These five words “Can You Ring Your Dad,” were never openly said but certainly implied in the approximently 20 calls Joe Biden, then Vice President under Barack Obama, had with Hunter Biden’s business associates from 2014 forward. Devon Archer’s testimony before the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability chaired by James Comer, dismantled all the lies Joe had told for many years that he knew nothing of his sons overseas business dealings. Instead he was at the very center of it, not only as the “big guy” but the “BRAND” taking $10 million in bribe money from Ukraine in a now very obvious “pay for play” influence peddling scheme. His participation was critical to its success.
During the transcribed interview, from which this column is mostly taken, Devon Archer, a former Hunter Biden business partner, confirmed that the then-Vice President “Joe Biden was ‘the brand’ that his son sold around the world to enrich the Biden family. Biden joined Hunter Biden and his business associates for dinners or by phone over 20 times to sell ‘the brand’ and send a signal about their power, access, and influence” (Comer releases Devon Archer’s Transcribed interview Transcript, US House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, Aug. 3, 2023). Four key incriminating points are now known from the transcript and follow.
Then-Vice President Joe Biden was “the brand” used to send “signals” of power, access, and influence. Hunter Biden’s value to Burisma was his family name. “A lot of it’s about opening doors, you know, globally in D.C. …then obviously having those doors opened, you know, sent the right signals, … for Burisma to carry on its business and be successful.” Later, “I think Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn’t have the brand attached to it.” It was able “to survive as long as it did …because of the brand.” Then again, “the capabilities to navigate D.C. that they were able to, basically be in the news cycle. And I think that preserved them.”
Then-Vice President Joe Biden attended dinners with Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates who wired money to Biden associated LLCs. The first dinner with Hunter’s foreign business associates attended by Joe Biden was at the Cafe Milano spring of 2014. Archer named those attending as: “Kenes Rakishev, Karim Massimov, Yelena Baturina, possibly Yury, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, possibly Eric Schwerin.” Joe didn’t just pass through but finished his meal Archer recalled “getting a wire on February 14th of 2014 from Yelena Baturina for $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton.” Baturina was the multi-million dollar widowed heiress of the former mayor of Moscow. The transcript spoke of another gift of money coming from another dinner attendee, Rakishev, for $142,000 for a very expensive fisker car for Hunter. Archer remembered a second dinner at the same location in the spring of 2015 attended by “Vadym, Hunter, Joe, myself, Karim Massimov, a Greek Orthodox priest, maybe someone from World Food Programme.” Joe attended the dinner and the discussion which followed.
Then-Vice President Joe Biden spoke with Hunter Biden’s business associates by speakerphone. To the question, “How many times would you say that Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone or referenced his father being on the phone in front of others who were either foreign investors or foreign nationals who he was soliciting business with or working with, approximately?” Archer answered, “He would sometimes make it apparent that he spoke to his dad, and sometimes he put him on speaker.” To the speaker part of the question he later said “maybe 20 times.” Majority Council followed, “And during those 20 times, did Hunter Biden ever place his dad on speakerphone?” Archer, “yes.” Majority Council and Archer then talked about how much more power it had to have been having the vice president of the United States on the phone talking with Hunter’s business associates. Obviously it enhanced Hunter’s value to Burisma to bring his dad into conversations advising them.
Burisma executives requested Hunter Biden to get “help from D.C.” to address “government pressure.” When asked for specificity on the pressures Archer answered, “there was several pressure issues. It was kind of a theme of Burisma… there was constant pressure. The request for help was more general “basically the request is like, can D.C. help? They weren’t specific, “can the big guy help?..It was ‑‑ it’s always this amorphous, can we get help in D.C.?” They were aware Hunter had a very powerful name.” Joe knew about everything.
Prior to the release of the transcript Rasmussen Reports found that 60% of likely U.S. voters believe the president has been part of an illegal cover-up to hide his involvement in his son Hunter’s foreign business deals including 45% who think such cover-up is Very Likely.”(X22 Reports, Ep. 3128b, July 31, 2023, 14:42). This documentation should convince the remainder.
It may be well to remember that Chairman Gomer knew that the FBI was hiding Form FD-1023 which was the documentation for the above Devon Archer whistleblower testimony that FBI Director Christopher Wray surrendered only after he was threatened by the Oversight Committee with jail time if he did not (“Biden Family Made Millions from Influence Peddling,” By Harold Pease, LibertyUnderFire.org). This, and other FD-1023 forms documented the likelihood of both bribery and treason, with foreign nationals by the Biden’s selling state secrets for millions of dollars to Ukraine, Russia, China and Romania. We have since added to this list Armenia, Pakistan and France—seven thus far. Apparently the Biden’s got rich by selling state secrets to enemies and friends alike.
