Today is day 61. I told them what to do, but they just couldn't get there. Now they have, perhaps, a second chance! (Trump Warns Iran To Make A Deal Before ‘There Is Nothing Left’, By Kassy Akiva, DailyWire.com, June 13, 2025).
It began with B-2 bombers taking off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri in two groups both in silence and in secret one flying directly West over the Pacific, the decoy, the other directly East over the Atlantic, both refueling several times midair in route and traveling over 620 mph.. Operation Midnight Hammer , with 7 stealths each manned by a crew of two, arrived at target areas in Iran 18 hours later for a 25 minute drop of 14 massive bunker busters each capable of destroying solid concrete with rebar 300 ft deep—then home again. Said to be a total success and they were never detected.
Trump was removing the Deep State Iranian government so the people themselves, who last demonstrated against the government in 100 days of protest in 2022, where “more than 500 protesters, including 69 children, have been killed,” according to the Human Rights Activists' News Agency (HRANA) (Iran protests: 'No going back' as unrest hits 100 days, by Parham Ghobadi, 26 December 2022). The clerical government is not loved by the people. Iranians now can successfully come to power choosing to be free and elect their own government, This is the very opposite of the CIA directed regime change that came about in 1979 in Iran. Trump still believes this will result and that the Iranian people support what he has done. We will see.
Israel says “it destroyed over 120 Iranian missile launchers overnight: we've achieved aerial superiority over Iran…Israel is expected to issue its first – ever ‘evacuation orders’ for buildings and neighborhoods in Iran’s capital Tehran. (“IDF says a third of Iran’s missile launchers destroyed, urges parts of Tehran to evacuate,” by Emanuel Falbian, The Times of Israel, 16 June 2025). Iran had no allies.
The Wall Street Journal was among the first to suggest that the Iranian people might want to negotiate peace, (“A Battered Iran Signals it Wants to De Escalate Hostilities with Israel and Negotiate Messages passed by Tehran through intermediaries seek a return to talks if the U. S. Stays out of the Fight,” By Summer Said, Benoit Faucon, and Angt Peled, June 16, 2025). Obviously America was very much in the fight after their takeout of the nuclear sites June 21. Iranians were likely kept in the dark as to why either Israel or American was bombing them.
With Trump’s call to“Evacuate Tehran” the Deep State U. S. media went berserk expecting Trump to initiate a nuclear attack on Tehran. But Trump said nothing about nuclear. He was likely trying to cause some kind of chaos there to force Iran back to the table to discuss peace (Ep. 3667b, June 17, 2025, 14:51). Remember all wars are also information wars long before any real fighting. He’s always said, “IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON.” Notice Trump’s disabling comments. “We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran.” Then indirectly to the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei,"We now know exactly where the supreme leader is hiding. He is an easy target, but is safe there. We are not going to take him out, at least not for now, but we don't want missiles shot at civilians, or American soldiers. Our patients is wearing thin” (Ep. 3667b, June 17, 2025, 39:13). Trump has an uncanny ability to get into the head of his opponents.
Trump maintains, “There is never any reason to put a single boot on the ground in Iran.” He executed his bombing of the nuclear facilities from inside the state of Missouri to inside the country of Iran, an 18-hour one-way flight, and back to prove this point stating, “That is how the forever wars were forever wars. They never wanted any war completed.” The Deep State used Iran and their production of weapons to fund the state funded terrorist. Thus the Deep State stayed in control. Trump allowed Israel to serve as a proxy to war until the people of Iran themselves say, enough is enough. The Deep State won't be able to use Iran anymore. (Ep. 3668b, June 18, 2025, 31:32). Trump, “We’re not looking for long-term war. I only want one thing, Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. That’s it.”
Deep State power in the Middle East must end. To this end look what Trump has already done. He removed ISIS. Hezbollah is no more. He removed Hamas, he has removed the Houthis, Iranian proxy forces in Yemen. He is removing all the state funded terrorist organizations created by the CIA in decades past in the region and is now shutting down first their funding through USAIDS. He shut down their ability to get intelligence. Now he is going to Iran, the hub of the problem in the Middle East, they create most of the supplies and weapons for the region. His actions are more likely to prevent World War III than start it!
With respect to his use of the War Powers Act in Iran, it doesn’t make it right, but everybody used it to bomb other countries: Clinton, Obama, Bush. All that is required is that one notifies Congress and you can strike a nation for 60 days and you don't need congress's approval. Countries thus bombed included: Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, and Pakistan.
Trump wants the Deep State’s unconditional surrender. The Deep State until now controls the opposition in Iran. Trump supports no regime change unless it comes from the people. There will be no CIA puppet government as elsewhere, like Ukraine. Trump is weakening the Deep State enabling the people themselves to rise and throw it off (Ep. 3669b, June 19, 2025, 2:20).
Expect a peaceful transfer of power in Iran. The Deep State is almost gone and thus far Trump has all the leverage there. The Deep State used a nuclear Iran to push fear around the world. After the destruction of the facilities they can’t do that any more. As Trump said after the destruction of the nuclear plants, “NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE!” We will see.

Governor Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass enabled the— thus far unsuccessful— Insurrection. Whether it can be used to galvanize and inspire other Antifa cells in other cities and states in the weeks and months to follow remains possible. Mexico encourages the violent insurrectionists in Los Angeles and issues threats to America. The Mexican flag became a symbol of invasion. Foreign flags were everywhere. Fox News reporter, Bill Melugin said “a massive group of 400-500 protesters have sprouted up out of nowhere with no LAPD presence to be seen. This new, random, massive group of protesters just showed up here. Hundreds, upon hundreds of them. They've taken over the street and I don't see a single LPPD officer.” The first few days of the insurrection “showed them waving Mexican flags while torching cars, attacking police and burning US. Flags.” But Melugin noticed something else highly suspicious “hundreds of people have shown up out of nowhere, and it happened multiple times last night.” The fall of LA was orchestrated.
“America is facing an insurrection incited by Democrat political leaders and organized by Soro’s / USAID backed NGO's in an effort to gain control of Congress, LA is ground zero” (Amuse, Ep. 3660b, June 8, 2025, 17:25). Soro’s gave $7,250,000 for this and other insurrections to follow in the No Kings movement. The lead funders for the LA Insurrection are Neville Singham, “a CCP activist,” and Christy Walton of Walmart (Ep. 3663b, June 11, 2025, 40:53).
The LA Insurrection began with a gigantic lie. "Donald Trump's border czar, Tom Holman revealed that the raids that sparked the violent LA riots were not for immigration purposes. the raids that took place in downtown Los Angeles on Friday we're part of a criminal investigation into a ‘money laundering’ operation. It was to service the three criminal warrants at locations based on large criminal conspiracy that ICE is investigating”— in short a cartel operation.
The outrage over ICE raids that supposedly sparked the LA riots was totally manufactured. “There were no violent federal immigration agents hauling away, peaceful immigrant families. As usual, the left’s entire violence justifying narrative is a tissue of lies. ICE was serving a series of criminal warrants on a particular business being investigated for money laundering for the drug cartels. This business is also suspected of human trafficking” (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 22:07). ICE remains involved in solving other crimes, “75% of those arrested by ICE this year have prior criminal records” (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 24:47). They more than chase illegals.
Democrat U.S. Senator John Fetterman expressed how most felt, “I unapologetically stand for free speech, peaceful demonstrations, and immigration – but this is not that. This is anarchy and true chaos. My party loses the moral high ground when we refused to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings and assaulting law officers” (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 12:16).
Who are the Insurectionists? These include: activist judges, including John Roberts, Antifa, cartels, illegals, fake news, dems, installed politicians those “going against the president that we elected” enabling mayors, governors, House and Senate enablers. This is an insurrection to enable continued occupation of California (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 16:49).
George Soro’s gave $7,260,000 to the “No Kings movement” who’s primary purpose is to remove the people’s choice for president. No one wants more to be your king, and that of the world, then Soros and no one wants it less, more than Trump. Trump asks, “If I am a king why is it so difficult for me to get anything done? Why are all the judges blocking me? Why can’t I get certain bills passed? If king I would be able to do whatever I wanted.” We might add—even end his opposition. No president has pushed for less federal regulation and fewer taxes then he. Do your own thinking America!! He gives his salary to charity.
Trump invoked long existing law 10 US Code 252, which reads: “Whenever the president considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages or, rebellion against the authority of the United States, makes it impractical to enforce the laws of the United States in any state by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into federal service, such of the militia of any state and use such of the arm forces as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.” (Ep. 3661b, June 9, 2025, 10 US Code 252.
By the third day of six of the LA Insurrection, it was obvious that optics of chaos and violence of foreign aliens burning down America were not selling well with the public. The Deep State began handing out only American flags. These, obviously just out of the box with serious fold creases, but thereafter no observable burning of American flags optics. (Ep. 3662b, June 10, 2025, 20:27). But it was Trump’s calling in 2,000 National Guard troops and 700, stand-by marines, that ended the Insurrection. The Patriots simply overwhelmed the Insurrectionists.
Trump wrote, “Our once great American city Los Angeles has been invaded and occupied by illegal aliens and criminals. Now violent, insurrectionist mobs are swarming and attacking our federal agents to try and stop our deportation operations – but their lawless riots only strengthen our resolve. I am directing Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristie Noem, Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, and Attorney General, Pam Bondi, in coordination with all other relevant departments and agencies, to take all such action necessary to deliver Los Angeles from the migrant invasion, and put an end to these migrant riots. Order will be restored, the illegals will be expelled, and Los Angeles will be set free”(Ep. 3661b, June 9, 2025, 40:15). Hence, a week and a half later things are mostly calm in the streets of LA.

The premier law enforcement organization in America is accused of withholding and disappearing evidence in their secret “prohibited access” files. This, primarily exposed through recent revelations through declassified documents and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley’s investigations showing a secretive classification within the FBI’s Sentinel record-keeping system that can disappear documents harmful to FBI interests. This means that hidden data “will not appear in search results, meaning that users of Sentinel would not know that information relevant to their search even exists.

FBI prohibited access has existed in some form at least since 2007.Then, information not to be made public “were under lock and key in secure rooms, with access only available to the FBI director.” The Deep State came to control the entire Intelligence Community (CIA, FBI, DOJ, and NSD). As they sought to engage in activities clearly not acceptable to common Americans , for example, like nation building and regime change in foreign lands, easily documented in Ukraine in 2014, they sought secrecy from exposure. As we progressed through the computer era that information had to be hidden in layers with the highest layer being restricted access but only with their permission. Senator Grassley’s Committee findings burst that bubble, there is the “prohibited assess” level for essentially only them.
The Deep State realized that some day they must destroy the US Constitution and its continuity of government to make government easily adjustable by them. They needed a place to bury the evidence so scholars would defend the narratives they left behind without its exposure, because they would never find the evidence countering. They were the real threat to democracy, not Trump, and almost succeeded in placing this on Trump permanently. “Former CIA Director, President George Herbert Walker Bush, is the modern founding father who constructed the ‘continuity of government’ system … Former President Barack H Obama is the person who weaponized it, ‘by the book’.” (“About the FBI ‘Prohibited Access’ Files, The Last Refuge, June 3, 2025). The message of the Deep State is Trump is Hitler “Therefore all operations against Trump to preserve the continuity of government were warranted.” Again, they almost succeeded with this narrative. The people awoke, rejected the narrative and reelected Trump in a landslide victory in November 2024 but their “Trump is Hitler” narrative still exists.
The above source adds, “there’s even a level of FBI information assembled that exceeds the ‘Prohibited Access’ qualification. That information is transferred to CIA vaults that are available due to the same legislative authority that empowers the CIA to operate without any oversight [other than the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI)]. The CIA is the ‘sister agency’ to the FBI” (Ibid). The same source tells us that similar secrecy mechanisms as “Prohibited Access” “reportedly exist in other agencies like the NSA, DHS, and CIA.”
Still more data surprises are coming, Kash Patel said the following, “When I first got to the Bureau, I found a room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Building, full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of… and just said [presumably to himself or others with him at the time] ‘No one is ever going to find this place.’ ‘Is this something they have been hiding for a very long time?’ We’ve just learned about ‘prohibitive access’ and now a secret room. What else have they been hiding?” Kash has told us that they are investigating Jim Comey. Patel was responding to people demanding arrests right now and used Comey as an example. He was suggesting that we might want to deepen the investigation before rushing off with arrests. We have to do this right, otherwise the corrupt judges would let him off. Remember Comey called for the assassination of Trump just three weeks ago. There may exist documents he hid. Don’t get anxious. Give them time to do it right (X22 Report, Ep. 3660b, June 8, 2025, 52:30).
James Comey, “Who Me!!!,” is left with a lot of explaining to do. These include 1) his FBI secret, potentially disappearing, “Prohibited Access” files program, 2) his secret room full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of, 3) his built in bias to promote the fake narrative of Russian Collusion suggesting General Michael Flynn was passing state secrets to Russia, and 4) his beach shell message in the sand allegedly a call to assassinate Trump three weeks ago to name a few. Indeed he might benefit the most by a Trump assassination. He was never particularly loyal to him.
Another document of great interest once classified TOP SECRET has recently surfaced. It dealt with the transition of power from Barack Obama to Donald Trump just before Obama left office. President Obama began the meeting stressing his “continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of the transition be handled …by the book.” Then amazingly and irresponsibly, President Obama “said he wants to be sure that, as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia. Director Comey affirmed that he is proceeding by the book as it relates to law-enforcement from a national security perspective. Comey said he “does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Comey replied ‘potentially.’ He added that he had no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that ‘the level of communication is unusual.’”
Obama has no business suggesting his transition team withhold evidence from Flynn or Trump. Even more irresponsible was Obama’s outgoing request of Comey “to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would.” Trump, became Comey’s new boss. (Declassified, “Obama presidential Record National Archives and Records Administration,” Jan. 20, 2017). The Deep State trapped itself. Everyone saw Biden's chronic dementia. One had to deny ones own eyes not to see it. Worse, all experienced its cover-up. His whole presidency was covering up something. But almost everyone was caught off-guard with the recent revelation that those around him also covered up his serious, even life-threatening, cancer. Still, as bad as this coverup is, other than the rigged presidential election of 2020, which LibertyUnderFire has covered in detail many times over the years, the autopen scandal is the biggest scandal in American history—-many times bigger then Watergate! Whoever used it assumed unto themselves the power of the presidency. This is worse than treason.
Most Americans now believe that the same people that overthrew the government in 2020 also ran it during the Biden years. “It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the autopen. They stole the presidency of the United States, and put us in great danger.” If so this is TREASON at the highest level. A whistleblower, alleged to be “a senior Democrat from the Biden 2020 campaign at the highest levels” identified the individuals controlling access to the president and “profiting from it.” Biden was NOT Running the Country—staff was governing —but who was/is directing them? Soros? Obama?
Biden spent 309 days – 40% of his presidency – on vacation. “Perhaps getting treatment for his cancer. His staff all knew he had cancer. There are cancer markers in routine bloodwork…They last checked his PSA in 2014” (X22 Report hereafter not cited, Ep. 3647b, May 21, 2025, 49:28). But every high level Democrat in this country was silent. When one knows differently silence is a form of deception.
The House Oversight Committee has “sent a letter to Biden's White House Dr. O'Connor demanding he comply with a request for a transcribed interview ‘to ensure your health reports were not subject to any improper influence.’” Comer’s subpoena will follow if he refuses. (Paul Sperry, Ep. 3649b, May 23, 2025, 46:27).
According to Pew Research, on January 17, 2025, the dementia challenged Joe Biden, “granted 2490 commutations [pardons], more than any prior chief executive has granted over their entire presidency.” Election Wizard, a social media critic, said it best, "There is nearly a zero chance Biden actually signed 2000 in a single day, but the autopen probably did” (Ep. 3645b, May 19, 2025, 42:49).
An unnamed whistleblower, alleged to be “a senior Democrat from the Biden 2020 campaign at the highest levels” identified the individuals controlling access to the president and “profiting from it. The gatekeepers were [Ron] Klain, Anita Dunn, and Bob Bauer, …Those three were really dominant characters in the White House.”
Ed Martin, now DOJ's pardon attorney, to whom the whistleblower confided, asked, “What about Susan Rice? What about some of these others?” And was told, “No, these were the ones.” The whistleblower also mentioned that Steve Ricchetti and even Jill Biden had peripheral involvement, but the core control, rested with that trio (PJ Media, “DOJ Official Names Top Three Suspects in Biden Autopen Scandal,” PJ Media, by Matt Margolis, May 22, 2025).
Martin compared his whistleblower’s list of three insiders [four if we count Steve Ricchetti’s peripheral involvement,] running the White House with that of former DNC insider Lindy Li’s list of six given last February, “as these are the people who ran our country for the last four years.” He found the lists the same outside two names Mike Donilon, and Jeff Zients. Four out of six strengthens the whistleblowers credibility (Ibid.).
Allegedly even Senator Elizabeth Warren, POCAHONTAS, had “the autopen and wasn't afraid to use it” (Jesse Waters, Fox News, May 27, 2025). But it should not be too hard to determine if she, or any of the others, were using it. Or, if Biden even authorized its use. Most Americans believe, and certainly the Founding Fathers intended, that only the president should sign and with his own hand, as does Donald Trump, failing this corruption is invited and now demonstrated.
Respecting the autopen pictured, most Americans believe, and certainly the Founding Fathers intended, that the president should sign government documents and new laws with his own hand, as does Donald Trump; failing this corruption is invited and under Biden demonstrated. His personal witness, by signature, that the new law is good and just for all. No signature should replace his whether by fraud or machine. His signature represents his personal attention and consent to what government is permitted to do to the people. This symbolic guard rail cannot be trivialized in a free society.
We should know soon. "Three of President Biden's top aides: deputy chief of staff, Anthony Bernal, deputy chief of staff, Annie Tomasini, and senior advisor, Ashley Williams,” have been invited “to testify about their knowledge of the autopen pardons, and who is actually running the government. If they refuse Republicans on the House Oversight Committee will issue subpoenas for the conspirators. And if they decide not to testify, they can go to jail because [Democrats] already set that precedent” when Trump was last president (Ep. 3653b, May 29, 2025, 48:57).
Trump recently came to Biden’s defense somewhat when he messaged on Truth Social, “Joe Biden was not for open borders, he never talked about open borders…. It wasn't his idea to open the border, and almost destroy our country, and cost us 100s of billions of dollars to get criminals out of our country.… It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the autopen. They stole the presidency of the United States, and put us in great danger. This is TREASON at the highest level. They did it to destroy our country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our country totally unchecked and unvented. All anyone has to do is look up his record” (Ep. 3646b, May 20, 2025, 17:57).
Trump also said, “They were illegally running the government through the autopen for 4 years.… They overthrew the government, unelected individuals were running the government—not Biden.” (Ep. 3646b, May 20, 2025, 48:43). He believes they even forged pardons. President Trump said that “he thinks unelected Biden staffers concealed his decline so that they could use the levers of power for their own personal gain.” Trump's press secretary, Karen Levitt said, "That's not just the president thinking that…. These are facts that are now finally being revealed" (Rapid Response 47, Ep. 3649b, May 23, 2025, 49:33). In any case, Americans know Biden was NOT Running the Country—staff was governing —but who was/is directing them? Soros? Obama?

The May 21, 2025, Senate Hearing entitled "The Corruption of Science and Federal Health Agencies: How Health Officials Downplayed and Hid Myocarditis and Other Adverse Events Associated with the COVID-19 Vaccine.” The Hearing was conducted under the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee led by Senator Ron Johnson. It featured a panel of medical professionals, researchers, and advocates who testified about adverse events, particularly myocarditis, linked to COVID-19 vaccines and claimed suppression of related data by federal health agencies and government. Some remarks of those testifying follow.
Once vibrant now vaccine injured, presumably from the COVID vaccine. Dr. Jordan Vaughn, testified that up to 15 million Americans may be suffering from long Covid or Covid vaccine injuries. Attorney Aaron Siri spoke to vaccine liability. “For every product on the market you can sue the manufacture claiming it could have been made safer [except] vaccines.” He explained how The 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act gave pharmaceutical companies sweeping immunity. Not just for the then deceases but for every new childhood shot added to the CDC’s schedule, with zero accountability. That schedule exploded from 3 shots to 29 in the first year of life.
Senator Ron Johnson. The danger of the COVID-19 vaccine first went out from Israel, then from our own Department of Defense. “On February 28, 2021, the Israeli ministry of health notified officials at the CDC of "large reports of myocarditis, particularly in young people, following the administration of the Pfizer vaccine.” Subsequently, “on April 12, 2021, Department of Defense, DOD, defense health agency ‘DHA’ consultant presented to various federal health officials, noting that the vaccine safety surveillance system called V–safe lacked the ability to detect reports of myocarditis and cardiac – related adverse events.” Consequently, “by the end of April 2021, just four months into the COVID-19 injection rollout, VAERS was already reporting 2,926 deaths worldwide within 30 days of injection, with 46.1% of those deaths occurring on day 0, 1, or 2 following injection.” Then “for four years, the Biden administration kept the vast majority of this information hidden from the public and Congress.”
Peter A McCullough, M.D. “Approximately 80% of Americans have taken a COVID-19 vaccine, most in 2021, and most with mRNA Pfizer and Moderna. The vaccines failed as 97% have contracted COVID-19” which declined largely due to natural immunity—not because of the jab. “Death after vaccination has been reported to the CDC by doctors who have determined the vaccine is the cause of death in nearly 20K victims, and this is likely under-reported 30-fold. I have examined hundreds of patients with vaccine myocarditis or heart damage resulting from the mRNA and Spike protein in the heart muscle. Early in 2021 the CDC and FDA delayed issuing a Health Alert Network (HAN) advisory on serious myocarditis resulting in hospitalization, impeding informed consent and risk mitigation…. When the first Moderna mRNA autopsy-proven mRNA vaccine myocarditis death was reported by Verma at Washington University in St. Louis in the New England Journal of Medicine, the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, and European Society of Cardiology should have held emergency meetings and called for a halt in mass vaccination.” They did not!!
James Thorp, M.D. Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist. “It is difficult to conceive of a more egregious breach of medical ethics by the government controlled, medical-industrial complex than the systematic promotion of COVID-19 vaccination to pregnant women…This deception was institutionalized in the now-infamous Shimabukuro study, published on April 21, 2021, in the digital version of the New England Journal of Medicine. The authors claimed a miscarriage rate of 12.6%, but the raw data revealed an 82% miscarriage rate in women vaccinated during the first trimester. This is consistent with the 81% miscarriage rate noted in the Pfizer 5.3.6 post-market data …These figures mirror the effects of chemical abortion drugs such as RU-486… the COVID-19 vaccines as the most injurious and lethal medical product ever released, reporting 42,086 adverse events (AEs)—including 1,223 deaths—within just 10 weeks.”
Dr. Thorp wrote a 98 page open letter to the The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology published publicly on January 12, 2022, “the Letter detailed alarming reports of deaths, fetal malformations, and pregnancy losses associated with the COVID-19 vaccines. It also cited numerous additional concerns and included references to 1,019 peer reviewed medical journal articles—published within 12 months of the vaccine rollout—documenting severe injuries and deaths after COVID-19 vaccinations. As of June 12, 2024, 42 months after the rollout began, that number has grown to 3,580 such studies.” He added, “pushing novel COVID-19 vaccines in pregnancy is the most significant ethical breach in the history of medicine.”
Biden era documents just declassified by Telsi Gabbard show that opponents of Covid vaccines or masks mandates were viewed as Domestic Violent Extremists or DVE’s. This designation created an articulable purpose for the FBI and other government organizations to open up assessment for vaccine mandate skepticism of individuals hoping to tie into anti-government movements—even militias. Trump people were already labeled similarly as were any who believed the 2020 presidential election fraudulent.
Dr. Aaron Siri, Spoke of having “treated over 4,000 patients suffering long COVID, vaccine injury, or both. Many were young and previously healthy.” He confirmed what others had said and added, “For those with vaccine injury, trust in public health institutions has been shattered.”
Jordan Vaughn, M.D. His specialty, microvascular disease. He is founder of the Foundation for Microvascular Research, focused on long COVID and vaccine injury. He is a practicing clinician and employer of over 200 staff with roughly 150,000 annual patient visits. He spoke of the effects emanating from the COVID vaccine, impaired oxygen delivery, damaged “blood vessels, [which] contribute to clotting pathologies that manifest as persistent symptoms of heart racing, brain fog, shortness of breath, and post-exertional malaise.”
Joel Wallskog, M.D. The most touching speaker began his testimony to the Committee, “I am Dr. Joel Wallskog, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, now medically disabled after one dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Before the pandemic, I enjoyed a successful practice in Wisconsin, performing over 800 major surgeries annually. Trusting health authorities, my practice followed COVID-19 guidelines, delaying surgeries and even temporarily closing. I proudly elected to get vaccinated and within a week, I developed leg weakness, numbness, and substantial balance loss, leading to falls.” He now heads React 19, an organization of about 36,000 vaccine injured members, whom he surveyed with the question, ‘Does the FDA take vaccine injury seriously?’ 100% said ‘false,’ not even one person voted favorably.’” He concluded, “The vaccine-injured share a uniform story: we did our duty for our country, became injured, disabled, or died.” They feel betrayed by their government, the medical establishment, and the media which still undermines, even ignores, their story.

Not long ago both major political parties agreed on the phrase illegal alien, defined as “A foreign national who is living without official authorization in a country of which they are not a citizen.” Hillary Clinton was once a strong advocate for deportation. She said in a 2008 immigration campaign speech, “I think we’ve got to have tough conditions. Tell people to come out of the shadows. If they have committed a crime, deport them. No questions asked! They are gone!! If you are here illegally you should be deported. If they've been working and are law abiding, we should say, here are the conditions for you're staying. You have to pay a stiff fine because you came here illegally. You have to pay back taxes and you have to try to learn English and you have to wait in line” (Hillary Clinton’s deleted 2008 Immigration Speech: Tough Stance on Border Security and Reform, YouTube).
At one time Hillary Clinton was more opposed to illegal immigration then Donald Trump. Her fiery speech given in favor of deportation in 2008 was almost scrubbed from the Internet but we finally found a copy. “If they have committed a crime, deport them. No questions asked! They are gone!!” She yelled to her audience. If they have been law abiding and still want to remain they need to pay “a stiff fine,” back taxes, learn English and wait in line she waved her arms with emphasis.
President Bill Clinton signed into law, “The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. He asserted that the legislation strengthened "the rule of law by cracking down on illegal immigration at the border, in the workplace, and in the criminal justice system — without punishing those living in the United States legally.” Section 133, “Acceptance of State Services to Carry Out Immigration Enforcement,” authorized the Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to enter into agreements with state and local law enforcement agencies called Memorandums of Agreement to enforce its provisions (Scholars, HOW AMERICA'S 1996 IMMIGRATION ACT SET THE STAGE FOR INCREASINGLY LOCALIZED AND TOUGH ENFORCEMENT,” January 9, 2018). Draconian next to Joe Biden’s flying in criminal illegal aliens into our cities and housing them at taxpayer expense.
All presidents of the US from Benjamin Harrison to Trump (23 presidents) have each deported thousands to millions of illegal aliens for at least 137 years with little or no judicial opposition until Donald Trump (source, Department of Homeland Security and Cato Institute). It has always been mostly a non-issue with respect to constitutional authority of the executive. As far as we can tell no injunctions were issued against the practice because of two reasons 1) Illegals have never had any due process rights because they were not citizens and, 2) the judicial branch cannot tell the executive branch how to execute the law any more than the executive branch can tell the judicial branch how to rule on a law—they are separate but co-equal branches. This, until President Trump, because the Deep State weaponized immigration to purchase potential voters with gift giving (free medical care, social security, housing, jobs, food, and even eventually citizenship). We have reported on this over the years. Illegals have become the Democrat Party’s constituents. Both Chicago and New York City Democrats learned this in 2024, their party cared more about illegals than they. Trump is destroying their plans to make aliens citizens then voters.
The nation is in constitutional crisis. We were invaded by up to 21 million foreigners, all illegals by the above definition and therefore not citizens and as such have no due process rights. Someone breaking into our home has no right once in to argue with us as to the conditions of his departure. All have broken the law by illegal entry and many of them are criminals. Unless challenged the Deep State will create a permanent Democrat majority with beholding illegals.
If we allow the judicial branch to destroy the executive branch as co equal but separate from it, we damage the Constitution, probably irreparably. Also, if courts can’t function as designed by the Constitution, their is no justice. The Black Robbed Judicial Coup d’état is real. Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested for obstructing an immigration operation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Supreme Court is led by Chief Justice John Roberts who could reign-in the district judges but has sided with activist judge—James Boasberg in particular—and is openly against Congress using its constitutional impeachment powers on judges. The Supreme Court is divided with Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, and Brett Kavanaugh holding to the Constitutional line while Sonia Sotomayor openly encourages resistance to ICE. A divided court is paralyzed.
No one is above the law made famous by Democrats applies also to activist Judges. Judge Hannah Dugan, the Milwaukee County Circuit judge who was arrested by the FBI on Friday, April 25, was charged in federal court on two charges, obstruction and concealing an illegal alien from arrest. FBI Director Kash Patel posted this picture with faces blurred on X. The Black Robed Judicial Coup d’état is real but will justice really follow?
Congress can impeach these rogue judges but has been infiltrated by Deep State legislators who have assisted and many are active in preventing the laws of the land from being enforced by ICE to remove illegals—even attacking law enforcement. Therefore the House may not be able to get impeachments through the Senate as required. Still, the Court or Congress should solve the issue.
Trump has three choices 1) Let the executive branch be nullified by the judicial branch with the resultant damage to the Constitution, which he cannot do as he is sworn in as the nation’s chief protector of the Constitution, 2) Totally ignore the 677 district judges who have no constitutional jurisdiction outside their districts, and their unconstitutional injunctions, as did President Andrew Jackson when he said “the Supreme Court has made the law, let them enforce it” or, 3) Implement Art. I, Sec. 9, Cla. 2, Writ of Habeas Corpus which he must do if the other branches do not act on their constitutionally required checks and balances to preserve the document.
Trump won’t move before the people are shown that Congress won’t / can’t impeach Deep State justices or the Supreme Court won’t bridle its district rogue judges and perhaps even Sotomayor. He has already asked the Supreme Court to save the Constitution by reigning them in. He might even wait until after the mid-terms to let the new Congress do it. When those two options are exhausted, and the people see that they are exhausted, they will support his having to implement the suspension clause of the Writ of Habeas Corpus which reads “The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.” We witnessed a four year long invasion with some small communities actually occupied by the Tren de Aragua gang and with the rise in murder, rape and serious crime— public safety was absolutely affected.
In the meantime Trump popularity and the public’s willingness to pursue deportation is growing. Democrats themselves support deportation of criminals 69%, according to Rasmussen Reports.

A few weeks ago we published, “Before 1913 No One Paid Income Taxes, Tariffs Covered Everything.” Actually we have always had tariffs as the Constitution requires “All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives…” and, “The Congress shall have Power: To lay and collect Taxes, Duties Imposts and Excises…” with duties being a synonym for tariffs (Article I, Sections 7 and 8). But 124 years later, with the ratification of the 16th Amendment in 1913, America replaced the tariff tax on countries selling their products in the United States as the primary source of revenue for the federal government with a forced income tax on its own residents. Today most paying are taxed a fourth of their income.
Canals, shown in red, were a major source of transportation in the Old Northwest 1820-1860. Two north south canals from Lake Erie traversed Ohio to the Ohio river continuing South to the Mississippi River then to the Gulf of America. The most famous of all the canals was the Erie Canal carrying goods from the Great Lakes to Buffalo, New York then 363 miles East to the Hudson River than South to New York City and the Atlantic Ocean. Commerce to and from New York City necessitated their going to skyscrapers to accommodate the traffic. Tariffs funded all this including the skyscrapers. There was no federal income tax until 1913. Americans kept all their earnings. The same was so of four transcontinental railroads that followed.
The first concern of the newly formed Republic was how it would fund itself differently than had their former British government, as an object of economic control which fed their rebellion. They passed the Tariff Act of 1789, “which levied duties on imported goods to raise revenue and protect American industries from foreign competition” (TRUMP’S TARIFFS Constitutional, or Executive Overreach?,”New American, March 24. 2025, p. 21-22). Such funded a series of canals in or through the Appalachian mountains, the most famous being the Erie Canal linking the Great Lakes with the Hudson River and the Atlantic Ocean, 363 miles long in an unprecedentedly efficient waterway. We had four transcontinental railroads, the Civil War, and the Spanish American War. We had schools, colleges, subways, an army and navy. Tariffs funded the Industrial Revolution and Americans kept all their earnings which stimulated the economy.
Many believe this still realistic if we do three things. 1) Remove the trillions in waste and fraud identified by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) led by Elon Musk. 2) Require all federal spending to stay within the constitutional list Article I, Section 8. 3) Return to the tariff as our source of federal income excepting “unavoidable wars,” as George Washington admonished in his famous Farewell Address.
It was Democrat President Franklin D. Roosevelt, however, that ushered in the fourth branch of government, the federal bureaucracy, that necessitated a gigantic federal budget. “Beginning with the New Deal, the entire complexion of the executive branch changed, as president Franklin D. Roosevelt effected an unprecedented revolution … a permanent entrenched, professional government bureaucracy to impose continuity.” He “set up a welter of new government agencies tasked with regulating every aspect of Americans’ lives, organs that could effectively legislate without the encumbrances of legislative process, and which were ‘apolitical’ – that is, unaccountable. All of this was accomplished by FDR via executive order, particularly during his fabled ‘First 100 Days,’ which featured an effusion of executive orders and proclamations without precedent, along with an enormous volume of enabling legislation passed by a supine Congress” (“President or King,” The New American, March 24, 2025, pp. 9-10).
Roosevelt created “69 new government regulatory agencies” now referred to as the alphabet soup agencies. No president changed the government and Constitution more in his first 100 days in office than he. It was indeed a bloodless revolution leaving us thereafter at the mercy of Big Government. Moreover, he put these —not under legislative branch authority but the executive—where they operated virtually “free of accountability….This sprawling regulatory regime, wholly illegitimate by any constitutional standard, has been inserted into the executive branch…[this] completely restructured the executive branch and redefined the powers of the presidency without even the formality of a constitutional amendment.” Roosevelt’s first 100 days in office established “an unprecedented executive power grab that utterly —and illicitly— transformed the entire federal government and laid the foundation of modern Big Government” (Ibid.).
Donald Trump emphasized the tariff in his first term and is presently making it ever more dominant in the economy today. With it he believes we can gradually end federal income taxes altogether—as was once the case for more than half of our history. He would also like to investigate and audit the Federal Reserve, with a view of removing it, which serves as an open-ended credit card for the Deep State allowing it to create money at will for its nefarious projects and purposes. The most visible consequence of it is inflation which destroys the value of everyones money especially retirees on fixed incomes and may prevent the young from ever owing a home of their own.
Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt virtually created the Big Government regulatory state wholly illegitimate by any constitutional standard. He created “69 new government regulatory agencies” and served four terms in office. He controlled the legislative and executive branches of government. The media and his party swooned over him. After him his own party supported a two term limitation on the office. If we ever had a dictator in office it was him. Ironically, President Trump is called by them a dictator for trying to undo his/their regulatory state. This makes Trump the only dictator in history advocating less government and taxes.
There is considerable evidence that the Deep State, then called Internationalists, abandoned the tariff for their federal income tax and the open-ended credit system of the Federal Reserve or Central Bank. These hatched the same year, 1913. Trump’s America First Policy is a return to protectionism and a rejection of the past—even present— move toward globalism.
Trump believes that “America has been taken advantage of through unfair trade practices which have weakened America’s “manufacturing, led to job losses, and made the country too dependent on foreign suppliers—particularly China.” He would like “to reduce our reliance on foreign nations for essential goods.” (TRUMP’S TARIFFS, p. 22). He believes he can do this and restore the tariff as the nation’s majority source of income as it once was, leaving the people untaxed.
Some are critical, as am I, as the Constitution gives only Congress the “Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises”—not the president. But that authority too was transferred by FDR to the Executive Branch by his signing the Reciprocal Trade Agreements Act of 1934 (Ibid., p. 23). So Trump is not violating the Constitution by initiating tariffs as used by both parties for ninety years.
But that is a small issue next to Trump’s attempt to reveal and destroy the ‘secret combination’ now commonly called the Deep State and Congress seems unable to impeach even a single rogue judge. We’ll correct Mr. Trump later. Other than Kennedy and Reagan, Trump is the only president willing to take a bullet to remove the Deep State.

In March we learned that the CIA was linked to the JFK Assassination, in April that the FBI was linked to a secret plan to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president in 2016 and when once elected, thereafter overthrow him in a Coup d'état —treason. Both from top secret files kept by each intelligence organization but released by the executive orders of President Donald Trump: the first suppressed for 62 years, the second for most of nine years (John F. Kennedy Assassination Files Revealed “A State Within a State,” March 26, 2025, LibertyUnderFire.org). The objective was successful in 2020 when they came to power fraudulently. Both events were intended to remain permanently hidden.
These pictured: Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden have the most to worry from the, long suppressed, FBI Crossfire Hurricane Documents which reveal a secret plan to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president in 2016 and when once elected, thereafter overthrow him in a Coup d'état. Each has played a major role in the present Deep State hold on America.
The newly released FBI Crossfire Hurricane documents reveal Deep State treason. FBI Director Kash Patel sent members of Congress the released nearly 700 pages of declassified records called "Crossfire Hurricane" debunking the baseless Trump-Russia saga. The release was labeled the “Crossfire Hurricane Redacted Binder.” (“FBI Director Patel sends declassified Crossfire Hurricane docs on Russiagate scandal to Congress,” By John Solomon and Jerry Dunleavy, Just the News, April 9, 2025). This was the “lost” binder the Biden FBI expected, but failed to find, in their Mar-A-Largo raid on Trump’s home August 9, 2022. These will be devastating to Dems.
There was no Trump/Russia collusion. From the beginning Trump insisted that all the Russian investigation documents be made public. “I have fully authorized the total declassification of any and all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American history, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No reductions!" Trump “tweeted in October, adding that all Russia Hoax Scandal information was declassified by me long ago” ("Trump declassifies binder of Russia investigation documents on eve of Biden inauguration,” Washington Examiner, by Jerry Dunleavy, Justice Department reporter, January 20, 2021).”
Trump had tried to “declassify the FBI’s Russiagate scandal records in the final days of his first term” but these efforts “were thwarted by his own Justice Department in January 2021.” Joe Biden was inaugurated January 20th. Christopher Wray remained as FBI Director and Merrick Garland became Attorney General. “These spent the next four years refusing to make the records public.” This, because it incriminated them. “The FBI’s investigation targeting both candidate and then-President Trump in 2016 and beyond began with ginned-up allegations of collusion between Trump and the Russian government, but Crossfire Hurricane was soon exposed as a Deep State plot by politicized intelligence and law enforcement agencies to target Trump.”
Trump’s January 2021 executive “order mentioned a binder of materials related to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation that the president said the Justice Department provided to the White House at his request on Dec. 30, 2020. “I hereby declassify the remaining materials in the binder,"' Trump wrote Jan. 19, 2021. "This is my final determination under the declassification review and I have directed the Attorney General to implement the redactions proposed in the FBI’s January 17 submission and return to the White House an appropriately redacted copy.” They did not act.
Trump’s new executive order had to be reissued once back in office more than four years later, on March 25, 2025. It was entitled “Immediate Declassification of Materials Related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation” (Donald Trump, The White House, Presidential Memorandum). In it he “referenced the prior thwarted executive order in his final full day in office during his first term. ‘I have determined that all of the materials referenced in the Presidential Memorandum of January 19, 2021 are no longer classified,’” he wrote in announcing his second order.
Trump “This [the Crossfire Hurricane Documents] will put everything in the public eye.” To the press, “You probably won’t bother because you’re not going to like what you see.” Then asks, “Is anybody going to look?” To a newsperson directly in the room, “What about you? You going to look?” Then adds, “Frankly the FBI should be ashamed of themselves and so should the Department of Justice. And so should Biden.”
The truth is Trump was spied upon. John Solomon of Just the News, Aprill 11, 2025, disclosed that one confidential human source, George Papadopoulos, received $1.2 million collectively from the FBI for over 13 years as a spy. Who paid for the spying? The FBI out of your tax dollars. Jim Ferguson is more blunt. “This wasn’t about ‘Russia.' ’This wasn't about ‘collusion.’ This was about: political espionage, character assassination, [and] taking down Trump by any means necessary… Trump's campaign [was] spied upon. And the Deep State walks away untouched. What this means: the FBI didn't investigate Trump. The FBI targeted Trump. They paid informants. They planted lies. They weaponized the intelligence community against a sitting U.S. president. The swamp isn't just real. IT'S DOCUMENTED. And now 700 pages PROVE IT. The Russia Hoax wasn't just a scam. IT WAS TREASON!! Time for the truth. Time for accountability. Time for justice” (Jim Ferguson, "The FBI's DIRTY SECRETS ARE OUT – 700 pages UNREDACTED. Just the News, April 12, 2025).

Saigon fell 50 years ago this week on April 30, 1975 when U.S. Army Huey helicopters lifted off the roof of the American embassy the last remnants of our presence in South Vietnam ending a 14-year humiliating defeat. North Vietnam, a 3rd world nation, had defeated the greatest power on earth and rubbed this humiliation in America’s face by renaming Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City after the brutal communist victor. This, in a war that respected Senator Strom Thurmond, Armed Services Committee member, insisted ,“We could have been in and out of Vietnam in 4-6 months” (Cong. Record, June 6, 1975, p. S 9905). Thirty million people were lost to communism. Why?
Communist Viet Cong troops descend on the Capitol of Saigon taking complete control of it April 30, 1975, fifty years ago this week. The evacuation of around 7,000 South Vietnamese and Americans over two days preceded this, many fleeing before the invaders. Only 2,000 found refuge on the U.S. Midway stationed offshore. America was defined as the only enemy and only 1 of 4 signatories of the disastrous Vietnam Treaty signed January 24 1973 required to leave Vietnam. Millions of Vietnamese and 58,281 Americans had died in the futile war to save them from the communist invasion and captivity. More millions died after we left. Subsequent investigations document our having left behind up to 1,205 prisoners of war. We soothed our conscience with movies like Rambo depicting what we should have done but did not.
Those who could not flee the following retribution were sent to reeducations camps for indoctrination. “As many as two million people fled Vietnam on boats. Anywhere from 200,000 to 400,000 died” as they set sail on leaky boats for any country that would pluck them out of the water (“Vietnam 50 Years Later, Americans Are Still Paying for Vietnam War,” New American, April 28, 2025, pp. 6-11). They were called the boat people.
It was not our soldiers fault. The JFK files, recently released, revealed the CIA as a "State within a state" and most responsible for the Kennedy assassination ("John F. Kennedy, Assassination Files Reveals ‘A State Within a State’, " LibertyUnderFire.org, March 26, 2025). President Kennedy learned quickly that there existed another force to reckon with besides just the legislative and judicial branches—a real shadow government known today as the Deep State, but then as the CIA and/or the Eastern Establishment.
Kennedy opposed the CIA’s Bay Of Pigs invasion of Cuba and wanted America’s withdrawal from the Vietnam War. He had argued “If the American people do not want to use American troops to remove a Communist regime 90 miles away from our coast, how can I ask them to use troops to remove a Communist regime 9,000 miles away?” In 1963 Kennedy signed the National Security Action Memorandum 263 to begin the phaseout in Vietnam which implemented plans to withdraw 1,000 US military personnel by the end of 1963. Other withdrawals would come after the 1964 election and follow. Forty-two days after Kennedy signed this document initiating a withdrawal, he was assassinated” (“Why the Deep State Assassination of John F. Kennedy?” Dec. 6, 2023, LibertyUnderFire.org . He had also promised, “I will splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the wind,” but they got to him before he got to them.
If the CIA controlled foreign policy before the assassination they controlled it after as well under Lyndon Baines Johnson and throughout the Vietnam War. A lot of money and power is gained during war, the longer the more—especially by the military industrial complex—as President Eisenhower forewarned. Instead of withdrawal, recruitment was amplified from Kennedy’s 16,000 to Johnson’s 184,000 troops.
It is ludicrous that a government would create restrictions on it's military that would virtually leave them fighting with one hand tied behind their back. And yet that is exactly what our CIA shadow government did. According to U.S. News and World Report, June 30, 1975 citing the then just released formally top secret, “Rules of Engagement for the Vietnam War” our men had to fight under horrendous conditions not imposed from the enemy but from our own State Department (Cong. Record June 6, 1975, pp. S9897-S9904. View in full “Vietnam’s Rules of Engagement,” Freemen Report, Sept. 15, 1975).

The boat people faced danger and hardship from pirates, overcrowded boats, and storms. The great majority of them were settled in developed countries, more than half in the United States and most of the remainder in France, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
What follows are some of those rules. On-ground assaults in urban areas “known to shelter enemy forces generally had to be preceded by loud-speaker warnings and leaflet drops.” Our troops could return fire “only when the enemy was positively identified and in close contact. Sniper and mortar fire were not counted as 'contact' unless 'such fire interferes with the scheme of maneuver or is inflicting casualties or damage to equipment.’” Only flat-trajectory weapons (rifles, machine guns, grenades and recoilless rifles) could be used in civilian-populated areas, which largely exposed our men, and “then only if there was a specific, identifiable target.” Obviously on the ground, U. S superiority in firepower was deliberately not exploited.
Nor was it in the air. Pilots were not allowed to fire where they thought the enemy was hidden—even when fired upon—until they were “sure the strike would be positively oriented against the source.” And in many areas there was the nightmare of getting approval at higher levels even if you spotted the enemy or you were taking ground fire. The chain of command often went through the “province chief, district chief, sector commander and a battalion or higher command” which by the time this was completed, the enemy had disappeared. Enemy airfields were off limits if a “plane with a third nation's markings was present.” Dams, locks, dikes and targets within 11 1/2 miles of the enemy's major cities were “banned without prior approval of the Joint Chiefs of Staff” (Ibid.). Good luck on that one.
Perhaps the most detrimental rule imposed on our men dealt with where the blame would lie for mistakes. “The final decision on engagement will be at the discretion of the senior tactical commander present.” Present meant in the field and made commanders there very cautious because it “removed responsibility from the top leadership if anything went wrong…” These rules actually aided the enemy, and it is because of them that this 14-year-long-war lasted so long —from our first sending ‘advisors' under President John F. Kennedy to the evacuation of Saigon ending the war under President Gerald Ford.

As a nation under the U.S. Constitution we are 236 years old. The first 124 of these years we had no federal income tax and handled our national expenses quite well, most of those years without a national debt. Today most are assessed a fifth to a fourth of their gross income. Prior to 1913 we kept what is now taken from us. We first advocated a return to this system on Dec. 13 2013,“Blows to Liberty 100 Years Ago Still Impact You” (LibertyUnderFire.org).
The then existing Deep State, then called Internationalist, prompted this. They wanted this financial “water faucet” that they could turn on at will. They could purchase anything—even people. They created a private corporation, the Federal Reserve, and pushed for the 16th Amendment to the Constitution which now funded the government from the taxpayer, an internal source, rather than by tariffs from other countries, an external source.
What would you spend it on were it not taken from you? Normally not on the basics such as food, housing, and utilities as they likely are covered in what you are allowed to retain. You would spend the extra fourth of your salary on hundreds of items that are made by others as well as services you might like. This not only would enrich your life but it would provide jobs for others making those items or providing those services.
Would you spend it more wisely than the federal government? Likely! Most of the money taken from you by the federal government is spent on perpetual war, foreign aid, grants to privileged portions of our society, and endless unconstitutional subsidized programs; the last two of which basically take the money of those who produce and redistribute it to those who do not. Even some non-tax payers get income tax refunds as we have reported—so corrupt is the system.
Of course, those receiving and benefiting from these programs will defend them. But the fact remains that tax monies provide largely government jobs, which are almost entirely consumption jobs (jobs that consume the production of society but produce little consumable). Such jobs cannot produce for public consumption a potato, a carton of milk, or even a can of hair spray. They bring another person to the table to eat, but not another to produce something to eat.
What largely brought about the vast give-away programs of the Twentieth Century was the now 112-year-old 16th Amendment—the federal income tax. All three 1912 presidential candidates Teddy Roosevelt, William Howard Taft and Woodrow Wilson, their respective parties, and the then existing Deep State, then called Internationalist, did this to us. They wanted this financial “water faucet” that they could turn on at will. They could purchase anything—even people.
Prior to 1913 the federal government remained mostly faithful to her grants of power in Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, which left them with only four powers: 1) to tax, 2) pay the debts, 3) provide for the general welfare and 4) provide for the common defense. Because the federal government has the inclination to grow their authority the last two power grants, general welfare and common defense, each had eight qualifiers to harness them more fully. Outside these qualifiers the federal government had no power to tax or spend—still doesn’t.
General welfare then meant everyone equally (general) as opposed to “specific welfare” or “privileged welfare” as it is today, targeting those to forfeit and those to receive monies. The Constitution did not deny states, counties, or cities from having such programs, only the federal government. But politicians soon learned that the more they promised to the people, from the money of others, the easier it was to get elected and stay elected.
The problem with the federal government going off the list and funding things clearly not on it was that each time they did so the stronger the inclination to do so again. One minor departure begets another until one notices that what the federal government does has little or no relationship to the list in the Constitution. I ask my students what would happen if they took one lollypop to kindergarten and gave it to one child? What would the others say? Where is mine? Try taking away long provided benefits from a privileged welfare group, as for example food stamps, and see how popular you are with that voting group in the next election.
So why does the government now need a fourth of everything you make and it is still not enough? Answer, because we went off the listed powers of the Constitution and every departure required more taxpayer funding. The solution to less tax is less government. A side benefit is more freedom. The productive classes would not be hurt as might be supposed. Seldom do they qualify for the federally subsidized programs anyway. The fourth taken from the productive classes would be spent by them creating a plethora of jobs for those who wished to work and give them no excuse not to. The cycle of dependency would be drastically reduced. The federal government would no longer be an enabler to those not working. States would decide for themselves what assistance programs they could afford and generate with some states offering more and others less as the Tenth Amendment mandates.
One side benefit of tariffs is that it stimulates domestic production and industries giving them an advantage.
I have a friend who freely admits that he became a Democrat as a young man because they offered more. His departure from the Constitution began with that choice. The Democrat Party since Franklin Delano Roosevelt has always offered more freebies, confiscated from the “haves” and redistributed to the “have nots” to paraphrase Karl Marx and his socialist ideology.
So, how did we cover the expenses of the federal government—even wars—our first 124 years? Products coming into the country were assessed a fee to market in the U.S. called a tariff. We got product producers in other countries to cover our national expenses and thus we were able to spend on ourselves every cent of what the federal government now takes, which inadvertently stimulated the economy. No one should be able to argue that our present approximately $36 trillion national debt (up from $20 trillion just 8 years ago) is fair, has really worked for any of us, and is a better plan. It also enslaves our posterity who is required to pay it back amplified with interest charges, enabling us to bask in the sunshine of fake prosperity. Imagine what you could purchase annually with the money confiscated from you in federal taxes.
To protect prosperity and the Constitution for all, three things must happen. 1) We must identify and remove all waste and fraud in the present government identified by DOGE with ALL excess money from cancelled contracts to immediately be returned to liquidate the national debt. 2) We must remove the 16th Amendment and restore the tariff as our source of financing the federal government as it was our first 124 years. 3) We must return to Article I, Section 8 and the listed powers of government with ALL expenditures specifically tied to one of those powers. Yes this will hurt for a time, all surgeries do, otherwise we eventually self destruct as a free people.
