By now everyone should know that Biden, and his Deep State government, have taken us into active war with Russia. It began with his authorizing Ukraine to use American made and provided long-range ballistic missiles deep into the Russian homeland. The Deep State government of the UK also gave permission to Volodymyr Zelenskyy to fire their missiles as well. The attack happened two days later. And France has followed with the same authorization. This is a De fecto declaration of war on the sovereign country of Russia triggering WW III.
America is fighting its second war for independence. The enemy is the Deep State from within and world wide. If the Patriots win, justice is restored and censorship ends. Joe Biden will appear in future history textbooks as the president who intentionally started World War III which is likely to be nuclear. He played a major role in the Deep State Coups d’état in Ukraine in 2014 and in the United States in the 2020 presidential election. History will not treat him kindly.
Biden expected promised Russian retaliation if Ukraine fired these missiles because he shut down the US embassy in Kiev. NATO countries Italy, Spain, and Greece also shut down their embassies in Kiev. Also, because Putin has repeatedly warned that if this happens, “Russia would consider it as being in direct war with the US, and nuclear response would be on the table” (X22 Report, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3504b, Nov. 19, 2024, 31:33). Meanwhile Reuters reports, “Biden approves Anti-Personnel mines for Ukraine, US official says,” further escalating our threat to the region (Reuters, X22 Reports, Ep. 3505b, Nov. 20, 2024, 2712).
Putin had warned that “Only NATO troops can operate these missiles—The Ukrainians can’t do it. To allow Ukraine to use these weapons to strike inside Russia we are talking about a decision for NATO to be directly involved in the conflict or not. That would mean a change in the conflict—USA and NATO countries would be in direct war with Russia” (X22 Reports, Ep. 3503b, Nov. 18, 2024, 33:48). And we are!! Biden started World War III through NATO.
And Russia fired back as promised. This with a new weapon altogether, the # Oreshnik Missile System a Mach 10 hypersonic Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM)—which according to Putin “cannot be intercepted.” Reportedly this was a “combat tests” of the new system. He added, “We have the right to use our weapons vs. military facilities of those nations who allow their weapons to be used against our facilities.” He re-warned the West, “In case of an escalation we will act as decisively in a mirror response” (Ep. 3507b, Nov. 22, 2024, 28:43). Indeed, NATO did not intercept it.
Putin again, “From this point onward [use of US and UK missiles vs. Russia] the regional conflict in Ukraine provoked by the West has assumed elements of a global nature after America’s attack on Russia” (Ibid., 28:11). Even liberal publication POLITICO reported, “World War III has officially begun, Ukraine’s ex-top general says.” Russia’s use of a weapon that “cannot be intercepted” immediately resulted in an emergency NATO meeting the result of which has not been reported. Obviously, this was unexpected and Russia could hit, presumably anywhere at will with nuclear detonation.
None of this should surprise our readers, we have anticipated and reported on this for years. The fake news on Trump, now recognized by most, was also the fake news on Putin and the Ukraine. America’s war with Russia actually started in 2014 with the Deep State’s Coup d’état in Ukraine bringing themselves to power in Central Europe. Just this year alone we shared two columns of their desire to bait Russia to war with the United States and NATO. These were: “The New York Times Documents CIA Provoked War with Russia for a Decade,” published March 6, 2024 and in September 21, 2024 we published “Still Baiting Russia for World War III in Ukraine." What we predicted is now current events.

Defending Russia was difficult for LibertyUnderFire.org. The country, besides Germany, most responsible for taking liberty from the earth through communism was hard to defend. Future uncensored history will show the United States, the land of the freest people on earth and birth of the American Constitution, as the country most responsible for starting World War III. The Deep State fully conquered Ukraine before it fully, through a similar Coup d’état, conquered the United States for the last four years.

America’s most respected retired general, Mike Flynn, demanded Vice President Kamala Harris “immediately invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Biden,” (Ep.3504b, Nov. 19, 2024, 34:04). When America is having its greatest threat of nuclear war since the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Vice President is vacationing in Hawaii.
Days later when nothing happened Flynn wrote. “Breaking: 1) We appear to be on the brink of WW III. 2) Congress is set to go on recess for Thanksgiving. 3) We’ve heard nothing from the POTUS. 4) Offensive nuclear capable weapons have occurred between Ukraine and Russia. 5) the real potential for global escalation outside the boundaries of this regional war is as high as they have been. So what congress should immediately [do is] demand POTUS address the nation either to a joint session of Congress or from the Oval Office. One way or the other the American people deserve to hear from our president if there are any dangers presented to our safety and security here in our homeland, and to better understand what vital national security interests are at stake here (Ep. 3506b, Nov. 21, 2024, 35:26). He objects also that “the Deep State has started WW III and its being treated by the fake news as a minor story” (Ibid. 33:43)

This is the season to be grateful and to acknowledge our many blessings, even in the midst of extreme difficult times for so many of our neighbors and friends. Even our own circumstances may have brought us beneath what we think we can endure. During such times it is sometimes hard to find things to be grateful for or to find the hand of God in anything. Finding someone whose life circumstances are much worse sometimes helps a little. One such was Martin Rinkart. He authored the beloved Christian hymnal “Now Thank We All Our God” which has given fellow Christians strength in their trials for almost 400 years.
In 1637 the Swedes and Germans were in the midst of The Thirty-Year War (Catholics vs. Protestants) and refugees from that encounter were flooding into Eilenburg, Saxony where Martin Rinkart was serving as Archdeacon of his native German town. A horrible plaque gripped the area leaving some 8,000 persons dead in a single year. Rinkart had to assist “at the beds of the sick and dying.” Although fortunately he maintained his own health during this time of death, he “had to read forty or fifty funeral services a day” including the services of two of his fellow clergymen. A fourth ran away, out of fear of getting sick, leaving him the lone church authority in this major crisis. He assisted in burying some 4,480 in all. In May of that year, his wife died. “By the end of the year, the refugees had to be buried in trenches without Services.
This horror was followed by a famine “so extreme that thirty or forty persons might be seen fighting in the streets for a dead cat or crow.” As the head of the church in his area “his door was surrounded by a crowd of poor starving wretches, who found it their only refuge.” He shared everything he had reserving “the barest rations for his own family."
Next the Swedes returned demanding a tribute of $30,000 from the town. Such money was not available. After failing to entreat the invading general for mercy, Rinkart turned to those following him and, in the general’s presence, said “Come, my children, we can find no hearing, no mercy with men, let us take refuge with God." He then “fell on his knees and prayed with such touching earnestness that the Swedish general relented, and lowered his demand at last to 2,000 florins."
Apparently the words of his hymn were originally written as a grace to be said before meals but given his circumstances it became a song of strength in adversity. Listen to them. “Now thank we all our God with hearts and hands and voices, Who wondrous things hath done, In whom his earth rejoices; Who, from our mothers’ arms, Hath blessed us on our way With countless gifts of love, And still is ours today.” The first verse of this Lutheran hymnal is certainly a message of thanksgiving; the second, one of protection and guidance. “Oh, may our bounteous God Through all our life be near us, With ever joyful hearts and blessed peace to cheer us, And keep us in his love, And guide us day and night, And free us from all ills, Protect us by his might.”—Martin Rinkart, c. 1636
Amazingly Rinkart could find God and write praises to him in the midst of the most horrendous circumstances of war, famine, plague, and death around him. The tune came from noted hymn composer Johann Crüger, and its common harmonization derives from its use in an 1830 cantata by German composer Felix Mendelssohn. “Thanksgiving During a Plague: Martin Rinkart (1586–1649).” Rinkart was a deacon at Eisleben and archdeacon at Eilenburg, where he was born and also died. (Religious Affections Ministries, Nov. 25, 2020).
Perhaps his life and song can make us stronger as well. At the very least it should give us a few extra things for which to be thankful. None of us are fighting over a dead cat or crow to eat. Despite our obstacles, deep inside we know that God still has our best interests in mind. When we next sing this song we will probably do it with more gratitude reflecting, at least for a moment, on our great blessings, as he did, rather than our trials.

Trump warned us October 16, 2016, of “A Struggle for the Survival of our Nation” and why he, you and I, had to be engaged or lose the Constitution and our freedom. Even were it not largely censored most then would not have believed it but do now. He just won his third election fighting to have the Establishment revealed so it could be then destroyed In 2020 the Deep State through election interference did take over America in a election Coup d’état. He told us this could happen and it did. What follows is part of his speech “Trump: The Establishment.”shared eight years ago.
“Trump the Establishment” is the address given by candidate Trump on October 16, 2016 where Trump identifies why he is running for president—to expose the Establishment (Deep State). This he has done successfully the last 8 years. We now see it clearly. As he takes office we are still in critical condition.
“Our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt political establishment with a new government controlled by you, the American People. The Washington establishment, and the financial and media corporations that fund it, exists for only one reason: to protect and enrich itself. The establishment has trillions of dollars at stake…. For those who control the levers of power in Washington, and for the global special interests they partner with— these people that don’t have your good in mind—our campaign represents an existential threat….
“This is a crossroads in the history of our civilization that will determine whether or not We The People reclaim control over our government. The political establishment that is trying everything to stop us, is the same group responsible for our disastrous trade deals, massive illegal immigration, and economic and foreign policies that have bled our country dry….
“It’s a global power structure that is responsible for the economic decisions that have robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth, and put that money into the pockets of a handful of large corporations and political entities…. Just look at what this corrupt establishment has done to our cities like Detroit and Flint, Michigan – and rural towns in Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina and across our country. They have stripped these towns bare, and raided the wealth for themselves and taken away their jobs.
“The Clinton Machine is at the center of this power structure. We’ve seen this firsthand in the WikiLeaks documents in which Hillary Clinton meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers…..
“Let’s be clear on one thing: the corporate media in our country is no longer involved in journalism. They are a political special interest, no different than any lobbyist or other financial entity with an agenda. …. For them, it is a war – and for them, nothing is out of bounds. This is a struggle for the survival of our nation ….
“The establishment [Deep State] and their media enablers wield control over this nation through means that are well known. Anyone who challenges their control is deemed a sexist, a racist, a xenophobe and morally deformed. They will attack you, they will slander you, they will seek to destroy your career and reputation. And they will lie, lie and lie even more….
“Our great civilization, here in America and across the civilized world, has come upon a moment of reckoning…. But the central base of world political power is here in America, and it is our corrupt political establishment that is the greatest power behind the efforts at radical globalization and the disenfranchisement of working people. Their financial resources are unlimited. Their political resources are unlimited. Their media resources are unlimited. And, most importantly, the depths of their immorality is unlimited.
“Our political establishment has no soul…. The only force strong enough to save this country is you. The only people brave enough to vote out this corrupt establishment is you, the American People. They control the Department of Justice…. [and] the Director of the FBI…. This is a conspiracy against you, the American people. The above are the words of Presidential Candidate Donald Trump, October 16, 2016—the only candidate willing to take on the century old establishment. If these words are unfamiliar with some readers, then and /or today, it is because their sources for information are Establishment controlled—thus they are controlled by the Deep State. They have been, and are now, on the wrong side in the struggle to retain our liberty. Trump continues:
“I didn’t need to do this. I built a great company, and I had a wonderful life. I could have enjoyed the benefits of years of successful business for myself and my family, instead of going through this absolute horror show of lies, deceptions and malicious attacks. I’m doing it because this country has given me so much, and I feel strongly it was my turn to give back.
“Some people warned me this campaign would be a journey to hell. But they are wrong, it will be a journey to heaven because we will help so many people.” He probably anticipated being hated by 90% of the media thus by most of the people, spied on, perhaps even infiltrated by their secret combination, but it is unlikely that he could have imagined the extent of their persecution: The Russia Hoax, two impeachments, four separate major court cases housing 91 indictments, and five assassination attempts (“Golfing Sniper, 5th Time Life of President Trump Threatened —Not Second!!!,” Aug. 9, 2024, LibertyUnderFire.org,) These were the major attacks. No political figure suffered more unjust persecution for this country—even perhaps all combined.
He continues, “In my former life, I was an insider as much as anybody else – and I know what’s like to be an insider. Now I am being punished for leaving their special club and revealing to you their great scam. Because I used to be part of the club, I’m the only one who can fix it. I’m doing this for the people….
Some view this wind beaten flag as representative of the condition of the Constitution and liberty in American in 2016 and even more so after Biden / Harris.
“We will remove from our politics the special interests who have betrayed our workers, our borders, our freedoms, and our sovereign rights as a nation. We will end the politics of profit, we will end the rule of special interests, we will put a stop to the raiding of our country – and the disenfranchisement of our people. Our Independence Day is at hand” (Ibid.). And it now can be.
In 2016, with Trump’s election, we won our first battle against the Deep State, the second was the 2024 landslide in his favor, even with their cheating system, but they are still in place and will be back in the midterms unless removed. Their secret combination must be permanently removed to have “justice for all” and the Constitution restored once again. But “mercy cannot rob justice.” There must be punishment for ALL who broke the law—long prison sentences and some executions. If not, it is just a matter of time before we lose freedom again in our lifetime. Treason cannot be tolerated in a free society. Are we up to it? If not we have surrendered liberty already?

In a truly fair election without electronic cheating, illegals voting, voter rolls cleaned up, ballot harvesting, totally uncensored information, media not weaponized and etc. Trump would have won by at least 70%, maybe 75% as we have indicated before. But cheating was off the charts the last two years, more especially the last month, with hundreds of examples, even so, he won with THEIR electronic voting system but not by these percentages. This makes his victory much more profound. No one in American history has experienced more election opposition.
By 1:30 A.M. EST on November 6, the nation knew that Trump had over 270 Electoral College votes making him president-elect and also the Senate and likely the House of Representatives as well. He had not just beaten Joe Biden, then Kamala Harris, but the Deep State as well. Before this he prevailed over the DOJ that wanted to put him in jail for 730 years on four frivolous indictments and the FBI that, many believe, is assisting those who want to kill him. No political figure in American history has experienced more election opposition. At the moment the Constitution is saved and we are free but for how long with the Deep State still in place?
November 5, was the most important election in our nation’s political history. American flags were everywhere so patriotism was strong and the people felt they needed to get back to freedom basics. The silent majority came forward. Donald Trump’s 900+ rallies were attended in numbers never seen before. Kamala Harris rallies had to have a concert with someone famous, or have a previous president, Bill Clinton or Barack Obama, with her to break a thousand attending; worse, or have rally goers paid to attend. As anticipated the people came out for Donald Trump.
Why this profound victory? Several reasons can be identified. The vast majority of Americans know now that Joe Biden did not win in 2020, Trump did. That Covid-19 was mostly used for mail-in-balloting, which is, and always has been, prone to cheating. That Hunter Biden’s laptop was real and held back from exposure by America’s intelligence community until after the 2020 presidential election. A fourth of Biden voter’s would have chosen Trump had they known this. That the laptop revealed 459 crimes most of which should have put the president’s son in jail for many years—but didn’t. That Biden was personally corrupt, had over 20 shell companies extracting millions from foreign countries, some potential enemies, with Hunter selling state secrets. Classified documents were in Joe’s possession as a U.S. Senator and Vice President in several different places that should have given him a lengthy prison sentence even before he ran for president in 2020,
Americans now know that the CIA was corrupted decades ago—at least since the Kennedy Assassination. That the FBI has turned rogue even leading the January 6 insurrection while dressed as MAGA. That it is the lead suspect for many in the assassination attempts on Trump both at Butler, Pennsylvania and Trump’s Florida Golf Club—it yet suppresses the telephone conversations on several of the phones of both would be assassins that likely would have exposed accomplices, even themselves, as aiding. That the DOJ was weaponized to go after parents at school board meetings, MAGA, and everyone else exposing Deep State corruption.
Most now believe that the Deep State is real. It has been around since the McKinley presidency preceding the Spanish American War and was in both major political parties thereafter. It was a movement of monopoly tycoons, principally John D. Rockefeller and JP Morgan, seeking first power over the nation, then world economic dominance. It came out of the shadows and organized publicly in 1921 as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), anyone of major importance thereafter, in either major political party, was CFR connected. The Deep State maintained control over both major political parties through George W. Bush. Its two principle opponents during those years were John F. Kennedy and Barry Goldwater, both destroyed by the Deep State, Kennedy by assassination and Goldwater by election annihilation. The Tea Party movement rose in 2009 against both political parties and Trump, an outgrowth of that movement although not a part of it, opposed the Deep State entirely. MAGA people rejected their control. Today Deep State control is embedded with the Democrat Party and RINO faction of the Republican Party who both see extinction of themselves if Trump wins.
The presidential election of 2020 will always be considered the most corrupt in American history. The stain of a Coup d’état election will always remain. Initially actual fraud was viewed by millions in televised news clips and testimonies of hundreds of whistleblowers. Over the months large studies followed: The Arizona Forensic 2020 Election study, the movie documentary “2,000 Mules” and The Tiger Project all provided evidence of massive cheating easily enough to have reversed the election and showing that Biden DID NOT WIN! Since then all findings have confirmed cheating. There exists no evidence that election cheating did not occur. Ignoring, denying, undermining, censoring, or destroying existing evidence is not an argument that it did not exist. Every person (thousands) that filed more than his own ballot knows that fraud occurred and he is guilty of it. Over 1,000 poll workers,—under penalty of perjury thus prison if they lied,—signed affidavits of having witnessed election cheating. Cheating was also in 2024 and will be in every election going forward until those doing so are punished enough to deter the practice.
In this digital war MAGA are the patriots and the Dems and RINOS the globalists. Only the most ill-informed are unaware of this reality. As Democrats flee to MAGA for freedom from the Deep State, most notably Elon Musk, Robert F Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard, they are replaced by illegal immigrants who are immersed with gifting for their loyalty: healthcare, food stamps, social security, placement and housing in cities and promised citizenship. These are the invisible army Barack Obama promised should be created— as big as the armed forces. These are likely to rise with chaos never seen before in America if enough cheating fails and Trump wins.
LibertyUnderFire.org has published on all of these topics over many years—793 columns. Trump has slowly, but successfully, awakened the public to this awful condition. It had to be this way to prevent a very bloody civil war in 2020. Trump had to vacate the White House so that Biden and the Deep State could rule to be exposed. Everyone is at a different place on the exposure trail. Not everything we have written above is believed by all but enough is that in an election without corruption which November 5 was not, Trump would have won by at least 70%. This 9 years of awakening, with Trump the principle victim, has prevented a bloody civil war.
There is yet another reason for Trump's victory—tyranny, that most believed eventually would have come to all had he not won! Those who visibly oppose are punished. The DOJ and FBI are Deep State assets now. This last week, the week before November 5 election, nearly four years after the J6 event “suspects are still being arrested, convicted and jailed. This week alone:[a] Father and son from New Jersey [were] arrested—West Virginia man arrested—Illinois man pleads guilty—Texas man found guilty, —2 men from Virginia found guilty—Colorado man sentenced to 3 years —California man sentenced to one year” (X22 Report, Ep. 3489b, Nov. 1, 2024, 34:10). This, after the Supreme Court ruling June 28, 2024, in Fischer v. United States, on Section 1512(c)(2), that overturned most J6 convictions (about 350 persons). This SCOTUS decision has been mostly ignored by the Biden / Harris Admin. as they have most other court decisions and the Constitution. The real issue as to why Trump won so big is liberty!

Probably the most censored part of the 2020 presidential election was that Dominion machines were connected to the Internet and did flip votes in 2020—perhaps millions. If that got out and was believed it would destroy everything the Deep State planned, especially their Coup d’état to unseat President Trump and usher in the Green New Deal and New World Order. Censorship succeeded because virtually all the media was controlled by them. This story was dead on arrival. If it wasn’t covered it did not happen. Essentially the coup was fait accompli. Fortunately the establishment news is no longer the gods of the antenna and their fake news is now a popular and accepted reality.
On June 16, 2023 judge unseals report detailing Dominion voting systems vulnerabilities including vote switching. “Georgia’s voting machines could be manipulated by bad actors in mere minutes,” says Alex Halderman, University of Michigan computer science professor. He argued that attackers could alter the QR codes on printed ballots, and install malware on individual voting machines “with only brief physical access.” They could “attack the broader voting system if they have the same access as certain county-level election officials,” his report said. More than 20 cybersecurity experts rushed to defend Halderman's report. Despite this, on Oct. 4, 2024,. Judge Scott McAfee ruled “the relief sought by GOP officials would not have addressed any vulnerabilities and that the matter should be decided by policymakers, not courts.”
But this information is still trickling out and last month in a Georgia courtroom two expert witnesses testified in Dekalb GOP v Raffensperger that the election system in Gwinnett County, Georgia with Dominion machines was remotely accessed from Belgrade, Serbia DURING the 2020 Election. “Similar activity also happened in Colorado, Michigan, and other states.” Respecting evidence of Dominion remotely accessing Georgia election equipment, one of the two testified, “Yes” and “I've seen a lot of Dominion emails. I've had to translate Dominion emails from Serbian to English to verify the technical questions I was being asked about them, to verify that they were translated properly.” So votes from Georgia, Colorado, Michigan and other states went to Belgrade, Serbia and back to these and other states presumably flipped during the 2020 presidential election. To the question, “Is Dominion able to remotely connect to these election systems?” Yes. “Are they able to do that without detection?” Yes. Thus the 2020 presidential election had foreign, Serbian, influence (X22 Report hereafter not cited, Ep. 3465b, Oct. 2, 2024, 50:00-53:33).
When Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election to Donald Trump in 2016, Democrats blamed Internet vulnerabilities and Trump colluding with Russia. “Mainstream Democrats, computer scientist, and election security experts warned that America's election system online is easily hackable and often running on Windows 7, or older, operating systems.” Simply, Democrats then warned of hacking in electronic voting (Ep. 3132b, Aug 4, 2023, 50:45). That is why Trump won they argued. Democrats were the first election deniers. Four years later when Biden “won” in 2020 they said it was the “most secure election in history.” They always knew that the internet was vulnerable to cheating. It is the Deep State system, that is why they use, refine, and like it—it can keep them in power.
It was okay to speak of the vulnerabilities of electronic voting in explaining the Trump victory but not for Biden in 2020. These must be censored for disinformation and punished. The Deep State now is going after those people exposing election fraud instead of themselves committing it. As for example, Tina Peters, an election worker and a gold star mom, who “backed up the election data before they wiped the system and gave the public a rare opportunity to analyze [it] before and after the tampering. And it shows clear and deliberate manipulation of the [Dominion] voting system.” What else did she show? “The audit trail was deleted – system logs were deleted – voting files [were] replaced with new files.” Instead of Dominion being revealed and punished, Peters was sentenced to 9 years. Their message is clear, “Don’t question our cheating system.” Consequently, “now we know why the Democrat judge in her case refused generally all of her witnesses and excluded virtually all of her defenses, then sentenced her to nine years in prison, because if this became a nation wide story the entire house of cards with Dominion could fall.” (Ep. 3471b, Oct. 9, 2024, 53:52-54:19).
Congresswomen Marjorie Taylor Greene is not intimidated. She wrote of one of her constituents experience on the machines, “'We voted on Dominion voting machines then it prints a paper ballot with our selections made on the machine.’ This voter’s ballot had been changed from their selections made on the machine. Good thing they checked their ballot before turning it in. After several attempts for correction, they voided that ballot and machine and he had to revote on another machine.” (Ep. 3478b, Oct. 18, 2024, 41:39).
Two days later she wrote, “They just proved not just one state, but with multiple states that the Dominion machines flipped the votes. The machines have the ability to flip the votes.” Still later she "reports from Whitfield County Georgia that the Dominion machines are flipping votes. This is exactly the kind of fraud we saw in 2020 and it cannot be tolerated.” Another person identifying himself on X as George wrote, "Election officials in Shelby County, Tennessee, are receiving reports from many voters saying that the voting machines are flipping their votes” (Ep. 3479b, Oct. 20, 2024, 51:35).
Two expert witnesses testified in Dekalb GOP v Raffensperger that the election system in Gwinnett County, Georgia with Dominion machines was remotely accessed from Belgrade, Serbia DURING the 2020 Election. “Similar activity also happened in Colorado, Michigan, and other states.” Thus the 2020 presidential election had foreign, Serbian, influence.
Rasmussen Reports that Professor Holderman, a University of Michigan computer scientist, was able to do several amazing things with a pen on their computer. He “changed results of a hypothetical referendum on Sunday alcohol sales. He flipped the winner in a hypothetical election between President George Washington and Benedict Arnold, the revolutionary war general who defected to the British. He rigged the machine to print out as many ballots as he wanted.” To do these things, “All he needed was a pin to reach a button inside the touchscreen, [and] a fake $10 voter card. He had a program on a $100 USB device that he plugged into a cord connected to a printer and he was able to rewrite the touchscreens code.” X22 Report wonders, “So if he could do that with a pin and it was that easy to do, how safe and secure are electronic elections" and these machines?” (Ep. 3377b, Jan, 23 2024, 42:22). Remember this is the Deep State’s election system.
We do know that “Dominion is using the SAME PASSWORDS in multiple states” (Ep. 3456b, Sept 22, 2024, 1:10:09). How vulnerable is that? It is likely that no election is secure with them. Even so, this election remains too big to rig if all vote.

Many of us who have frequently published on the threats to the integrity of the Constitution as originally written, over the past several presidents and many years, are pleased to have President Donald Trump make defending it a part of his campaign by his recent public statement, “Our Constitution is Hanging by a Thread.” He did so Oct. 13 in the swing state of Arizona at Prescott Valley. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints are considered an important, even key, vote in Arizona as well as in Nevada. Trump’s comment spawned an LDS Fireside with others participating notably Glenn Beck, Senator Mike Lee with Trump in the call to protect the Constitution in our voting practices (LDS Fireside with Donald Trump, Glenn Beck, Mike Lee: Constitution Threadbare? Best Clips!). The fireside was not officially church sponsored.
Donald Trump: “The Constitution is hanging by a thread.” And, “The family is really the foundation of a prosperous and good society, and that's what we want.” Senator Mike Lee: “If you assume that you can vote for Kamala Harris and not really seriously threaten religious liberty, you're sadly mistaken.” And, “Many of our Church's teachings and our core doctrines are just incompatible with the woke, radical progressive agenda.”
Trump’s protection of the Constitution has always been genuine. He has been the most constitutionally oriented president for many decades—an avid protector of the 2nd Amendment’s right to keep and bear arms, and the 1st Amendment’s freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly and “to petition the government for a redress of grievances” (as in Jan. 6). The 10th Amendment too, in its single sentence, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” allowed this country to return the whole issue of abortion back to the states where it should have always been since it was never a delegated power to the federal government. Trump / SCOTUS did this!! The Constitution has always been a priority to him.
The Constitution would have already been damaged beyond repair had Trump not been elected president in 2016. President Obama wanted Merrick Garland as the new SCOTUS justice. Mitch McConnell waited for the approaching 2016 election so that the election could choose instead. Hillary Clinton, as president, would have doomed the Supreme Court beyond recovery with a vast majority of anti-constitutionalists appointed for life. Trump saved the Constitution by appointing three constitutionally based justices giving “as written” justices the majority.
But it was Trump’s phrase “Our Constitution is Hanging by a Thread,” that brought long-term members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to standing attention. In 1843, 181 years ago, the then prophet of their new church, Joseph Smith, prophesied, “the time would come when the Constitution and government would hang by a brittle thread and would be ready to fall into other hands but this people the latter-day saints will step forth and save it” (James Burgers Journal, 1818-1904, Church Archives, Vol. I—found among loose sermons). Many wrote it down in their journals at the time with only minor variations.
For Trump, past president and likely to be again the most important head of state in the world, to blatantly use this phraseology to describe the present condition of the Constitution is for members jaw-dropping. No one familiar with the document can dispute it is on life support.
With respect to the government of the United States and the Constitution, this prophecy has been recited by virtually every president in LDS Church history. Outside Church belief that Jesus is the Christ, our personal Savior and Redeemer and the Book of Mormon is the second witness of Him as such to people on the American continent; this prophecy and expectation that it would be fulfilled is perhaps the most known.
The most profound and modern recitation of this prophecy was by church President Ezra Taft Benson shared Sept. 16, 1987, “I have faith the Constitution will be saved as prophesied by Joseph Smith. But it will not be saved in Washington. It will be saved by citizens of this nation who love and cherish freedom. It will be saved by … men and women who will subscribe to and abide the principles of the Constitution.” He concluded with his own prophecy, “I testify that the God of heaven raised up choice spirits to lay the foundation of this government, and he has sent other choice spirits to preserve it” ("Our Divine Constitution,” Sept. 16, 1987, BYU Devotional).
Why would members, on religious principle, be one of the most patriotic people in the country to the Constitution? Because they believe Christ told them to be. Smith received three revelations regarding it, the most prominent of which, “I established the Constitution of this land, by the hands of wise men whom I raised up unto this very purpose, and redeemed the land by the shedding of blood.” Simply, Christ helped America win the Revolutionary War and form the Constitution which is to bless “all flesh” and “forever” (D & C’s 98:4-10; 101:77-80; & 109:54).
Glenn Beck: “The constitution is hanging by a thread. You know who gets that? Some Democrats. Elon Musk gets that. Tulsi Gabbard gets that. RFK Jr, an icon of the Democratic Party, says this party is dangerous. ‘I have to stand with Donald Trump.’ They get that.” Beck asks, “What did you do when the freedom of not just your children and your grandchildren, but the children all over the world was at stake?” Do YOU get it?
Why should a non-member have confidence in the prophecies of a said to be prophet 181 years ago? Because members believe he is the same who on December 25, 1832, prophesied the American Civil War beginning in South Carolina some 28 1/2 years before it happened. Christ told him of the coming “rebellion of South Carolina, which will eventually terminate in the death and misery of many souls;….For Behold, the Southern States shall be divided against the Northern States and the Southern States will call on other nations, even the nation of Great Britain….” All of which happened, even the reaching out for help to Great Britain (D & C 87: 1 & 3 and 130:13).
Even the Deep State, many believe, was prophesied in the Book of Mormon in 1830, which members have called secret combinations for 194 years. Its index has over 60 references to how secret combinations destroyed two separate ancient civilizations, the Jaredites and the Nephites, for they are found in all nations and “seeketh to overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations, and countries; and it bringeth to pass the destruction of all people.” The prophet Moroni in the book warns today, “when ye shall see these things come among you that ye shall awake to a sense of your awful situation, because of this secret combination which shall be among you.”

After four years what do we know for certain? FACT 1. Donald J. Trump won the 2020 presidential race. No primary documents have surfaced and no studies have shown since, that the Deep State did not cheat in that election. In fact, all documents from the 2021 Maricopa County Presidential Ballot Audit, to video “2000 Mules” to last weeks news break in Arizona that 218,000 illegal aliens voted in that election, show the opposite to be true (Adrian Fontes, Sec. Of State, press Release Sept. 30, 2024, X22 Report Ep. 3464b, 1 Oct. 2024). Even Georgia’s Dekalb GOP v Raffensperger court case last month proved Dominion machines capable of being hooked to the Internet debunking this as not possible, and the likelihood that it changed hundreds of thousands of votes from Trump to Biden in that election. LibertyUnderFire.org has published many columns on this and had we found otherwise we would have published that also.
The Democrats major campaign issue in 2016 was Trump is a Hitler reincarnate, the major issue in 2020 was he is so bad we had to impeachment him twice on made up charges, and that of 2024, “Let’s lock him up for 730 years on fake indictments.” With four failed indictments,” now the Deep State Democrats and Republicans just want him dead and Iran to take the blame rather then they.
The 2020 Presidential election was rigged and was a Coup d’état. Those involved successfully overthrew the U.S. government. The Biden presidency was illegitimate. No one, including LibertyUnderFire, suggests a redo of that election. We know so much more about the Deep State now. But they are still in place to do the same again. Their election interference in both parties has been a constant since then with four fake indictments against Trump and hundreds of examples of censorship. Now, interference by fake polls, fake audiences, a fake candidate, Kamala Harris not processed through the regular primary process, to ensure her as the Biden replacement. Rasmussen reveals that cheating in 2024 is expected by 64% of the population.
FACT 2. This is the most important election in our lifetime, perhaps the nation’s history. This election is about: retaining the Constitution as “the supreme Law of the Land” as opposed to the Deep State’s desire to accept the UN as the world government over all nations; maintaining the Electoral College as a body of nine which empowers smaller states; the Bill of Rights which includes God-given (not government given) rights to freedom of religion, press, assembly, speech, also the right to bear arms; and the integrity of the Constitution as written; and finally the Republic (not democracy) “for which its stands.” Even freedom from excessive government as defined by the people—not their rulers. EVERYTHING!! Even right from wrong!! The powers of the government are specifically listed and limited (Article I, Section 8). There can be no real intelligent opposition to the above. Voters today choose to be Kingmen or Freemen.
Fact 3. THE DEEP STATE WILL NEVER ACCEPT THE RESULTS OF A 2024 ELECTION THAT ALLOWS THEM TO LOSE no matter what they have to do, because it reveals them as Coup d’état participants (treason). And justice with consequence has to follow to dissuade their generation or posterity from doing it again, and for justice to mean anything in a country that prides itself in “justice for all” in its pledge of allegiance to the flag. So many are acting like the damage done to this country for four years is no big deal but it is the vary definition of treason.
So let us be equally blunt with the future as we have the past. The Deep State wants Trump dead (Golfing Sniper, 5th Time Life of President Trump Threatened—Not Second,” LibertyUnderFire.org , Sept, 18, 2024). Their efforts to this end will continue. The FBI and DOJ are heavily involved in this and want to blame it on Iran. Removing him removes their fear of justice and leaves them in power. They will continue to push for World War III for the same reason —battle communications are what the news will cover not their Deep State crimes. What follows are their plans as we are able to understand them which can change in this digital war.
Prior to the election. The Deep State are presently establishing two narratives preparing us for their planned scenarios. One, frequent cyber attacks we have had and will have before and after the election. Two, they also want us to accept that foreign entities, especially Russia, helped Trump win. Meanwhile they are creating as many fake ballots as possible. They need an event, probably a major cyber attack on, or before, November 4, to shut down the election power infrastructure to be able to say the election was manipulated for Trump.
No president or vice president has sought to stain the U.S. Constitution more than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Since Harris has admitted that she would not have done anything differently than he, she accepts equal responsibility. No stain out will work for them. Four more years of Harris and nothing of the Constitution can be salvaged. Their contempt for it reeks in everything they do.
During the election. They plan to use the U.S. Postal Service for mail-in ballots, and will then say the Post Office can’t handle the amount of mail-in. This will be used to delay the results of the election so they can feed-in the fake ballots that they need to win. They will do this outside the election centers where the poll watchers and lawyers can’t see. Chaos may be used during the election, especially in big cities, to discourage MAGA voting.
After the election which Trump wins despite the cheating. Expect chaos in the streets. They will create the atmosphere that a foreign entity interfered in the election, that foreign interference created the election results, and that Trump supporters are angry and are participating in the violence. Plan on the Patriotic Front Group (actually masked feds dressed as MAGA with lots of U.S. flags and Trump attire) confronting Antifa publicly—this to attract real MAGA people to create a civil war environment. Do not participate! Like Jan. 6, 2021, it is a trap. It will not work. Military intelligence gives us their four definite actions, “Make no mistake about it: they will not concede on election night, they will contest this legally in battle ground states, they will project doubt in the election results, they will organize massive riots and attempt anarchy” (X22 Report, Ep. 3453b, Sept. 17, 2024, 1:05:11). Remember if they lose they get tried for treason, most likely in military courts as federal courts have demonstrated themselves too corrupt for confidence—there are far too many Deep State judges.
Jan. 6, 2025 Electoral College Certification. Leading Democrats have already signaled that they will not certify the election. The plan is to stop certification at all costs even violence against members of the legislative branch much worse than what they did in Jan. 6, 2021. The Washington Post had an article dealing with this possibility entitled, “Scarred by violence, lawmakers plan for possible ‘mass casualty’ event: Congress must ensure it can continue to govern in the aftermath of mass violence, a bipartisan group of House members argues,” by Amy Gardner and Jacqueline Alemany, Sept. 19, 2024. With Speaker Mike Johnson in charge and the event anticipated, the possibility is minimized. Still, Deep State Democrats will do anything to stop the certification of Trump.
Chaos and violence will dominate until participants are rounded up by the national guard troops. This is what the Deep State has planned for our near future.

The U.S. Constitution alone governs this nation—a gift from God which cannot be trumped by a government over it. Globalists hate our national sovereignty (the right to reject them), America, the Constitution, our Founders, and largely Christianity.
Article V1 of The U.S. Constitution makes world government not possible over the U.S. by defining the Constitution alone as ‘’the supreme Law of the Land”—no exceptions. Two other sources of future law can be under the same umbrella: “laws of the United States” but only when “made in Pursuance there of,” which means in harmony and authority with it, and “all Treaties made” under the Authority of the United States” which means the Constitution. Neither of these other sources could remove in part or whole the Constitution as the “supreme Law of the Land.” And, “the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution” (It can’t be twisted to imply otherwise), “or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.” Nothing could be more clear. Even if Article VI were absent, treaties require the Senate's “advice and consent,” and it is prohibited from creating a government above the Constitution.
Joe Biden wants the UN Charter, not the U.S. Constitution, to be the Supreme law of the land. On September 23, 2024 his administration voted to empower the United Nations from an international cooperative body to an international governing body (world government). There has been no one in U.S. leadership the last 32 years more committed to the New World Order (world government) then he. In 1992 he advocated a “permanent commitment of forces for use by the Security Council”—a U.N. standing army.
So emphatic on this point were the Founding Fathers that they required ALL government officials to be bound by oath to uphold the Constitution to govern and presumably they would be removed by the people if they became enemies to this document. “The Senators and Representatives …and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath, or Affirmation, to support this Constitution….” Such is every law maker’s oath promise.
The President of the United States is especially charged with defending the Constitution. “Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: ‘I do solemnly swear…that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.’” The military take a similar oath of allegiance to preserve and defend the Constitution.
As we reported last week the United Nations officially transitioned from an international cooperative body to an international governing body (world government) on September 23, 2024. Few knew with censorship blanketing our Deep State media, thus there existed little opposition to it. A few Republican congressional representatives gathered on Capitol grounds September 17, 2024 Constitution Day, the anniversary of our signing of the U.S. Constitution, to alert America of what would, and did, happen six days later (“UN Empowers Itself to World Government, No Biden Adm. Pushback,” LibertyUnderFire.org , October 2, 2024).
There has been no one in U.S. leadership the last 32 years more committed to the New World Order (world government) than Joe Biden. So committed that on April 23, 1992, then Joe Biden, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s European Affairs Subcommittee, published in the Wall Street Journal, “How I Learned to Love the New World Order.” In it he identified the UN’s one fatal flaw—no standing army to force obedience to its decrees. He advocated a “permanent commitment of forces for use by the Security Council”—a U.N. standing army adding, “Why not breathe life into the U.N. Charter?” His plans would destroy national sovereignty and establish world government over all nations, including his own America, under the United Nations. Advocacy of may not be treason, but action toward is.
Of course, a standing army could empower the UN beyond the ability of any participating state to resist, including the United States. Its failure to have a standing army and the Constitution, forbidding a government over it, are the reasons we are not already ruled by a world government. These prohibit such. Without an army it cannot enforce its will; with one it can. To advance its causes it must depend upon persuasion of a majority of nations, rather than brute force. The ability to force obedience to it was “the breath of life” Biden wanted to give it 32 years ago.
Congressman Ralph Norman, South Carolina, “called on Donald Trump to ‘draw out’ of Kamala Harris ‘whether or not she supports world government, and if she doesn't, for her to disavow what the Biden administration is doing right now to try to bring it about.’” Not likely!! Harris was in charge on Sept, 23 when the U.S. voted on UN empowerment. Harris recently told The View “there’s not a thing she would’ve done differently than Joe Biden!!” No wonder only 28% of people think we're on the right track. "Were singing from the same song sheet. "
For 80 years the United States military has largely performed that function. Both the Korean and Vietnam wars were largely UN wars. But Trump was not a Deep State managed president. He never started a war and thus would not be their muscle for world government—nor will he be when he returns to the White House, thus the primary reason he is opposed by them.
An unnamed congress woman, speaking on the Capitol grounds September 17, 2024, Constitution Day, alerting Americans to what would happen in the United Nations just six days hence, gives us hope of pushback behind the scenes. She said, “In the Senate, there are 49 senators who have signed on to a companion bill that requires the same constitutional advice and consent. We have 26 governors who have also spoken out on this, as well as attorney generals. So we're delighted on Constitution Day that this body is taking the first step to get us back to constitutional order” (House Republicans Rally Against —The UN & World Health Organization to protect American Sovereignty, live press conference, Capitol grounds, Sept. 17, 2024).
A Trump victory ensures that we cease funding the World Health Organization. This should be followed soon thereafter with as quick an exit from the United Nations as possible. It has always been an organization working against our interests. In the meantime, Congressman Ralph Norman of South Carolina, who believes we are ceding “our decision making ability to China,” suggests we refuse to comply with “whatever they come up with in terms of world government by the UN Secretary General, without the Senate's advice and consent” as required by our Constitution. Our answer is the Senate has no authority to consent to a government above our own—even if they voted unanimously for it. The U.S. Constitution alone governs this nation. Liberty requires that it remain so.

We have been expecting the United Nations to fully empower itself from an international cooperative body to an international governing body (world government) for some time. This is something the globalists have dreamed of, and constitutionalists have feared for 80 years—even before the nation’s rejection of the League of Nations after World War I. They have themselves ever pushed toward that end making name changes over time that only partially revealed their intent: internationalists, world government, the establishment, New World Order, World Order, and now globalism— even the Great Reset movement. This is nothing new. It was accomplished Sept. 22-23, 2024 with no Biden Administration, Democrat, RINO or Deep State media push-back, and no vote of the people. It’s no longer coming. World Government is here.
Most Americans bask in so much liberty that they feel no responsibility for it. Most are Constitutionally asleep. Consequently they could come under slavery almost without knowing it. In this battle today over the placement of power, the globalists are winning and the United Nations has just decreed itself the world government. Only a hand full of Republican Congress persons gathered in front of the Capitol to speak out against there doing so.
That the Biden Administration should advance the United Nations government over all nations of the earth ending the sovereignty of nations, especially our own, as preserved in our Constitution is also not new. Biden was always a prominent globalist, even publishing his loyalty to it in 1992 (“How I Learned to Love The New World Order,” by Senator Joe Biden,” June 16, 2021, LibertyUnderFire.org ). Today virtually all globalists in America are Democrats or RINOS.
World globalists have always viewed a nation’s sovereignty as their enemy and wanted the World Health Organization Treaty to give them power over nations but it was defeated. The vehicle they are using to destroy national sovereignty is the World Health Organization (WHO), the issue used is fear of a pandemic, the word used is emergency. What can’t be portrayed as a emergency? This time they took their request for more power to the UN General Assembly. On Sept. 22-23, 2024, the United Nations adopted a 66-page document called, “The Pact for the Future.” It was passed through a new procedure called the “Silence Procedure.’’ This procedure made it a pact. If no one objected enough to argue against it, it is on the record as automatically adopted. Apparently 193 countries, including the United States, expressed no objection. The problem is without defining emergency the UN gets to decide what an emergency is, which gives it unlimited power. National Sovereignty is destroyed. World government with only limitations they impose on themselves, rules.
Congressional warning of the United Nations intent to unilaterally end national sovereignty came only from Republicans. They gathered on the grounds of the Capitol hoping the national media (mostly controlled by the Deep State) would cover them. Party leaders intentionally did so on September 17, 2024, Constitution Day, the anniversary of our signing of the US Constitution in 1787 which brought freedom from excessive government to the United States and those nations modeling it. The Constitution alone governs this nation—a gift from God which cannot be trumped by a government over it. Unless resisted, and Biden/Harris did not, this is a fatal blow to freedom and the Constitution.
Some of their remarks respecting this mostly secret UN empowerment follow: Congressman Bob Good of Virginia reminded those on the grounds of the Capitol that President Trump had pulled us out of the WHO because it was working for world government which Joe Biden reinstated and today fully supports. Good quoted from a chapter in the 66 page document “Summit for the Future’s” website “called ‘On transforming global governance ascending beyond the powers being sought by a subordinate agency,’ the WHO, the UN is seeking even broader and more powerful authority,” adding “they seek to facilitate the evolution of the UN from an international cooperative body to an international governing body.” He ended, with “The American people didn't vote for this, and they don't support this.”
Congressman Ralph Norman, South Carolina “called on Donald Trump to ‘draw out’ of Kamala Harris ‘whether or not she supports world government, and if she doesn't, for her to disavow what the Biden administration is doing right now to try to bring it about.’”
Their has always been a battle over power. Globalists want everything managed from the top under them. Constitutionalists believe that the least government is the best government—never elevate to a higher level that which can be managed at a lessor level—and they insist on a constitution listing what THEY allow their government to manage. In September 2024 the UN effectively removed national sovereignty, a countries right to say no to the world government, a right protected in our U.S. Constitution.
An unnamed congressman said, “They want to cede our sovereignty over to the United Nations and in particular the World Health Organization.” He spoke of our annual assessments of $850 million to the WHO “to become enslaved to them.” We need out. Why? “Because the World Health Organization has become captured by ‘our international adversary, China.’” And, “We can't give up any more of our sovereignty.”
Congressman Ronnie Jackson of Texas voiced what all probably felt, “With regards to the United Nations, I said it before, I'll say it again. I think the best thing we can do for the United Nations is to go to New York and push the entire thing off into the East River.”
Yet another unnamed Congresswoman “they are going to approve a platform, an emergency platform that will operationalize automatically. What does it mean to operationalize automatically? It means that once they have passed it through the United Nations, they don't have to ask other countries to approve it. They will just go forward with their protocols.”
Another unnamed congressman identified likely emergencies to follow: “Pandemics, high impact events involving a biological agent, disruptions to global flows of goods, people or finance, disruptive activity in cyberspace, or disruption to global digital connectivity, major events in outer space, or black swan events.” This leads to their getting “involved pretty much whenever and wherever they want to” (House Republicans Rally Against —The UN & World Health Organization to protect American Sovereignty, live press conference on Capitol grounds, Sept. 17, 2024). Countries, as ruling governments become virtually obsolete.
Welcome to the Deep State’s New World Order, where every one eventually will be controlled. Sounds like Lucifer’s plan that made him a dark angel—an enemy to God and man.

Just when we thought our world could not get more bizarre a would be Trump assassin, Ryan Wesley Routh, admits he tried to kill Trump, apologizes to the world for failing to do so, and calls on the world, including Iran, to “finish the job”—even offers $150,000 to anyone successful in doing so. All this in a handwritten letter written MONTHS AGO, placed in a box with other miscellaneous items, and supposedly given to an unnamed acquaintance who surrendered the box to the Department of Justice AFTER Routh’s unsuccessful assassination attempt Sept. 15. The box was never opened until now when delivered to authorities on Sept.18 ( X22 Report hereafter not cited, Ep. 3457b, Sept. 23, 2024, 32:07). Bizarre indeed and makes no sense.
Alleged by the DOJ to be Ryan Wesley Routh’s confession and call to other would-be assassins world-wide to remove Trump from the planet. If authentic, is the DOJ using his message as a call to entice other would-be assassins “to finish the job?” But the Dear World letter was written months before the event. Problem is, only the DOJ/FBI can question Routh and their credibility is in series jeopardy as at the same time they are trying to lock Trump up and are part of the Deep State.
How does one know months in advance that he would have opportunity to kill Trump? “I tried my best and gave it all the gumption I could muster” then fail and need to hide a note calling on others to finish the kill? This is beyond a hoax. How do we know the Deep State players in the DOJ or FBI did not create the letter using Routh’s failed attempt to themselves signal would-be assassins world-wide that it is time to collectively remove Trump from the planet? If enough try someone will succeed. Are they that desperate? They go to jail if he is reelected.
Mr. Routh in his arraignment said he has no assets and makes only about $3,000 a year (Ep. 3453b, Sept. 17, 2024, 46:53). It would take him 50 years to gather the payoff money. Obviously someone else would pay it off—the Deep State. Former Attorney General William Barr called “the decision "rash" and serving no purpose "other than to risk inciting further violence” (“Former AG Barr 'dumbfounded' at DOJ’s decision to release letter of Trump would-be assassin,” by Brianna Herlihy and Anders Hagstorm, Fox News, Sept. 23, 2024). That is likely the very purpose. The Deep State has wanted a civil war for some time to cover their crimes on America. The Justice Department may be participating in allowing Routh, by his supposed letter, to serve as the agent calling all to the task. If authentic, at the very least they are acting as enablers by publicizing this call for violence to Trump.
For now a whistleblower has come forth —“an individual who has in fact protected President Trump at that very location” at the golf course—raising questions about Secret Service protocols used on that day. This prompted Senator Josh Hawley to address a letter to Ronald L. Rowe, Jr., Acting Director of the Secret Service, on September 18, 2024. He wrote, “The whistleblower alleges there are ‘known vulnerabilities’ in the fence line surrounding the course: places that offer a clear line of sight to the former president and others playing the course. As a result, the whistleblower alleges it has been Secret Service protocol to ‘post up’ agents at these vulnerable spots when Trump visits the course. That apparently did not happen on Sept. 15. Instead, the gunman was permitted to remain along or near the fence line for some 12 hours.
“It is further unclear from your recent press conference whether agents swept the perimeter of the golf course at any point, or whether drones were used to surveil on the fence line. The reality is that the would be assassin should never have been able to linger around the course for that long undetected.”
Senator Hawley continues, “Please answer immediately the following questions raised by these new whistleblower allegations. 1) Did Secret Service personnel ‘post up’ at known vulnerabilities in the perimeter fencing? 2) Did Secret Service personnel sweep the perimeter prior to the former presidents arrival on the site? 3)Did Secret Service use canine units or unmanned aircraft system (UAS) elements to monitor the perimeter of the golf course? How were they used? 4) If counter surveillance personnel were present at the golf course on September 15, as you stated at a recent press conference, in what manner were they deployed? Why did they not detect the gunman sooner? 5) What was the specific counter surveillance mitigation plan for the non-vulnerabilities outside the fence line that day? Sincerely, Josh Hawley(Ep. 3456b, Sept 22, 2024, 59:27). One has to ask, “Was this an inside job?” “Who is over Ronald L. Rowe, Jr.,” Alejandro Mayorkas, then Joe Biden? All need questioned.
How did the assassin know that Trump was coming back to Florida and would Sunday be playing golf—and vulnerable for assassination. Here on Saturday he is boarding a plane in Law Vegas for a trip to Utah. The window opportunity is very short. Putting Trump and Routh together at the 6th hole, the assassin had to have had timing help from someone who knew where he was at all times. That likely had to have been one of two bosses.
But the biggest question is still unanswered. Somebody leaked that Trump would be at his club that day instead of on the campaign trail. It wasn’t scheduled. Routh had “a hand written list of dates in August, September, and October 2024 and venues where the former President had appeared or was expected to be present (UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA CASE NO. 24-mj-8411-RMM UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. RYAN WESLEY ROUTH, Defendant). But on Saturday Trump boards his plane in Las Vegas for a trip to Utah. How did the assassin know that he was coming back to Florida and would Sunday be playing golf—and vulnerable for assassination (Ep. 3454b, Sept. 18, 2024, 46:33)? Trumps schedule had him in Michigan on the 17th, New York on the 18th and North Carolina on the 21st (Ep. 3452b, Sept. 16, 2024, 38:02). Trumps going to the golf course was a last minute decision not on his public schedule. Intended assassin Routh was informed—likely by Rowe and/or Mayorkas.
We also know that Routh was known to have had two criminal records in North Carolina, the first he was in possession of a “binary explosive device” and, the second “he was convicted of multiple counts of possession of stolen good” (United States of America vs Ryan Wesley Routh). It is believed “his extremism brought him to the attention of the CIA. The FBI had ‘previously closed a 2019 tip’ to the FBI that he was in felony possession of a firearm” (Ep. 3453b, Sept 17, 2024, 45:00)
