Was Joe Biden the actual leader of Hunter’s Crime Syndicate? Without Joe, and his position in government, it could not have existed and endured for so many years. Joe alone, “the Brand,” had access to what foreign governments wanted, paying collectively over $24 million to obtain—-America’s state secrets. These strewn unprotected in at least seven locations (“Biden’s Special Council Hur says Biden Guilty of Espionage,”LibertyUnderFire, Mar. 20, 2024).
At least 5 countries purchased what the Biden’s had to sell, two of them China and Russia, America’s potential enemies, and three others: Kazakhstan, Romania, and Ukrainel. It had no beginning nor longevity without Joe fully involved as either a U.S. Senator, Vice President, citizen (between 2016 and 2020), and President. Neither Hunter, nor Joe Biden’s brother James, had access to secret government documents—only Joe. Hunter’s associates called Joe the “Big Guy” or “the Brand,” THEIR two phrases to describe their obvious leader Joe, not Hunter. How else can one explain the millions of dollars from each of five countries to him and family for which he did no work and in which he invested no money?
This column limits itself to recent Oversight Committee revelations. We published previous news breaks on Committee findings, thus reviewing them might be helpful as a prelude to this column; see:“House Finds Biden used over 20 shell Companies to hide money from China,” “With Treason Documented, When do the Arrests Begin?,” “Biden Family made Millions from Influence Peddling,” and “Biden Family’s CCP Connections and $250,000 Payoff Wired to Delaware Home.” Finally, “When do we Finally Call Bribery Bribery and Treason Treason?,” published Nov. 22, 2023. The Committee is now documenting what was/is suppressed news.
Under penalty of perjury Hunter Biden and his associates admitted everything known. James Comer, Oversight Chair, and Jim Jordan, Judiciary Chair, confirmed “much of the evidence uncovered to date, in our impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden.” Hunter admitted “that he put his father, then Vice President Joe Biden, on speakerphone many times in front of business associates” that “Joe Biden was called the ‘Big Guy’ who took a cut in the $5 million Communist Chinese deal.” (X22 Reports, hereafter not cited, Ep. 3296b, March 1, 2024, 12:25).
Again, President Biden denied interacting with business partners of James and Hunter Biden. When accused of lying by Speaker Johnson, Joe Biden said, “Johnson should read the record…I did not interact with their partners.” To which Oversight Committee Chair Comer said, “that’s not what Hunter Biden, Rob Walker, Jason Galanis, Devon Archer, and Tony Bobulinski said.” (Ep. 3297b, March 4, 2023, 15:36). Those named are Hunter’s business associates who testified.
The two most recent Hunter Biden associates to testify before the Committee, Eric Schwerin and Tony Bobulinski, may be the most damaging to Joe’s now obvious lies. Schwerin testified that he “prepared financial documents and bookkeeping tasks for then vice president Joe Biden” and that Biden’s staff often met with him “at the White House regarding bills and financial matters,” and Schwerin helped with “guest lists for events at Vice President Biden’s Naval Observatory residence.” The Oversight Committee offered three “Key takeaways” from Eric Schwerin’s testimony “1) Joe Biden’s claim that there was an absolute wall between his government duties and his family business is false. 2) Joe Biden’s claim he had no interactions with his son’s associates is false. 3), Schwerin admitted to having access to Joe’s checking account and corporate accounts through the end of 2017.” Schwerin confirms, “Joe Biden used ‘Robinware456’ email alias while serving as vice president.” (Ep, 3309b, Mar. 19, 2024, 11:10).
But its was Tony Bobulinski, a long time friend of the Biden family and likely closest associate to Hunter, that identified the Biden crime in a supposed hostile gotcha question thrown at him by AOC who asked,“Did you witness the president committing a crime? Is it your testimony today that you witnessed a crime?” Bobulinski, “Yes, I did witness this.” AOC, “What crime have you witnessed?” Bobulinsky, “How much time do I have?” AOC emphatically, “Name the crime!! Bobulinsky, “Corruption statutes, RICO!”
So what is RICO? “Violation of RICO occurs when a person in connection with an enterprise engages in a pattern of racketeering activities. Racketeering activities include bribery, extortion, money laundering, and wire tapping. For RICO purposes, these are considered predicate offenses. A person charged with RICO violation must have been engaged in a minimum of two predicate crimes within a 10 year time frame. These predicate offenses must also have been committed in connection with an enterprise. An enterprise may be a legal or illegal one. It could be a corporation or a mob. The enterprise must be a discreet entity. RICO imposes a maximum criminal penalty of 20 years in prison for violation of the statute. There’s the crime. It’s RICO!” (Ep. 3310b, March 20, 2024, 13:43). He could have said treason as well.
Tony, Bobulinsky was asked by another Committee member, “You believe Biden should be impeached because Chairman Comer has proven so?” Bobulinski, “No, because I know that he has committed high crimes and misdemeanors. I was involved and saw them happen” (Ep 3311b, March 21, 2024, 16:49).
Days before the Eric Schwerin and Tony Bobulinski transcription drops, Comer announced that the “House has interviewed 91 witnesses in the Biden Impeachment Inquiry who’s deposition transcripts have not yet been released, which means there are potentially 91 [now 89] other shoes to drop before the election” (Ep. 3303b, March 11, 2024, 19:52). Will it matter when now the criminal syndicate occupies the White House? Yes, make Nov. 5, 2024 too big to rig. VOTE!
