Democrats used to tell the truth about unlawful immigration. Consider the following: Chuck Schumer in 2009, “Americans don’t like illegal immigration – ‘illegal immigration is wrong.’ – People illegally in the United States are illegal aliens, not ‘undocumented.’ – Border fence made the southern border ‘far more secure’… [It] created a significant barrier to illegal immigration” (X22 Reports, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3245b, Dec. 28, 2023, 20:40).
The path to citizenship has many stops. The first requires a map to the USA with all the substations to sleep and eat provided by those who want illegals here. Once within the United States, one partakes of the freebies allowed: food stamps, housing, education, Health care benefits and etc., then they are helped with a job. They become beholding to Biden who let them into the country. How caring and good these people are compared to Republicans so they register in their new country as Democrat. Next citizenship follows and sometime before November 2024 they vote Democrat. It’s really quiet simple, if Americans won’t vote Democrat then they will be replaced by illegals who will.
Joe Biden. “No great nation can be in a position where they can’t control their borders. It matters how you can control your borders, not just for immigration but it matters for drugs, terror and a whole range of things.” Barack Obama. “We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States, undetected, undocumented, unchecked, and circumventing the line of people who are waiting, patiently, diligently, and lawfully to become immigrants in this country.”
Bill Clinton. “All Americans, not only in the United States most heavily affected, but in every place in this country are rightly disturbed by the large number of illegal aliens entering our country. The job they hold could otherwise be held by citizens who are legal immigrants. The public service they use imposes burdens on our taxpayers, that is why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our border by hiring a record number of new bodyguards, by deporting twice as many criminal aliens, as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring and by barring welfare benefits to illegals aliens” (Ep 3272b, Jan. 31, 2024, 26:08).
The path to citizenship has many stops all created by and benefiting Democrats.
The collapsed border protection is 100% Biden and Democratic Party driven. With the Trump Wall mostly finished Biden inherited the most secure border in American history—all he had to do was finish it. Instead, day one, he did the following: 1) immediately defunded the wall, 2) withdrew the emergency declaration regarding it, 3) paused the deportation of illegal aliens, and 4) terminated “remain in Mexico policy,” these encouraged the invasion flood (Ep. 3269b, Jan. 28, 2024. 21:00). Over the next 100 days he initiated “94 executive actions” to open it entirely” (Ep 3273b, February 1, 2024, 18:16). And, he has consistently undermined it since. To end the invasion he created, all he has to do is reverse these, which can be done very quickly.
Democrats are growing in their opposition to illegal immigration—illegals take their jobs. Rasmussen Reports asked these questions. “On the question of illegal immigration, is the government doing too much or too little to reduce illegal border crossings and visitor overstays?” Too little—Dem: 41%, Independent: 61%, GOP: 82%, all voters 61%. “Do you support or oppose making border security part of the negotiations for the recent September 2023 spending bill?” Support—Dem: 50%, Independent: 61%, GOP: 80%, all voters 63%. “Do you approve or disapprove of the (October 2023 Biden Administration) decision to allow more border wall construction?” Approve – Dem: 62%, Independent: 74%, GOP: 86%, all voters 73%.” Democrats now want the wall. Democrat leadership do not and, on this issue do not care if their party disagrees with them (Ep. 3245b, Dec. 28, 2023, 21:54). Rasmussen Reports, “Nearly two-thirds see ‘invasion at the US Mexico border.’ Majority of Democrats say it is accurate to describe the current situation at the US – Mexico border as an invasion, 55% of them, and only 43% disagree (only 23% strongly) (Ep. 3252b, Jan. 8, 2024, 25:00).
If nearly two-thirds of perspective voters see our southern border being invaded, including 55% of Democrats, how can the Biden Administration, being 100% responsible for it, even against its own political party, escape the charge of treason? They can’t, and increasingly honest Democrats are accepting this reality.
Immensely disturbing is illegals are increasingly single, military-aged men. Karie Lake observes, “When a man flees war, he takes his family with him. When a man heads to war, he leaves his family behind, There is not one single woman or child in this video captured in Lucille, AZ.” These migrants are not seeking asylum. They are being brought in for a reason – chaos. There are “only minimum health screenings, just a quick visual medical exam, probably not even a TB test. The criminal background screenings are even more limited.” Most lose their ID “once they cross the border…then your tax dollars are used to fly and bus them everywhere,” a retired ICE director disclosed (Ep. 3239b, Dec. 19, 2023, 15: 27).
Another disturbing reality is that Democrats are “putting illegals ahead of the people of this country (“NY Eyes Rule Changes to Hire Thousands Amid, Migrant Crises,” by Zach Williams, and Laura Nahnias, Bloomberg, January 29, 2024). Illegals are allowed to move freely around the country, no ID, no checks, nothing, at our airports. “I’m in the pre-– TSA line, where migrants don’t have to have an ID to get through security and it’s their choice whether they want their picture taken. There is a plan to destroy America.” (Ep 3272b, Jan. 31, 2024, 20:38).
Why? Illegals will be the favorite way of cheating in 2024. Last October, “More than half of voters consider it likely that next year’s election could be decided by illegal immigrants voting” (Rasmussen Reports. Ep. 3177b, Oct. 2nd, 2023, 51:28). Congresswoman AOC said the quiet part out loud. “Let everyone in, and make them citizens immediately” (Ep. 3252b, Jan. 8, 2024, 16:24). So did Barack Obama many times when president. “We need a civilian force as powerful as the military” (Ep 3273b, February 1, 2024, 22:50). Are single, military aged men flooding in—that force? Some fear that the illegals that invaded this country will attack this country.
Who tells the truth now? It’s not those who once did. It’s Trump! “The illegal aliens that are pouring into our country are taking over our cities and attacking our police. They are forming gangs, and they are tough. Close the border, you do not need a ridiculous border bill that will allow 5000 people into our country a day. Call it the ‘Stupid Bill,’ and make sure it does not pass” (Ep 3272b, Jan. 31, 2024, 28:29).

Joe Biden is expected to bring in at least 15 million unlawful aliens before his term ends. The Biden illegal alien avalanche invasion, starting as a million a month, has accelerated doubling that, to “about 2 million people—from every country on earth—are entering through the US Southern border every year.” It’s killing the economy! In one day more than 8,000 migrants were apprehended at US border (“Biden’s Hope to make Caucasians a Permanent Minority in the United States,” LibertyUnderFire.org, Sept. 2023). Let’s restructure the Democrat Party from these beholding invaders lined up for food stamps, housing, social security, and soon medical benefits—endless “free” taxpayer-funded services—and become the permanent political party.
Illegal immigration is costing major cities billions potentially bankrupting them. Endless free taxpayer-funded services and jobs are going to illegals instead of to largely Democrat residents turning them from their own party. Ironically Trump’s Wall cost $15.8 billion in steel, mortar and labor costs–with supplies to finish it. Biden’s unlawful resettlement has cost over $20 billion and it hasn’t paid for a single brick or steel rod to end the problem.
Overwhelmed southern border states forced to forward the hordes to northern cities and states who are now also overwhelmed, reached the breaking point. The Democrat solution to the problem is more of the same under their Schumer-Lankford Border Deal limiting the illegals coming in to 5,000 per day but with work permits and legal status, preparatory for voting in 2024. All this on a border that was just three years ago more secure under the Trump Administration, largely by his building a wall, than at any time in our history.
In self defense Texas governor Greg Abbott finally invoked Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution authorizing his state militia (National Guard) to seize “control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, (city property where mass illegal crossings are), and is restricting the Border Patrol from accessing the area, saying the feds ‘perpetuate illegal crossings,’ the State has taken control over this area. Texas has deployed armed soldiers and vehicles to block the federal government from accessing the river ‘in Eagle Pass.’” (X22 Reports, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3256b, Jan. 12, 2024, 16:03).
The constitutional provision Abbott cited reads . “No State shall…[a list of activities reserved to the federal government follows] unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of Delay.” THESE EXTREME NUMBERS ARE AN INVASION. Texas also could have cited Article 4, Section 4, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.”
Biden is violating this clause in two places. First, “a Republican Form of Government” necessitates a Republic. Biden intentionally placed people illegally in the country, who in gratitude are likely to vote for his party because he let them in, even giving them a free ride to a starting place. Doing so gives his party the edge in elections which damages the required “Republican Form of Government.” Second, obviously Biden is not protecting each state “against Invasion,” but, instead, leading the invasion he is supposed to be protecting the states from. More so when he is using the military to assist the invaders in transporting inland.
And Biden violated the Constitution in two other places as well. In his oath of office He “promises to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the Unites States” (Article II, Section 1, Clause 8.), that means upholding it on immigration law. And in Article II, Section 3, the president promises to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,…”—that means existing immigration law. Also, only Congress and governors, (not the President), can call “for the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union suppress Insurrections and repel invasions;” which Biden is violating by attempting to control state militias, now thought to be national guards, (Article I, Section 8, Clause 15). Consequently, 25 states have joined Texas in her efforts to close her border, many committing their national guards as well.
On unlawful immigration alone Biden and his Party are violating several key parts of the Constitution. But the Constitution does allow the state to have its own militia, now called the National Guard, to secure their own borders when the federal government refuses to do so, as Texas is now doing and 25 state governors are supporting.
Current immigration law is Title 8 U.S Code 1324, and has no sympathizing for Americans breaking it. Accomplices are “defined as anyone knowingly encouraging, assisting, transporting, concealing, harboring, or shielding from detection an illegal immigrant.” Anyone who “engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,” is punishable for up to 10 years for each person assisted or activity. How many years would Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and others encouraging or assisting the caravans of thousands coming up and into the United States get under just law—many life-times?
But what is a state’s recourse when its chief executor, Joe Biden and the Democrats Party openly defy established immigration law, engage in human trafficking of illegals into the interior, and refuse the primary duties of his office to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and “To take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…?” We answered that in, “If the Executive Branch Refuses to Protect America, the States Must,” (LibertyUnderFire.org, Oct. 2021). A state with Biden opposition cannot order federal agencies to protect it from an invasion, but it can use the state militia without his authority, which is what Texas is doing. The militia is not the army. It is the people, the citizens, and existed in the 2nd Continental Congress, even before the Constitution. The militia was defined as every able bodied male 17 years of age and older.
Optics are wonderful. The border is the #1 issue for most Americans in the 2024 election. Half the states are standing against this Deep State tyranny. “The only time Joe Biden takes action on the invasion is to block states from stepping in” (Ep. 3265b, January 23, 2024, 19:59). America sees this. If Biden fights Texas, he loses. If Biden stops the invasion, it shows that he could have done so earlier. “The federal government is on the verge of outright war with Texas +25 governors, in order to open up the border for invaders.” Their attempt to change the population vote through illegal immigration is election interference and undermines the vote of every citizen. The enemies of this Republic want foreigners to choose our next president rather than “We the People” as the Constitution mandates. In this Democrats are destroying themselves.

The words presidential immunity are not in the Constitution. What is in Article II is the required presidential oath to “faithfully execute the Office of President” and “to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.” This with, “he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” make the president the custodian of the Constitution. Section 4, of the same Article identifies the major intolerable threats to the executive branch as “Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes,” but requires removal “from Office on Impeachment for and conviction of.” Only the Senate could do the conviction part and it voted to acquit President Trump. A person tried twice for the same crime, which Democrats are now doing to Trump, is forbidden by Amendment 5. Have these crimes become so prevalent that presidential immunity should not protect them? Yes!
Nothing is more powerful than confession!! We can not allow Biden’s potential use of presidential immunity to hide this or his classified documents crimes as a U.S. Senator or Vice president, nor his crimes of the last three years as president.
For 234 years, from the dawn of this Republic until now, no current or former president has ever been criminally prosecuted for official acts committed while serving. Trial (impeachment) and Senate conviction was seen as sufficient for any bad actors. This was unbroken tradition through 44 presidents—but none of these were accused of treason or bribery which now can be hidden behind presidential immunity.
Separation of powers is a major tenet of the Constitution with none of the three branches of government, executive, judicial or legislative having controlling power over the other two. Presidential immunity “flows directly from the exclusive, vesting clause of Article II. In 1803 Chief Justice John Marshall endorsed it, writing in Marbury v Madison that a president’s official acts “can never be examinable by the courts.” President Trump’s public statements and tweets about alleged fraud and irregularity in the federal election fall within the outer perimeter of presidential duty, to which, communicating with the public on matters of election concern is absolutely central” (X22 Reports, not cited hereafter, Ep. 3243b, Dec. 26, 2023, 39:47).
With respect to the attempt to influence the election, Trump says: “Remember, I was not campaigning – the 2020 election was LONG OVER. What I was doing, is bringing to light the fact that the election was without question Rigged and Stolen. As president and Commander-in- Chief, it was my duty to do so! If I did not do this, I would have been in violation of my oath of office, and take Care Clause, which requires the president to ‘take care that the laws be faithfully executed.’ Therefore I am entitled to total immunity, because that is exactly what I was doing— Taking Care of our country, and guarding it from Rigged and Stolen Elections (EP. 3248B, January 2, 2024, 54:21). He was the president January 6, why would he revolt against himself?
Did Joe Biden admit that he cheated in the Presidential Election of 2020? Some think he did in the following five video taped statements filmed in various settings and times throughout the campaign. 1) “We have put together the most extensive and inclusive, voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” 2)“Folks we’ve got a lot of work to do. I don’t need you to get me elected. I need you once I am elected.” 3) “It’s no longer just who gets to vote or making it easier for eligible people to vote. It’s about who gets to count the vote or whether your vote counts at all.” 4) “It’s about who gets to count the votes and whether they should count at all.” 5) “It’s about who gets to count the vote, count the vote, count the vote. It’s about election diversion not just whether or not people get to vote. Who counts the votes.” Deep State media outlets censored the above (Assembled by Kanekoathegreat, Ep. 3248B, January 2, 2024,. 57:00). Biden is absolutely right whether these are counted by locals behind walls or in China electronically, the 2020 election was determined by who counted the votes (Ibid. 57:00).
So if presidential immunity allows the judicial branch to go after the executive branch (Trump) can he in turn, once back in office, use it on Biden, even Barack Obama, and others who actually committed treason by overthrowing the government? These wanted his taxes believing that there had to be a hidden crime in them, but found nothing. But it legitimized the Congress Oversight Committee in getting Biden’s also. How do you think we found out about Biden’s 20-plus shell companies and his receiving millions from China, Russia and Ukraine in selling influence and state secrets? This, once the Supreme Court ruled that they could have Trump’s taxes.
After more than three years of time, there is no forensic audit or study document that proves Biden won the presidential election of 2020 but there are dozens that prove that Trump won.
Trump tells Biden if I don’t get immunity neither do you. “You don’t indict your political opponent because he opposes the corrupt election which you know was corrupt. Everybody knows it was corrupt. The American people knows it was corrupt. You do not indict your political opponent.” (Ep. 3254b, January 9, 2024, 53:34). In 3 years and 3 months there has been no evidence produced that Biden won 2020 other than the cheating of that one night and before. All new evidence since, dozens of other studies and reports, documents Trump won.
The Deep State is now going after presidential immunity to get Trump. Once removed and exonerated, Trump can go after previous presidents, more fully exposing the Deep State. Trump has done nothing illegal. Removing presidential immunity is the best way to reveal the crimes of the Deep State actors more fully. In addition to overthrowing the government, Biden could be prosecuted for many actual crimes, “including illegally receiving massive amounts of money from foreign countries, including China, Ukraine, and Russia, paying off Ukraine to fire an unfriendly prosecutor, allowing millions of people to illegally enter and destroy our country, surrendering in Afghanistan, with hundreds dead, many Americans left behind, and handing over millions of dollars worth of the best military equipment anywhere on earth, the dissemination of American wealth through the green, New Scam [Deal]…” (EP. 3248B, January 2, 2024, 48:08).
Maybe if presidential immunity were removed it would end the endless Deep State wars (the industrial military complex) that President Eisenhower warned about. Perhaps fearing future lawsuits because of secret combinations for wealth and power would serve as the deterrent.

LibertyUnderFire does not have a Urim and Thummim nor a crystal ball, but over the many years we claim high accuracy in what we have published. Our accuracy is many times that of any Deep State news outlet. Still, prediction is risky, as for example an expected unsuccessful assassination attempt on President Donald Trump or a family member would not affect much nationally, while a successful one would change any prediction we now make. The Deep State reveal is happening and they know most Americans now see it, resulting in their eventual indictments.
They are here to gain the ballot before the 2024 election replacing the extremely heavy drain of Democrats leaving their party. It’s known as the Replacement Theory. Virtually all illegal immigrants begin as Democrats as they are beholding to that party because it let them in. Democrats see illegal immigration as the way to have the most powerful permanent political party.
This is what we see for the new year, not necessarily in order: The illegal invasion will continue in mass until an event by illegals on American soil necessitates shutting it down. Most invaders now are single military-aged men not bringing wives and children. Under the Replacement Theory, which according to Rasmussen Reports 57% of voters believe to be true, they are here for two reasons: to gain the ballot hopefully before the 2024 election replacing the extremely heavy drain of Democrats leaving their party, and chaos when they can’t cheat enough to do this.
The Deep State will continue the same cheating techniques as worked in 2020 (illegals voting, dead voting, dirty voter rolls, ballot flood and etc.) but, instead of COVID-19 to implement drop box voting, new viruses beginning with Disease X. These combined with government use of private corporations and social media to censor opposition speech or press, as before. Add the new methods of cheating for 2024: AI censorship of opposing speech or press, use of a distorted interpretation of Amendment 14, and frivolous indictments to remove Donald Trump from the ballot. They have flooded the nation with illegal “replacement” voters as described. Virtually all illegal immigrants begin as Democrats. Have hope, all cheating will fail to be enough.
Joe Biden is the most unpopular president in American history. Minorities, young voters, even liberal Jews, and moderate Democrats are moving from him. Democrats did not win 2020 without enormous cheating and cannot under Biden cheat enough to win in 2024. They know this! Look for Biden to not run in 2024, whether persuaded by Barack Obama or “shoved out” from doing so by the 25th Amendment. Republicans will not impeach him. Why? Because he is the best opponent they could ever have. Why destroy an enemy already destroying himself?
Expect Democrats to choose a “new batter” to save their party, not Kamala Harris as she is as unpopular as Biden. If the 25th Amendment has to be used to stop the exposure of Deep State corruption leading past Biden to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, she could only serve as a replacement for the rest of Biden’s term. Nothing will happen before March 5 Super Tuesday. Look for Michelle Obama to become more visible thereafter and run instead of Biden.
We expect her campaign to highlight the Deep State corruption of the Obama eight years that the media successfully camouflaged. As Trump’s popularity accelerates they will begin the narrative that Democracy is not always good —especially in his case. We may have to postpone the election. When the Deep State realizes that none of this will work and Trump is not defeat-able, even with Michelle, and that they cannot cheat enough, they will push this narrative.
Cyber attacks will happen in 2024, even the World Economic Forum, has predicted this. We can see one damaging the election infrastructure shortly before Nov. 5, 2024, the day of the election. When this happens the military, because this effects national security, can intervene to guard the elections as they did after the Civil War. The message from the Deep State presses will be that we need to cancel or postpone the election. We understand the Patriots have countered this by having poll-books and watermarked ballots [to prevent foreign intervention] in place for a paper-only election, absent electronic voter altering technology altogether—the old fashioned way.
If Trump is able to get 70% plus of the 2024 presidential election vote and through military tribunals rid the world of America’s secret government (the Deep State), he would compete only with George Washington as the most popular and effective president in American history. He has overcome greater odds in coming to and staying in power than any president—perhaps all put together.
In a fair and free election, without foreign or electronic cheating, Trump wins the biggest land slide in American history, probably 70%, maybe much higher. It has to be high enough to remove all doubt of the win, and to justify the need for military tribunals for justice to follow, with punishment severer enough to ensure that another attempt to overthrow the government or an election will never happen again for many generations. Why not regular courts? They are corrupted as we have seen in the four indictments now being processed against Trump and the two-tiered justice system that presently exists against Patriots. Treason with foreign assistance necessitates the military justice system. Look for this in 2025/2026. It was a hostile takeover!
Still, some Democrats and RINOs will refuse to accept the election—many of them will be punished for treason when all is revealed. Riots ensue nation-wide especially in big cities in blue states. George Soros’ paid provocateurs, Antifa and BLM together with some foreign illegal immigrants the Muslim Brotherhood and CCP provocateurs, who know they will be deported, will go to the streets as mostly native provocateurs did in 2020 burning, looting, destroying, even murdering, likely targeting the middle class which is mostly Trump supporters. Some provoking civil war will have “the privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus” suspended temporarily because their cases involve rebellion or invasion and “public safety requires it.” The response shall be sure and swift. National Guard units called to quail the riots, will round these up, unlike 2020.
Those guilty of treason at higher levels will do everything in their power, even more so than now, to create World War III with Russia. Although extremely frightening this will not work either. Vladimir Putin, also a Deep State enemy, will assist in removing this force from the globe. Why does either civil war or world war benefit the Deep State? All their crimes are forgotten in the horrors that come from either. Neither will happen!! Guantanamo Bay will be their new residence. Our view of the year is mostly optimistic but very scary and bumpy. Buckle up with the Constitution, individual preparation and prayer. We will survive as a free people.

That stories are breaking through the Deep State “censorship complex” show that patriots are winning—and winning big. 2. The FBI “Orchestrated it. A review of the Election Fraud Protest of January 6, 2021, in which hundreds were arrested and 34 are still held without trial two years later in what inmates call the DC Gulag, must start with Ray Epps an FBI agent. He texted his nephew, “I WAS IN THE FRONT WITH A FEW OTHERS. I ALSO ORCHESTRATED IT.” In fact, videos of him encouraging the crowd to riot exist. LibertyUnderFire.com covered his orchestrating it with five other key placed accomplices—none arrested. When Senator Ted Cruz asked a Justice Department spokeswoman if Epps was a confidential human source working for the FBI she said, “I can’t answer that question” (J6, FBI “Orchestrated it,” Big Tech Censored Half of it, Committee Sealed it, Jan. 13, 2023).

Every American has to be asking. “Outside humanitarian concerns, why do we care about Ukraine?” Biden provides little or no money to stop the invasion on our southern border but provides Abram tanks and risks World War III with Russia to protect Ukraine’s. Citizens do not care, but the Deep State does. WHY??? It is the Deep States’ border. Ukraine is THEIR COUNTRY since 2014 and Volodymyr Zelensky coming into power in 2019, their puppet. Their playground where they have only their rules limiting them and no Constitution to stop gain-of-function research, money laundering and etc. as in America. According to Conservative Treehouse in a recent breakthrough article titled “The Parliamentary Motive Behind the J6 Fedsurrection,” March 12, 2023, Nancy Pelosi played the dominant role in stopping the January 6, 2021 Electoral College count. The federal government had motive in creating the J6 crisis which permitted her “to trigger an emergency session and avoid the 2020 election certification challenges,” thus seating Joe Biden without thorough constitutional review (How Pelosi Stopped the Jan. 6, Electoral College Count and Installed Biden, March 24, 2023).

The Mother of All Bombs (MOAB) was dropped on the Biden’s and the nation May 9, and 10, 2023, that if true, or even partially true, should have resulted in the immediate resignation of Joe Biden as president. It came from three places of the world: Ukraine, China and Romania. On May 9, the Ukrainian prosecutor, that Joe Biden personally picked, thought Joe Biden “corrupt enough that he wanted to come to the US Attorney and prove that. Biden’s own guy turned him in.” As a result of this whistleblower and other evidence, James Comer and his Senate counterpart Chuck Grassley released a joint statement “claiming the FBI has proof showing then—Vice President Joe Biden committed bribery in exchange for policy decision with a foreign national.” Treason!! Comer reported, “Based on the financial records we have obtained via bank subpoenas, we can now confidently trace at least $10 million in total from foreign nationals’ and their related companies going to the Biden family, their business associates and their companies.” It was virtually ignored by Deep State media outlets: Washington Post, New York Times, Politico, CNN, MSNBC, ABC and CBS (House Finds Biden used over 20 Shell Companies to Hide Money from China, May 12, 2023).

6. The effects of the movie “Sound of Freedom” are that child trafficking is now one of the hottest stories in America—it no longer can be hidden. The vast number who viewed it was large enough to break the sound barrier. As evidence the New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Hollywood Reporter declined to cover it but still box office sales reached 18.2 million surpassing “Indiana Jones.” Hiding such evil is unconscionable but worse, who supports a society selling its children to satisfy adult perverse sexual appetites? Let us name a few: Disneyland, Hollywood, Deep State news outlets, most social media outlets, and finally, even the Biden Administration. Opposition to the film “Sound of Freedom” by these is obvious and universal but where is the opposition to the hideous practice of pedophilia it documented. By their actions they still mostly defend the practice (Movie Broke Sound Barrier on Pedophilia so WHO is Selling God’s Children?, July 21, 2023).

“According to the U.S. Border Patrol, from January through September, [of 2023] more than 24,000 Chinese migrants crossed the border without authorization, about 13 times the number recorded during the same period last year” (Chinese Migration Up at Border as US Marks Anniversary of Repeal of Exclusion Act, By Aline Barros, VOA News, December 25, 2023). And that number was amplified October, November and-December. The vast number of those from China are military-aged men without accompaniment of wives or children.
In the ten years previous to this avalanche “fewer than 15,000 Chinese migrants were caught crossing the border.” In April 2023 alone, some “3,195 came across our southern border which is a 20-fold increase over last April, when agents caught just 146” Chinese illegals, and these are those identified by border patrol agents (“Growing Numbers of Chinese Migrants Cross U.S. Southern Border, NYTimes, Nov. 24, 2023).
Muckraker has obtained footage from Davien Gap, Panama of hundreds of military-aged Chinese males heading to the United States illegally. Between January and September of 2023 some 24,000 entered the country. Notice they hide their faces when they know someone is photographing them. Notice also the absence of women and children. These are not political refugees. Single military-aged males are usually solders on a mission. If they did not bring their families why are they here?
Single military-aged men usually mean soldiers on a mission; men fleeing with wives and children mean refugees. These coming from the opposite side of the planet are not refugees otherwise they would flee to Taiwan—same language, religion and culture, plus freedom—and defend freedom there.
“China is likely using the chaotic conditions on the southern border to insert military personnel into the U.S., the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee” Mark Green said. He charged that “among the large number of Chinese migrants who have rushed the border since President Biden took office are people with ‘known ties to the PLA’ — the People’s Liberation Army” ruled by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He continued, “We have no idea who these people are, and it’s very likely, using Russia’s template of sending military personnel into Ukraine, China is doing the same into the United States” (“China likely exploiting border chaos to sneak military operatives into U.S…” By Stephen Dinan, Washington Times, June 14, 2023).
Those who can get visas and have the money prefer to fly into our country and just over-stay their visas. For those with neither there are many hubs along the trail to America making it possible, and necessary for them, to invade by following these and cross the border.
One such is in Pasto, Colombia, a Chinese hub called the Cabańas Rio Mayo Hotel, “packed to the brim with military-aged Chinese nationals who were headed to the United States… All of the signs posted around the hotel come with a Chinese translation, indicating that this is a common meeting place for people of Chinese origin. There are so many Chinese nationals headed to the US, that they have established dedicated hubs along their migration route such as this hotel”(“Military-Aged Chinese Staging At Colombian Hotel,” By Thomas Hicks, muckraker.com).
But the details revealed by visiting Cabańas Rio Mayo Hotel are important. We share a transcription of a few sentences of the video which follow: “We showed you in a previous video of ours a Chinese blueprint that’s distributed amongst the Chinese What’s Apt Group and this is actually one of the stops on the blueprint. It says to stop in Pasto, that is where we are now. We are on the outskirts of Pasto. The point is, that the Chinese have a very sophisticated ‘migration network’ all the way up to the US border and this hotel, that we are at, is proof of that. It’s all Chinese and for some reason they all know to copy it [the blueprint]. It’s because they are in direct communication with people who are further up the trail, or that made it to the United States, that are telling them, ‘This is a hotel that is safe for you.’” This “migration network” works all the way to where they aim to be (Ibid).
The point is, that the Chinese have a very sophisticated ‘migration network’ all the way up to the US border and the Cabańas Rio Mayo Hotel in Pasto, Colombia is an important hub, presumably one of many, where Chinese military-aged males meet in route. And through the use of Whats Apps they are in direct communication with those further up or behind on the way—even those already in the United States.
Another major hub is in Panama further north. Oscar El Blue, an independent journalist for Real America’s Voice News, shared video footage he took “from a migrant camp in Panama. The video footage shows an overwhelming majority of migrants in the camp are military-aged males from China who are migrating illegally to the United States.” Most fly into a Central or South American country then head for the Panama camp. Those further south “travel through the jungle in Colombia, cross into Panama,” and to the camp where they are likely organized before making their way towards the southern border of the United States in caravans (Video: Military-age Chinese males entering US through Mexico: Report, American Military News, By Timothy Frudd, Aug. 9, 2023).
Important questions!! China is one of the most controlled countries on earth, one does not just leave it without permission. Who gave these unaccompanied males exit visas? China? Without these how did they fly across the ocean to Panama unbeknown to China?” They didn’t. Who paid their flight? Is this invasion an act of war? If orchestrated in any way by China, yes. If encouraged or orchestrated from within by Americans, treason.
Is Biden allowing the possibility of a foreign enemy of military-aged men, perhaps CCP trained, into the country—even an army? Yes! As we have documented in other columns Joe Biden has received millions from Chinese Communist Party linked sources since 2018. They paid for his Penn-Biden Center where many of Biden’s classified documents were found from his years as a US Senator and as Vice President under Barack Obama—not one of which was allowed in his possession. Moreover, Biden and his political party, are directly responsible for opening a previously secured almost finished border wall, which he opposed every mile of its construction. He encouraged and let them in, some illegals chanting as they came “Biden,” “Biden,” “Biden.”

Our country is not as free as the Founders intended if its citizens cannot openly speak, write, peaceably assemble, or petition their government as the 1st Amendment mandates. Such has effectively been removed in New York State and other blue states are likely to copy if allowed.
The first ten amendments to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights authored by James Madison, were ratified in whole on December 15, 1791, as a list of things the federal government could never do to its people. The first eight of which were listed in order of importance to the Founders with Amendment I, freedom of expression, as first. It reads: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” New York made laws targeting a corporation’s freedom of political expression that they opposed.
The Founders believed these freedoms were inalienable rights given from God to all human kind. Without them man is not free. The first eight amendments were placed in order of importance. The Second Amendment followed to protect and preserve the first. Sadly it is the nature of many men to take these from us. We could have never had these rights, and the Constitution, without firearms. So it was than, and is now, and always.
Democrats learned that they could regulate an unwanted political corporation out of business; in this case the National Rifle Association. Then Governor Andrew Cuomo conspired with Maria T. Vullo, then superintendent of the New York State Dept. of Financial Services, to “suppress the NRA’s pro-Second Amendment speech. Vullo “sent a chilling message to every bank and insurance company in America. She threatened them, saying that if they did business with the NRA, they could suffer ‘reputational risks.’” Officials “threatened banks and insurers doing business with the NRA to part ways,” or else, causing “financial institutions to ‘drop’ the NRA.”
In 2018, Governor Andrew Cuomo said, “If I could have put the NRA out of business, I would have done it 20 years ago.” Both Cuomo and Vullo “knew that without a bank account or insurance, NRA couldn’t remain in operation. We couldn’t write checks. We couldn’t accept membership dues or contributions. In short, our very existence would be in serious jeopardy.” Threatened supporting banks and insurance companies felt that they too could be regulated to extinction if they supported the NRA (“SCOTUS To Hear First Amendment Case,” By Wayne LaPierre, America’s 1st Freedom, January 2024, p. 8).
The NRA sued in 2018 and four years later, the U.S Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit agreed with Cuomo and Vullo, ruling that in “‘an era of enhanced corporate social responsibility’ it is permissible for state officials to use regulatory powers to single out and harm those with whom they disagreed.”
On February 7, 2023, the NRA appealed to the US. Supreme Court which granted review on November 3, 2023. The question, “Does the First Amendment allow a government regulator to threaten regulated entities with adverse regulatory actions if they do business with a controversial speaker, as a consequence of (a) the governments own hostility to the speakers viewpoint or (b) a perceived ‘general backlash’ against the speakers’ advocacy?” (“The NRA will not Be Silenced,” By Frank Miniter, America’s 1st Freedom, p. 27).
But the effect of this single Supreme Court ruling, if it is not corrected by the Court, “will have far-reaching implications for every citizen, advocacy group, company, and political institution in America” (“SCOTUS To Hear First Amendment Case,” By Wayne LaPierre, America’s 1st Freedom, January 2024, p.8). It would allow the government to regulate its opposition away. This will not stand!! This is the Court that had the guts to return abortion to the state level because there is nothing in the Constitution that supports its existence on the federal level. This is the most constitutionally sensitive Supreme Court in my lifetime.
“If I could have put the NRA out of business, I would have done it 20 years ago.” Former Governor Andrew Cuomo finally found a way, before leaving office, to do just this but it violated Amendment I freedoms of speech, press, and assembly. In the case of the last, millions have assembled behind an organization , the NRA that protects an individual’s right to self defense because individually they could not have done so against their own government. New York intends to regulate the main organization protecting the 2nd Amendment out of business in their attempt to destroy it but they are critically damaging Amendment I as well. We could lose both.
The NRA’s case is good and essential to liberty. “Without the NRA— without our ability to assemble, associate freely, speak freely, and amplify the voices of our millions of members and the tens of millions more who believe in our cause– no one in this country would be allowed to keep their guns, except government officials and criminals” (Ibid.).
I do not recall in my study of the Constitution for over 50 years, a single Supreme Court decision that could simultaneously destroy two amendments at once—the 1st and 2nd—and thus freedom. We’ve already covered the 1st which begins: “Congress, [or any state], shall make no law respecting…. The 2nd, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” The two amendments are the most government-off-limit Amendments or sentences in the Constitution. Why? A country cannot remain truly free without both. Distortion of either Amendment is not permitted.
The reason the 2nd Amendment is our first freedom is that it protects the 1st Amendment. We would not have won the American Revolution, nor have the Constitution limiting those who rule, without the gun. New York’s laws, if left standing, would destroy both Amendments. Without the NRA protecting both, freedom in America would have extinguished decades ago.
We need to look no further than in Israel, October 7, 2023, for why we need the 2nd Amendment. Only 2% were allowed to legally own a gun in Israel, 98% were not. When “Hamas death squads flew in on paragliders” executing over 1,200 “people in their beds, murdered infants, burned down homes and massacred nearly 200 “Israelis in Far Aza and Be’eri alone.” In a third city Nir-Am, also bordering Gaza, the terrorists were stopped cold and no Israeli lost their lives. The difference, “a 25 year old woman named Inbar Lieberman opened the armory, distributed guns to residents, and set up ambushes against the attackers. Together, over a four hour siege, they killed 25 Hamas terrorist before they could carry out their grizzly plans” (“No One Should be Forced to Confront Evil with Empty Hands,” Americas 1st Freedom, January 2024, p. 10).

We have known since July that “Facebook and Instagram altered their content moderation policies and censored posts under pressure from the [Biden] White House,” this from “never-before-released internal documents, obtained via Judiciary Committee subpoenas” headed by Congressman Jim Jordan. These have been presented in at least three rollouts since, called The Facebook Files I-III. But the purpose of censorship is to keep what this committee has revealed, through incontestable documentation, from you and I.
“Because we were under pressure from the administration,” Facebook succumbed to Biden White House pressure to censor. “We should not have done it,” they admitted. Just one of many documents the Judicial Committee subpoenaed saying this became a common practice and remains so.
Unless you are doing your own research or subscribing, listening, or viewing non Deep State sources, you remain controlled and ignorant, as Facebook and Instagram are Deep State outlets. This was also so of Twitter, now X, before purchased and changed to a free press outlet by Elon Musk (See “Twitter Files Confess: The Great COVID-19 Lie Machine,” Harold Pease, Ph. D. March 31, 2023, Liberty Under Fire.org, Column 707).
Pressure from the government is forbidden under the Constitution as it makes truth indistinguishable from government propaganda. That is why freedom of speech and press are critical to freedom. Government censorship is forbidden because it shapes the narratives to their benefit. Information that opposes theirs is termed misinformation and punished.
Even Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg stated, “Facebook was continually pressed by ‘external stakeholders,’ including the Biden White House, to remove certain posts”—especially all “vaccine discouraging content.” Facebook Files # I and II exposed government’s efforts to delete messages that discouraged taking the experimental vaccine for Covid-19— even when from medical authorities. Not even memes were “spared from the Biden White House’s censorship efforts.” The Biden Admin. expected YouTube to fall in line similarly and both did.
In another email the White House was enraged that Facebook hadn’t censored Tucker Carlson for a comment he made suggesting vaccine hesitancy. Documents showed Rob Flaherty, White House Director of Digital Strategy, on the phone demonstrating a “clear effort at government-directed social media censorship.” This was frequent and common and often on a first name basis. Facebook “admits White House demands for removal of content were met even when a post did not violate any Facebook policies.”
In July 2021 Biden publicly denounced Facebook and other social media platforms, claiming “they were ‘killing people’ by not censoring alleged ‘misinformation.” On August 2, 2021, Face book announced it would be making changes to its policies “because of pressure from the Biden White House” and vowed “to be more aggressive against …misinformation” admitting that “this. is stemming from the continued criticism of our approach from the [Biden] administration.” Facebook and Instagram became Biden message clones— propaganda arms of the government making a direct assault on the First Amendment. They even “blocked information about vaccine side effects that THEY KNEW were true.” Today they do the same censorship of vaccine injuries which accounts for more deaths than did the virus itself.
The Committee, led by Jordan, concluded, “The collusion of the Biden administration, in coordination with multiple departments within the United States government and big tech, has led to the censorship, silencing and de-platforming of individuals and organizations and it is a direct assault on the First Amendment.” (Rep. Jim Jordan Releases Smoking-Gun Documents Proving Facebook Censored Americans at the Request of Biden Regime, Gateway Pundit. FACEBOOK FILES Part 1, Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit, July 27, 2023).
This is the meme Jordan published demonstrating, “Not even memes were spared from the Biden White House’s censorship efforts.” Ironically, vaccine injury victims are already suing for compensation–not waiting for 10 years as predicted by the Meme.
Facebook Files III focused on “newly subpoenaed internal notes of meetings between Facebook executives and Biden Admin officials” revealing “more about the lengths the Biden White House wanted to go to control true speech on Facebook.” They lacked tolerance for any other view. It bothered them that The New York Post could churn-out “articles every day about people dying” from the vaccine. “What is supposed to happen to that [them] from Policy perspective. Does that article get a reduction, labels?,” Rob Flaherty, President Biden’s then-Director of Digital Strategy, inquired. They mocked the notion that the people might be intelligent enough to decide themselves. Remember, none of the censors have medical degrees but they block those who do.
Biden administration officials had several conversations with Facebook employees. They wanted to reduce the “reach for any narrative, story they don’t like. Even if the narrative and story is true.” They wanted to control what was seen on Facebook. “They questioned whether Facebook could change its algorithm so users saw more posts from the New York Times and less from competing outlets like the Daily Wire.”
Flaherty readily admitted that, “We’re keen on what platforms are doing to reduce the spread of bad information, that platforms are not funneling people towards bad content. That’s our primary concern.” Under the Constitution the individual decides what is bad content, not government.
Donald Trump probably summed up best how the Deep State treats us when he said, “They use Big Tech to censor you, the Deep State to spy on you, the intelligence agencies to frame you, the media to slander you…They rig elections to disenfranchise you…all the while they claim they are the ones defending democracy and justice” (X22 Reports, Ep 3225b, Dec. 1, 2023).

Sometimes truth is best expressed in poetry; as has Mary Santomoro in her piece “If Mary Had Said No.” This decades old poem was shared as a Christmas message by LibertyUnderFire.com in December 2010, then 2015, and now, 2023. It follows:
“But then a strange thing happened. One day as Mary prayed, Gabriel stood by her and spoke. ‘…the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women.’ And he told her She would bear a son. She knew no man. How could this be? ‘The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, …the power…Most High…over shadow thee;’ … This young Israeli girl then spoke, ‘Behold the handmaid of the Lord.’” Likely the most powerful message given by an angel to humankind in world history. She became the mother of Jesus Christ, Savior of the world and all mankind that would allow it.

As a liberal with internationalist tendencies what made President John F. Kennedy a target of the Deep State so much so that they could not just replace him in the next election a year later? Answer, he was a “wild card and his assassination would end the threat he posed to their operations”—a new war in Vietnam which Kennedy opposed. Simply, his anti-war stance in Cuba, Laos, and Vietnam “made him a target of the intelligence community and the military.”
The Bay of Pigs invasion was planned by the CIA before Kennedy took office but executed three months after. He inherited both it and the Vietnam War and opposed both because he felt “that they were initiated outside the bounds of America’s elected government,” The CIA and many Americans never forgave him for not supplying the alleged previously promised air-cover for their invasion of Cuba to remove Fidel Castro from power.
Kennedy learned quickly that there existed another force to reconcile with besides just the legislative and judicial branches—a real shadow government. Less than four months into office on April 27, 1961, he spoke to this secret entity directly through the press in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. His message, “The President and the Press: Address Before the American Newspaper Publishers Association,” condemned the existing communist conspiracy and secret societies in the United States which seemed to make up this hidden force—then called the invisible (secret, shadow) government, secret combinations, and today the Deep State.
He boldly told them, “The very word ‘secrecy’ is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighs the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in ensuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it…. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence—on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditures is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match” (“The Deep State & the Kennedy Assassination,” By Andrew Muller, The New American November 27, 2023, pp. 13-14, JFK Special Report, JFK Assassination & The Deep State). He described perfectly the Deep State that also rules our day.
This is believed to be the speech that led to his assassination 2 1/2 years later because it identifies and rejects them. “Guerrillas by night instead of armies by day” was a direct reference to the Bay of Pigs fiasco that had occurred just the week before Kennedy delivered his remarks.” Conflict between he and the CIA, a prominent Deep State player from then to today, began soon after his inauguration. The Bay of Pigs invasion was planned by the CIA in the spring of 1960, but executed three months after the Kennedy inauguration, “had been vigorously opposed by the new president.” Kennedy no longer viewed the CIA as a trusted ally to provide him with information, but “saw it as an unaccountable department operating outside the bounds of America’s elected government.” President John F Kennedy came to despise the CIA, even saying, “I will splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds” (Ibid. p.15).
President Dwight D. Eisenhower too had just spoken of this secret force in his Farewell Address as president in 1961 warning Americans of what he called the Military Industrial Complex. He said “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist” (Ibid. p. 18).
President Eisenhower had about 900 military advisors in Vietnam, Kennedy 16,000 military personnel. On October 11, 1963, Kennedy approved National Security Action Memorandum 263 to begin the phaseout which implemented plans to withdraw 1,000 US. Military personnel by the end of 1963. Other withdrawals would come after the 1964 election and follow. “Forty-two days after Kennedy signed this document initiating a withdrawal, he was assassinated … and the order was quietly rescinded.” Johnson escalated the number of troops in Vietnam to 184,000 . War was never declared as required by the Constitution.
In 1961 the Joint Chiefs of Staff wanted Kennedy to use nuclear weapons on two sides of the globe simultaneously in Cuba’s Bay of Pigs and in Laos. They thought they could win both without ground forces. They had learned at the end of the Eisenhower Administration that Nikita “Khrushchev had been bluffing about how many ICBMs he had.” At that time he actually had none so the U.S. could be unrestrained. When they proposed this to Kennedy, “he gets up, looks at them, shakes his head and says, ‘And we call ourselves the human race,’ And walks out” (“Investigating the Kennedy Assassination,” New American, November 27, 2023, p. 8, JFK Special Report, JFK Assassination & The Deep State).
According to assistant secretary of state Roger Hillman, Kennedy said, “The Bay of Pigs has taught me a number of things. One is not to trust generals or the CIA, and the second is that if the American people do not want to use American troops to remove a Communist regime 90 miles away from our coast, how can I ask them to use troops to remove a Communist regime 9,000 miles away?” Speaking of the war in Vietnam just starting, he said on the radio, September 2, 1963, “In the final analysis, it is their war. They have to win or lose it.”
Kennedy had plans to withdraw from Vietnam altogether. On October 11, 1963, he approved National Security Action Memorandum 263, which implemented plans to withdraw 1,000 US. Military personnel by the end of 1963. “Forty-two days after Kennedy signed this document initiating a withdrawal, he was assassinated.” The document was still in effect. “A few days after his death, during the mourning, the order was quietly rescinded.” All talk of leaving Vietnam ended for a decade and 58,000 American soldiers died in that war that cost $141 billion (“The Deep State & the Kennedy Assassination,” p. 16).
If Kennedy had not been assassinated he would have phased out America’s involvement in the Vietnam War. Only the Military Industrial Complex/CIA/Deep State wanted that war. They could not control Kennedy, who didn’t. President Lyndon Johnson’s response to the pressure for war. “Just get me elected and you can have your f-in war.” They did (“Investigating the Kennedy Assassination,” pp. 8 & 11).
