratives projected by the CDC, the Biden administration, pharmaceutical companies and Deep State media, proved mythical and deceptive—likely intentional.
Returning to this subject has merit. Some problems became very obvious early. But it did cause myocarditis, vaccine injuries, perhaps accelerated autism and, according to Senator Ron Johnson, “30,742 [world] deaths, 9,252 of those the day of the vaccination or within one or two days later.” He testified at the Senate Finance Committee Hearing Sept. 4th holding up a data sheet of this fact quoting VAERS data, “This is hard evidence that shows the vaccine population far more prone to chronic illness than people completely unexposed to vaccines.” Johnson is the Senate’s lead defender of the “the injection injured,” the “childhood vaccine injured.” Adding, “Nobody knows how many Covid deaths there were because the information was completely corrupted.”
“If you are vaxxed, you should not worry.” “Why do you want to force others to get vaxed? You are already protected” (X22 Report hereafter not cited, Ep. 324b,Sept. 4, 2025, 41:11). ALL narratives projected by the CDC, the Biden administration, pharmaceutical companies and Deep State media, proved mythical and deceptive—likely intentional. Compare this to traditional vaccines for small pox, polio or the mumps that ended these concerns once vaxxed.
The Senate Finance Committee requested U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. share his findings which appear to be at odds with the pharmaceutical companies on the subject. As with virtually all subjects and all search engines one has to get beyond many dozens of article entries on Google to get the other side. Sometimes no other side is given. News on Kennedy is virtually all negative as it is for Trump who appointed him. Big News censorship remains by exclusion.
Senator John Cornyn asked the most pertinent question, “Do you believe Covid-19 was politicized?” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. replied, “The whole process was politicized… We were lied to about everything. Lied to about natural immunity. Lied to about vaccines stopping infection or transmission. Lied to about cloth masks. CDC let teacher unions dictate school closures.” Those who opposed boosters or mandates were censored. Senator Cornyn said, “So I think you answered. Yes! Kennedy laughed.” Then doubled down. “The whole thing was politicized. They lied to the American people.” (Ep. 3724b, Sept. 4, 2025, 45:37).
Kennedy was asked about death numbers which he was unable to give because they are not available. They were muddied by the false/positive Covid test that incentivized hospitals to push numbers high because positives were subsidized by government if death resulted. How many people died from Covid? How many from the vaccine? Data too muddied to know for certain. Deaths were reported as Covid if one just tested positive for Covid even if died in an automobile accident (Ep., 3725b, Sept. 7, 2025, 48:54).”
Getting accuracy on the infection or death numbers, Kennedy explained, was also very problematic. “The vaccine was not effective until the 2nd week after your 2nd shot. For the first six weeks, the vaccine is ineffective. Infection and death rates rise. But all those deaths are attributed to the unvaccinated group [because the vaccine was not complete until both parts were administered]. This creates an illusion of high efficiency for the first two months. Then the protection falls off a cliff by month seven. Efficiency doesn’t just hit zero it plummets into negative territory. That means you’re more likely to get Covid than someone who never took the vaccine. This isn’t theory,” Kennedy explained, “This is the data and it’s holding up across every country in the world. They sold us a temporary shield that only makes us more vulnerable and then they rigged the stats to hide the decline” (Ep., 3725b, Sept. 7, 2025, 49:06).

A large part of Kennedy and Johnson’s opposition comes from what I call Pharmaceutical Senators. These are senators largely purchased by the pharmaceutical industrial complex, These include: Senator Michael Bennet who received $731,000, Senator Mark Warner received $806,000, Senator Ron Widen $1,200,000, Senator Elizabeth Warren $855,000, Senator Bernie Sanders $1,900,000, and Ralph Warnock $1.7 million dollars (Ep. 324b, Sept. 4, 2025, 41:43).
Trump was asked recently his confidence level in what Kennedy is doing. Trump said, “He means very well.” Kennedy has “a different take, and we want to listen to all those takes.” Adding, “It’s not your standard talk, I would say, and that has to do with medical and vaccines. But if you look at what’s going on in the world with health and look at this country also with regard to health, I like the fact that he’s different.” (“Kennedy tries to defend COVID-19 vaccine stance in raucous Senate hearing,” The Detroit News, Matt Brown and Mike Stobbe, Associated Press). To the charge that Kennedy is anti-vax, he responds, “Saying I’m anti-vaccine is like saying I’m anti-medicine. It doesn’t mean that I’m… anti-vax. It just means I’m pro-science.”
The Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex lied to both Trump and the people. Robert Kennedy Jr. is calling them out. His job performance approval is high at 52% and Trump’s is 54%. Both are supported by the majority of the people they serve and both are hated by the Deep State.

Everyone knows the present civil war, although bloodless but ongoing for at least a decade, could easily turn violent when arrests, trials and convictions begin. The people are more ready for treason trials now, because of the slew of classified documents that have come out the last three months, than they were when Donald Trump took office or at anytime the last century that we have dealt with the shadow government. With Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennon, James Comey, James Clapper and others under investigation for possible treason and the formation of grand juries to assess most of these, things could get really bad in D.C.
Some Democrats seem to have forgotten when it was Biden’s National Guard that occupied Washington DC and the Capitol, fearing Trump’s return to remove them from their rigged and fraudulent election of 2020. Everyone knows not a single person accused of subversion, espionage or treason paid any penalty—not even Diddy for child sexual abuse—only those politically on the right. Particularly is this so for those on the lawn of the Capitol or in the House chamber January 6, 2021. Without retribution the Deep State stays in place and can repeat subversion, espionage and treason 10, 30 or 100 years in the future, and it will! By now anyone not addicted to the Deep State media, who reads and thinks for themselves, knows that the Deep State is real and it overthrew the existing government in 2020 ushering in the president it chose, Joe Biden.
Also everyone knows that the Deep State will not go quietly into the night or surrender or cease operations. Its very likely there will be chaos in the streets worse than the summer of 2020. This would have happened in January had Trump not moved so fast on auditing the federal government and cutting USAID funding to the Deep State that it had no time to assemble a resistance before he moved to another front. No president moved so fast his first 8 months.
The people overwhelmingly rejected Deep State tyrannical rule under Biden and in a backlash landslide victory returned Trump to power but to a Capitol entirely controlled by his enemy, unsafe and filled with crime. Whoever wins the civil war must have the country’s capitol as well. Trump did this by established law, entirely constitutional. Outside his return to office this may be his second most important victory, holding and securing our Capitol from the Deep State.
Washington DC is a federal city, unlike any other city in the nation and owned by each one of us. We have a right to insist it be one of the cleanest and safest cities in the nation. That is why National Guard troops from every state, at the request of the president, can come and patrol its every street and why President Trump can inspect the tunnels under the Smithsonian. In keeping with this philosophy Trump issued Executive Order 14333 on August 11, 2025, “Declaring a Crime Emergency in the District of Columbia,” (President Donald J. Trump, The White House , Executive Orders). Trump’s move to secure the Capitol because of extreme crime was intentional and necessary but it was also mostly to secure D.C. for coming Deep State Arrests.
Street crime and illegal entry are common to all big cities especially to Democrat sanctuary cities who harbor illegals willfully breaking the law. ICE and the National Guard can function together, ICE to get the illegals, and the National Guard to support local law enforcement in taking the criminals off the streets. Both will be present in blue cities when trials and verdicts come out—especially when illegals participate in the riots. This works well since subversion, espionage and treason are all federal crimes as is being in the country illegally.
Obviously Trump is preparing patriots for renewed riots in the streets and with cause. One such may be Kamala Harris’s call for violence at the Teamsters National Black Caucus: “Take it to the streets,… to fight! Take it to the people.… It is time to fight fire with fire.”(Kamala Harris’ speech at the 2025 Teamsters National Black Caucus Conference in Los Angeles, recorded by Anne Smith, YouTube).
In Trump’s occupation of the District of Columbia the people and children walk down the sidewalk with their occupiers, the National Guard, unintimidated and without fear. And the Left call Trump the wannabe dictator?
In response, Trump is creating the Domestic Disturbance Quick Reaction Force of the National Guard. The “proposed unit will consist of 600 National Guard troops split into two groups of 300 stationed in Alabama and Arizona on constant standby. Equipped with weapons and riot gear and trained to deploy rapidly within one to 12 hours, to US cities experiencing protest or civil unrest.” The plan coming together in “late July and early August 2025 would operate under Title 32 orders allowing federal mobilization potentially without full state government cooperation” (“Trump’s Pentagon plans to create a ‘Domestic Civil Disturbance Quick Reaction Force’ with hundreds of National Guard troops to swiftly deploy to US cities during protest or civil unrest,” Washington Post, August 12, 2025). Alabama to protect east of the Mississippi, Arizona west.
A curious note of the President to the Smithsonian Institute was his request to have access to the tunnels below the Smithsonian to the mall. These tunnels are known to exist “They exist to transport artifacts between museum facilities without violating public spaces.” These tunnels could be used to mask the movement of troops, equipment, and etc or to help someone hide or escape. The Smithsonian denies they exist, documents say otherwise (The Secret Underground Tunnels Of Washington, D.C., Tourists Secrets, October 28, 2024, by Marnia Cornell).
Trump is doing something else highly unconventional. Since DC judges are so corrupt (five of the 15 not even born in this country, some Obama and Biden appointees never serving before as judges) and proving that they will return criminals to the streets, has authorized military lawyers to assist the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Twenty JAG attorneys assigned to U.S. Attorney’s Office, by Peter D’Abrosca, Fox News, Aug. 21, 2025). These “will prosecute misdemeanor crimes.” To which, “U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said in a statement, “The assignment of 20 JAGs to my office is further proof of President Trump’s commitment to fighting and reducing crime in the district,” Most importantly the Capitol is kept secured and in Patriot hands in the present ongoing civil war.

The first week in August President Trump was making the case for excessive violence in the District of Columbia, that it was out of control and would necessitate the use of the National Guard to bring it back in line as a safe city from which the federal government could govern and foreign visitors could feel safe to visit (FULL: Trump deploys National Guard to DC in bid to fight crime, DC police under federal control, ABC-7 News, YouTube). Like a choir the Deep State presses came out in unison that, in fact, crime was down and the city was already safe.
On August 11, 2025, President Trump, surrounded by his admin., revoked Section 740 of D.C.’s Home Rule Act, in place since 1973. He placed the Washington, D.C. police “under direct federal control.” The Act gives the president the ability to use D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department for “federal purposes” that the president “may deem necessary and appropriate.” Trumps doing so is completely lawful and constitutional. Trump makes the anticipated announcement to assembled reporters in a packed room.
As with all issues on line using Google, one must go through several pages of published articles before finding one giving the other side of any argument. I experience this every week. What the Deep State wants known, or believed, they list first. The following was the typical response. “There is an unmistakable and large drop in reported violence in the District since the summer of 2023, when there were peaks in homicide, gun assaults, robbery, and carjacking. That downward trend is consistent with what’s being reported in other large cities across the country, (“Crime in Washington, DC: What You Need to Know,” Aug. 11, 2025, CCJ —Council on Criminal Justice.) None argued that Washington DC is one of the safest cities in the world, that there weren’t these horrible crimes taking place at unacceptable numbers—only that crime was going down rather than up. All to curb Trump’s using the National Guard so that criminality COULD reduce.
But the White House doubled down with detail. “In 2024, Washington, D.C. saw a homicide rate of 27.3 per 100,000 residents.” Up from “just 13.9 per 100,000 residents in 2012” and this was “nearly six times higher than New York City.” And, “If Washington, D.C. was a state, it would have the highest homicide rate of any state in the nation.” And, “there were 29,348 crimes reported in Washington, D.C. last year, including 3,469 violent offenses, 1,026 assaults with a dangerous weapon, 2,113 robberies, and 5,139 motor vehicle thefts.” And, “Vehicle theft in Washington, D.C. is more than three times the national average — ranking it among the most dangerous cities in the world.” And finally, “carjackings increased 547% between 2018 and 2023. In 2024, there were triple the number of carjackings compared to 2018” (FACT: Yes, D.C. Crime Is Out of Control, The White House, August 11, 2025).
Although it is obvious one side is lying, it is also obvious that the Deep State does not want the National Guard replacing their corrupt police department in DC, or their extreme leftist judicial system in the city, or their long physical control of the capitol of the “free world.” The White House August 11, memo to the American people opened with something we should all agree on. “Washington, D.C. should be a symbol of pride and patriotism for the American people—and a safe location for tourists, residents, and public servants. Unfortunately, while Fake News journalists and politicians go out of their way to claim otherwise, the reality is that our nation’s capital is anything but safe.
We notice since deployment of the National Guard under U.S. Code: Title 32 —To assist Federal and Washington D. C. law enforcement within the National Capitol —early use of the code demonstrated a drastic decrease in crime. Kash Patel Director of the FBI reported, “Overnight in DC. the FBI and our partners made 45 arrest — 29 immigration — related, 16 tied to the violent crime surge, and three firearm seizures.” (X22 Report, not cited hereafter, Ep. 3709b, Aug. 14, 2025, 50:04). Three days later he reported, “We’re now over 120 arrests since President Trump’s initiative began. ‘We are getting the job done.’” (Ep. 3710b, Aug. 17, 2025, 47:50).
U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, who is the person responsible for prosecuting most criminal cases in the District, shared, “This past weekend alone, officials made 137 arrest and took 21 illegal guns off the street…over 400 criminals have already been arrested” (Ep. 3712b, Aug. 19, 2025, 43:36). Crime plummeted. Since Trump brought in the National Guard, the people there see everything as much safer. Paul D Thacker, of the DC Police Union, reported, “In seven days the crime rate in DC is down: robbery 46%, ADW down 6%, car jacking down 83%, car theft down 21%, violent crime down 22%, property crime down 6%, all crimes down 8%. (Ibid, 42:42). As President Donald Trump’s federal law enforcement surge in D.C. continued, more than 1,000 arrests have been made in the first two weeks (“Arrests surpass 1,000 in DC federal law enforcement surge,” by Michael Miller, Washington DC News).
If America is not exceptional why do immigrants flood this land? They want the freedom to become themselves exceptional. A land where they limit their rise to success or wealth based on their choices. American Exceptionalism is housed in the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. It also mandates a relationship with God as expressed in the Ten Commandments. Why have a vast majority of all inventions on the earth come from America in the last 350 years? They came from American Exceptionalism.
Part of the bid to get our capitol back is to also get our history back and the Smithsonian Institute, located within the District of Columbia, is in the cross hairs of the war between traditionalist history (who base the past upon the documents of that day and time tested scholarship) and revisionist or woke history—those who largely wish to destroy our past, our Constitution, statues, and heroes (primary based upon today’s sense of social justice). Trump aligns with traditional history and wants to preserve in our history “American exceptionalism, remove divisive or partisan narratives, and restore confidence in our shared cultural institutions.” This is what should be preserved in our tax payer funded museums.
Trump said, “The Museums throughout Washington, but [also] all over the Country are, essentially, the last remaining segment of ‘WOKE.’ The Smithsonian is OUT OF CONTROL, where everything discussed is how horrible our Country is, how bad Slavery was, and how unaccomplished the downtrodden have been — Nothing about Success, nothing about Brightness, nothing about the Future,” he wrote on Truth Social. Trump continued, “We are not going to allow this to happen, and I have instructed my attorneys to go through the Museums, and start the exact same process that has been done with Colleges and Universities where tremendous progress has been made,” referring to his administration’s not forcing the tax-paper to fund politicized, even fake, history.
The museums will be required to return to time tested scholarship as the foundation of truth in “tone, historical framing and alignment with American ideals,” as it has been for hundreds of years. Tax payer funded institutions must show significant progress toward this standard.

The avalanche of previously classified, thus hidden, documents, unveiled the last four weeks establishes the Russian hoax and its coverup, as the biggest political scandal in American history. DNI Tulsi Gabbard accused Barack Obama of orchestrating a ‘yearlong coup’ against Trump. This resulted in Attorney General Pam Bondi ordering a grand jury investigation into the former president sending to it all relevant documents. These included “texts, emails indicating Hillary Clinton campaign aids directly coordinated with the Obama White House, National Security Council, state department and intelligence community officials in efforts to dig up dirt tying Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin in July 2016” (X22, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3689b, July 21, 2025, 50:10). John Durham’s Annex revealed Hillary Clinton’s coup d’état plans (Ep. 3691b, July 23, 2025, 52:4) as very similar to those of Barack Obama.
Career FBI agents from New York City, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Washington D.C. had been quietly gathering information from as early as 2015 that led to the conclusion that Hillary was running a “pay to play”operation. They were reporting a full predicated criminal case against Hillary when Obama Deputy AG Sally Yates directly ordered the FBI to shut down their investigations of the Clinton Foundation. This one order effectively granted the Clinton’s immunity from further scrutiny during the 2016 election cycle.”
In all this Hillary and Barack worked in sync as co conspirators in a coup that was intended to seat Clinton—not Trump—in the White House and when instead he won, to void his election. Thus far we know that grand juries are being assembled for former two-termed president, Barack Obama, former CIA director John Brennon, and former FBI director James Comey but this week the list to investigate grew to include the Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton (herself) and Adam Schiff (Ep. 3708b, Aug. 13, 2025, 3:00).
FBI Director Kash Patel “has uncovered a bombshell memo written in 2017 chronicling the extensive political obstruction that career agents in three cities faced from their own bosses and the Obama Justice Department during the 2016 election as they probed whether Hillary Clinton engaged in a ‘pay-to-play’ corruption scheme involving her family foundation.” At the time Hillary served as Obama’s Secretary of State and “her family foundation solicited hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign and U.S. interests with business before her department.” The Clinton Foundation, launch in 2001, at one time had more than $2bn in its coffers.
Career FBI agents from New York City, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Washington D.C. had been quietly gathering information from as early as 2015 that led to that conclusion. They were reporting a full predicated criminal case against Hillary and, when mostly finished, approached four separate US attorney offices under Obama, “for help with subpoenas, grand juries, and evidence gathering. Three of the four refused their help outright.” This Trump Justice Department is likely to be reopening this FBI case .
The most damning piece of evidence, however, according to investigative reporter John Solomon, is the document uncovered by FBI Director Kash Patel. In it Obama Deputy AG Sally Yates directly instructs the Obama FBI to shut down their investigations of the Clinton Foundation. This one order effectively granted the Clinton’s immunity from further scrutiny during the 2016 election cycle” (“‘Shut it down’: Bombshell FBI timeline exposes political interference in Clinton corruption probe,” By John Solomon, Just the News). Clinton’s “pay to play” scandal put the White House up for sale profiting the Clinton’s and Obama let her do so.
But it is crimes against children rumors associated with the Clinton Foundation, the Haiti earthquake destruction in 2010, and allegedly thousands of trafficked orphans rumors lasting for more then a decade that need to be extinguished if not true. Let us throw in the bizarre: pedophilia, child sacrifice, spirit cooking, dark arts rumors that persist. The Clinton’s and their foundation are not popular in Haiti despite the $30 million the Clinton’s attest they spent there through their Foundation to help the people. Feels like something there needs sunlight.
Adam Schiff, the notorious classified documents leaker, also is now under investigation. DOJ special prosecutor, Ed Martin says he is “investigating Adam Schiff for ALL of his criminal activity, not just the most recent mortgage fraud. In addition, he implies there are grand juries in both the Adam Schiff and Letitia James cases,” which he oversees (Ep. 3711b, Aug. 18, 2025, 59:07).
Defiant serial liar Adam Schiff faced historic censure June 20, 2023. He was censored by the House for false allegations on Trump-Russia collusion, a vote that made Schiff just the third member of the House to be censured since the turn of the century.
A Democrat whistleblower has come forward and shared that years earlier he attended “an all-staff meeting by SCHIFF. In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States DONALD J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP.” The whistleblower, then a staff member, “stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured that they would not be caught leaking classified information.”. The whistleblower also shared that Schiff was promised the CIA director position if Hillary Clinton was elected. The whistleblower was abruptly fired for having reported the leak to the Obama FBI (“Whistleblower bombshell as ‘treasonous’ top Dem ‘approved leaking classified information to target Donald Trump’,” by Stephen M. Lepore,, DaileyMail, 12 August 2025).
Schiff could be charged with violating 18 USC 793, the Espionage Act which reads in part.. “Gathering transmitting or losing defense information. This provision prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of information related to national defense. It penalizes actions like impropriety, accessing, handling, or transmitting information respecting the national defense, and the intent to harm the United States or aid a foreign nation” (Ep.3708b, Aug.13, 2025, 42:56).
A serious irony exists. Schiff used the autopen, as did all Select Committee members, to give himself a pardon but he forgot to pardon himself for Russiagate—an earlier crime. His pardon reads in part, “for any offenses… related to activities or subject matter of the Select Committee to investigate January 6.” Even if the pardon was actually signed by Biden—it was’t, Schiff is not protected against Russiagate related offenses as they were not in it (Ibid., 43:37).
Culpability for what has become the biggest political scandal in American history has spread to include the Clinton Foundation, Hillary and Adam Schiff and this is likely just the beginning.

They started their coup against Trump in 2016 first called Russiagate. And they continually moved forward with their agenda. The spying on President-elect Trump, the alpha bank hoax, the Trump impeachments, the baseless indictments, the assassination attempts and most recently the judicial coup. It’s the same Deep State. It’s the same insurgency. It’s the same decade-long insurrection. As no one has been punished they continue still. Their coup d’état succeeded in 2020 when on January 6, 2021, they overthrew the existing government and installed Joe Biden.
Not until the grand jury rules which could take 18 months and there exists a path for conviction. Diddy demonstrated there isn’t one yet. Trump will follow the Constitution which gives him two options. 1) The people must give him a House that will impeach activist judges so that the present judicial coup is removed. Then civil trials can do their duty and restore justice. 2) If the Deep State resorts to chaos and domestic violence he will activate the Insurrection Act then declare resisters “enemy combatants” and use military tribunals to restore order and justice as Abraham Lincoln did in the Southern cities and states in the Civil War. The second option is the more likely and violence can negate Posse Comitatus.
These collective issues are now called the Grand Conspiracy. It came to a head last month when life-long loyal Democrat Tulsi Gabbard, now serving as US Director of National Intelligence, declassified documents that showed Barack Hussain Obama likely guilty of treason and Secretary Gabbard asked the Justice Department to investigate. Last week Attorney General Pam Bondi ordered a grand jury investigation into the former president sending to it all relevant documents. These included “texts, emails indicating Hillary Clinton campaign aids directly coordinated with the Obama White House, national security council, state department and intelligence community officials in efforts to dig up dirt tying Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin in July 2016” (X22, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3689b, July 21, 2025, 50:10). The full weight of the government and legacy media were used to falsely vilify Trump and get Hillary Clinton installed.
The Grand Conspiracy against Trump remains “ongoing as individuals involved continue to employ the conspiracy means and methods to achieve its objective or to conceal their involvement. Obama, the media, the Ds, Brennan, Clapper and the rest are continuing it” (18 USC, Ep. 3694b, July 26, 2025, 44:35). They forged fake information and used the government to do this against Trump and those people that were brought up in charges in January 6 and many other people. (Ep. 3704b, Aug. 8, 2025, 59:37). With each new Deep State attempt to destroy Trump, according to the RICO Act, it resets the statute of limitations. Under RICO (18 USC section 1961) a conspiracy is considered ongoing until it’s objectives are achieved or abandoned. The statute of limitation begins to run out the date of the last overt act” (See Fiswick v. United States. 329 US. 211 1946).
In each of the events of the last ten years there have been innumerable victims besides Trump and the incarcerated J6ers. Devon Nunez explains the damage that was done by the criminals invoked in the Grand Conspiracy, “People have died. People have lost their livelihoods. People have lost their careers. People have not been promoted. Families have been destroyed. Finances have been wiped out. Millions of Americans were kicked off social media [and] news networks were not allowed on the legacy media platforms. This damage is far and wide and has been ongoing for a long time, so Nixon is not even a drop in the bucket to what this kind of two or three dozen criminals in and around Clinton’s operation, the DNC, and Obama operation, and Biden’s operation, for that matter, have been doing now for over a decade.” He concluded, “This is why our country cannot move forward until we see accountability.” (Ep. 3703b, August 6, 2025, 1:00:58).
Right now nothing is more important than the the Durham Annex as “it ties it all together and brings also in George Soros and his son Alex and the Open Society Foundation. This is the most sophisticated political scandal that has ever been entered into. No one has been held accountable. If people are not held accountable for the Russia hoax they will do it again. It has to be done” (Ep. 3704b, Aug. 8, 2025, 56:09).
Punishment can’t be just a slap on the wrist for those convicted of treason. Were Trump proved to have done the same thing they would demand a firing squad. “The message must be clear. They used fake information to go after Trump, his associates, and those on January 6, they used the full power of the government. It was directed to these people without any proof. They made up the information” (Ibid., 56:50). This, while chanting, “No one is above the law.”
I concur, but treason is a far more serious crime than espionage and allows the death penalty. Those most likely to be convicted of treason are Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and thus the death penalty. Punishment can’t be just a slap on the wrist for those convicted of treason if you want punishment used to deter future treason, and most do.
Rasmussen reports “the full power of government was directed to approve that Obama’s falsehood against his successor was truthful. Trump supporters, employees and family were dragged into courts and hearings on false charges, depriving them of their liberties and bankrupting many of them” (Ibid., 57:27). Many J6ers went to prison and some committed suicide because of their treatment in prison, a few incarcerated were never actually convicted.
But millions were affected negatively by this decade long hate Trump non-stop pure poison lie as they sat in front of the news they were conditioned to trust which fed the lie. It destroyed family relations. Fathers would not speak to sons nor sons to fathers on learning that either supported Trump. For mothers and daughters, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles and once close neighbors it was the same. Almost no family was spared. It divided friends, neighbors, churches and the country as no issue had since slavery before the Civil War. Families were, and still are afraid to gather at Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve or Easter for fear of someone getting upset. This fear was common for family reunions and church gatherings. The nation went silent on political issues like never before. Trump was/is simultaneously the most loved and hated man in American history. Trump was/is the most vilified political figure in American history because this lie was fed to them day and night by the Deep State presses which became 90% of the televised news. Nonetheless, voters flooded in support of him in 2024 with a landslide victory.
The damage done to America by the Obama / Clinton’s Russiagate lie hurt millions of Americans and may for another decade as we forgive and forget. But if Trump destroys the Deep State he eventually will be viewed as one of Americas greatest, and school children will recite his name in praise. If the Deep State wins he will always be held in contempt and we will only pretend we are really free. The choice is ours today in the consequences we choose for the real traitors.

The last two weeks could be the most consequential in U.S. history. No president has been referred to the Department of Justice for criminal behavior and potential prosecution for treason. This by Tulsi Gabbard, a lifelong Democrat, former Democrat member of congress from Hawaii, and Democrat candidate herself for president in 2024, now transitioned to MAGA and presently serving as US Director of National Intelligence. She accused her former two termed president, Barack Hussain Obama, of treason presenting “over 100 pages of declassified memos, assessments, and emails including whistleblower claims” (X22 Report, hear after not cited, Ep. 3689b, July 21, 2025, 49:36). The avalanche of declassified documents from other departments supporting her action, continue.
DNI Declassifies “Obama Admin’s treasonous conspiracy.” Two plots: 1) He created a fake issue mid-summer 2016 to insure the people voted for Hillary Clinton and 2) when elected he “cooked up intel” on December 9, 2016 to not seat the people’s choice for president—both treasonable. The evidence was found in a secret room, in a “burn bag” at FBI headquarters. There was never a Trump Russia collusion to elect Trump.
When Trump was elected president in November 2016, despite Obama/Clinton and the Intelligence communities best efforts to steer the election to Hillary Clinton, the political contest should have ended. Not for the Deep State!! They met in outgoing President Obama’s office to devise ways to not seat elected Trump Any effort to undermine the results of an election is an “overt act” of treason as defined in Article III, Section 1 of the US Constitution. Election interference is a conspiracy to subvert the will of the people. Intentionally defying that election result, once rendered, is treason amplified.
One of the first acts of John Ratcliffe, as the new CIA Director, was to assess the presidential election of 2016. His Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) revealed the CIA, FBI and DNI’s unsuccessful attempt to nullify Trump’s 2016 election victory over Hillary Clinton because of alleged Russian collusion in the election. In this, “outgoing President Barack Obama and then CIA director John Brennan played major and intentional roles.” The Russia hoax and its coverup, is now the biggest political scandal in American history. “Never has a president left office to collude with others to impede the next sitting president of the United States of America until Obama!” (“Bombshell Declassified ICA Report on 2016 Plot to Overthrow Elected President,” LibertyUnderFire, July 9, 2025).
Obama’s secret meeting held in the Situation Room of the White House December 9, 2016 weeks after Trump’s election and weeks before his inauguration was an overt act. Paul Sperry, an investigative reporter, wrote, “New docs reveals lda Monaco attended a high level December 9, 2016 White House meeting ordered by Obama to cook up intel against Trump related to Russia, along with Mary McCord, Celeste Wallander and Victoria Nuland” obviously to not seat the people’s choice for president—thus treason (Ep. 3689b, July 21, 2025, 52:50). Allegedly “20 + CIA and FBI officials have now come forward and confirmed Barack Obama ‘doctored intelligence’ to frame Donald Trump’” (Ep. 3692b, July 24, 2025, 49:30).
Gabbard spoke of other documents coming to light as well, “Together, the ODNIgov records released on Friday, the Justice Department’s June 2018 report known as the ‘Clinton Annex,’ released earlier this week and the House Intel Oversight report we released today confirm what many Americans have known: the Russia hoax was a lie that was … created by the Obama Administration to undermine the legitimacy and power of the duly elected president of the United States—Donald Trump.” In other words, “Obama gave the direct order to publish the Russian Collusion hoax knowing there was no evidence to support it” (Ep. 3691b July 23, 2025, 48:47).
But it is Durham’s previous trial documentation that is so important today. Those familiar with the decades-old war with the Deep State knew then that no one would go to prison from Durhams trials. The Deep State was too strong. It, however, was the perfect time to get evidence in court to use later. Durham got much evidence established in a court of law. For example Durham’s Annex revealed Hillary Clinton’s coup d’état plans. This established evidence can now be used in the future without having again to be proven ( Ibid., 52:4).
Trump ordered the release of the grand jury reports of Florida and New York which were blocked by Obama appointed judges which he believes will supplement and confirm many of the documents coming out from Ratcliffe’s ICA Report and Gabbard’s DNI. And Ghislaine Maxwell’s recent testimony will give us the actual long-awaited Epstein client list (thus far over 100 names) and other tie ins to the Deep States criminal conspiracy. They are all related.
If authenticated by “further investigation it means liberal mega donor George Soros’ team knew the whole Clinton plan for the Russia-gate hoax four days before FBI opened up probe; and so did Obama, Brennan, and Comey.” Expect much more on these two to follow. We seem to be catching them in the same net. They were caught in the cesspool they created for Trump. But justice still can not happen with corrupt Obama Justices. We must elect legislators that will impeach bad justices, as per the US Constitution, as once we did.
A strange new finding is also suddenly coming to light. Thousands of documents placed in ‘burn bags,’ over recent years presumably to be burned sometime but never were. These placed in a secret room in the very heart of the secret combination revealing evidence against itself; like in plain sight and intentional. Few have access to this room and speculation suggests access close to the top—perhaps even former FBI director Christopher Wray. LibertyUnderFire first covered the FBI’s SECRET ROOM’ in “FBI’s Secret ‘Prohibited Access’ Hidden Room and More,” June 11, 2025. These are said to “PROVE Hillary Clinton conspired with Obama’s FBI to fabricate the Russia Collusion.” Durham’s Annex document was discovered in one of the “burn bags” and has already been declassified by the Trump administration. General Mike Flynn reminds us that these “Burn bag documents will have finger prints” and advises Kash and Bongino to “consider a very short window for amnesty” for those who want to reveal more (Ep. 3699b, July 31, 2025, 37:49 & 39:32).
The media were coconspirators in this Coup d’état. “CBS, ABC, and NBC news spent 2,300 minutes on Trump / Russia in 2016 and 2017. Fast forward to 2025, the same 3 networks have spent under 3 minutes discussing Obama/Russia. The Coup could not have succeeded without the media as coconspirators (Nick Kayal, Ibid., 46:51).
