Here is what the evidence documents but be prompt in evaluating it as it is likely to be censored quickly. The only narrative permitted by our Deep State government and its controlling Big Tech media is that Russian President Vladimir Putin is “Stalin like” in his oppression and conquest of the, almost defenseless, Ukrainians. LibertyUnderFire is no defender of communism or Putin but it can’t, and won’t defend fake news, and/or lies, either.

Someone once said that the first casualty of war is the truth. Respecting Ukraine, many have noticed war photos of the same people in previous war scenes in Afghanistan or Syria. One cannot die more than once. Others have spotted video game clips used as live news on Ukraine. Video of planes flying over Ukraine in formation was identical to Russian planes flying over Moscow in a public exhibition in 2020. The Deep State is trying to make this “war” bleed!

Most realize that almost everything said to be a conspiracy theory by our Deep State media was known to be true a year later. Moreover, those reporting on Ukraine are the same cadre as lied to America on virtually every other subject; truth turned out to be normally opposite of what they said (See “It’s a Matter of Trust, Biden or Putin on Ukraine?,” LibertyUnderFire.org.). Fortunately we are a much more discerning audience than when Joe Biden took office.

Certainly the United States government admits that the US Department of Defense’s Biological Threat Reduction Program has been working with partner countries to “counter the threat of outbreaks (deliberate, accidental, or natural) of the world’s most dangerous infectious diseases.” The Department of Defense funded these bio-lab expenditures as shown in the following six Ukrainian cities, and their expenditures, noted below, follow: *Dnipropetrovsk Diagnostic Laboratory (USD $1,935,557), *Dnipropetrovsk State Regional Diagnostic Veterinary Laboratory (USD $1,810, 547), *Kharkiv Diagnostic Laboratory (USD $1,638,375), *Luhansk Regional Diagnostic Veterinary Laboratory (USD $1,746,312), *Lviv Diagnostic Laboratory (USD $1,927,158), *Lviv Regional Diagnostic Veterinary Laboratory (USD $1,734,971), *Vinnytsia Oblast Laboratory Center (USD $1,504,840), *Zakarpartska Oblast Laboratory Center (USD $1,920,432), *Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences ( USD $2,109,375.23). (“Here are the Documents the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine Scrubbed on ‘Biological Threat Reduction’ Labs,” by Kyle Becker, Trending Politics).

Thirteen American military bio-labs operate in Ukraine in eight cities, entirely funded by the Department of Defense during the Obama/Biden Administration . Four operate in Kyir and three in Lvir, the other six are scattered about the country. (X22 Reports, Ep. 2714B—The [DS] Woke the Sleeping Giant, March 1, 2022, 30:20).

The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine admit participating in the U.S. Department of Defense’s Biological Threat Reduction Program to study “dangerous pathogens before they pose security or stability threats”—even “the world’s most dangerous infectious diseases” (https://ua.usembassy.gov/embassy/kyiv/sections-offices/defense-threat-reduction-office/biological-threat-reduction-program/). Our own U.S. Embassy in Ukraine website published this. Numerous documents at the site have recently been scrubbed but these can be retrieved at (Ukraine Embassy Documents on Biological Threat Reduction Program by Kyle Becker on Scribd).

These experiments are divided into biosafety levels 1 and 2 with extreme precautions and procedures assigned to level 2. Examples include: “hepatitis A, B, and C viruses, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), pathogenic strains of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus, Salmonella, Plasmodium falciparum, and Toxoplasma gondii.” And “Prions, the infectious agents that transmit prion diseases such as vCJD.” There was so much more. None of these documents suggest any limit on gain of function research and that is likely why these are in Ukraine, to hide them from American disclosure.

We also know that Ukraine tried to destroy the evidence of bioweapon research in the country. On 24 February President Zelensky signed a decree imposing martial law in Ukraine, “due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.” Under this decree the Ministry of Health of Ukraine ordered the “emergency destruction of biological pathogens used to ensure quality management system laboratory tests.” (Zelensky, Presidential Decree KO64/2022, Feb. 24, 2022. See also “Is Ukraine Destroying Evidence of US-Funded Bioweapons Programme?, by Rhoda Wilson, The Expose,’ March 8, 2022).

The Defense Department argues that these labs are to identify threats not create threats. Why then would they seek to hide or destroy the evidence? Don’t we already have such labs in the United States, say Fort Detrick, Maryland, to identify threats? But in the U.S. gain of function research is illegal. And why would we need an additional 13 labs? Perhaps this is the real reason no NATO country has come to the aid of Ukraine. If they believe that the destruction of these bioweapons labs is the real reason for the targeted bombing, as Putin says, they, also being threatened, might secretly be supportive. Escaping viruses know no national boundaries. My final unanswered question: If a pathogen has not been seen anywhere on the earth in the last 50 years why not extinguish the last remnant of it, not study it risking its escape, thus re-emerging killing millions again? How stupid, or evil, is man?

I remember in 2003 the United States invaded Iraq on the other side of the globe on the presumption that its president, Saddam Hussein, was developing weapons of mass destruction—incorrectly as it turned out. So it was okay for us then to invade Iraq, but not for Russia today to invade Ukraine? Russia believes bioweapons are being developed near her border and has been saying so for most of a decade. She and China have been asking the United Nations for international inspections to ease their concerns—especially those labs surrounding them. The United States has consistently objected.
